I called up and they got me right in to balance my snow wheels after I installed new TPMS sensors. Cost for a 6 minute wheel balancing job was 20.00 a tire, grand total was 87.00 with tax. Can't say the price wasn't shocking for being there less than 10 minutes and these were extra tires not even mounted on my car, but inflation is really out of control in 2023. Guys were really nice and did a great job.

Incredible, Jayson worked on my lifted Tacoma and got the alignment perfect. Hard working, honest price, knowledgeable! I had a little issue and brought it back the next day and Jayson dialed the truck in perfect(not a easy thing he did). Great crew, would give them a 10/5 if I could, get that man a raise.

Exceptional customer service. I came in on Monday and needed 4 new tires and I had to get to work in an hour. 45 minutes later I had brand new tires and the guys were so kind. I highly recommend them for a great price and quality work. Thanks so much!!

Awesome guys, super helpful and nice people overall! These guys always do a great job with whatever u need done to your vehicle, the alignment guy even told me if I needed any mechanical work done to my cars to bring it to him, that is very comforting to hear and know that a employee goes above and beyond to recommend there service. Definitely recommend these guys.

Super happy with the employees and service here!! Took my car in one day to have them tell me what a noise was. He told me what the noise was, temporarily fixed it for me so I wouldn't have to listen to it (loose completely worn out shock) and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. Had them fix it a few days later. I'm a woman and it's extremely hard to find a shop that I don't feel is taking advantage of me. I appreciate and respect this place! Would definitely take my car back for anything else that needs done that they can do. Kudos guys!!

I have been a customer at the Selah location for only two years and Brian, the manager, treats me like I've been coming for decades. The customer service is excellent. The crew go out of their way to fit you in when you're in a bind. I will continue to come to this store for years to come.

Excellent people came out and fix the tire and I had got two pair so they follow me back to the shop and fix it for $100 all together. Better than being stuck on the side of freeway. Thanks again Joel

Took a tire to get patched up and right as I drove home my tire went completely flat. Went back days later and had really rude customer service seemed like I was a bother to them and thanks to them not fixing my tire correctly I had to purchase another tire. The guy that had "fixed" my tire swore that I must've hit something else and that it wasn't his fault that my tire went flat again when I know for a fact the issue was a nail that he took out of the tire on that previous visit.

I have been going to Joel's tire in Selah for about 2 years now for service on my vehicles. The service there is nothing short of amazing. The employees are smart, courteous, and not pushy ( a huge deal to my wife and I). The waiting room always smells good, and is clean. Another big deal to is as we have kids that wait with us sometimes. Brian always treats us really well, and Bill is down to earth, and doesn't blow repairs out of proportion.We will never go to another shop as long as we live in the area. Thanks again Selah Joel's Tire!!

Joel's had treated me well since they cane to town. I recommend them to everyone that needs tires, brakes, bearings, alignments or similar work. I think they are the best tire place in town. Period.

Excellent customer service and offers quality tires. Believe it or not, they actually usa a torque wrench to install your tires on the hub instead of just hammering the nuts on with an impact. They will always have my business.

I have never had an issue with these guys. They get the job done quickly and are honest about what is best for your car, they also don't always try to sell you something, so that's a plus for me.

Got a flat 15 minutes before they closed and when I called they said that they'd take care of me and just to get there as quick as I could. They had my tire repaired in under 10 minutes, and the price was very affordable too.

I have been to Joels Tire s several times and every time have left very happy they re honest very reasonable prices where I always go even though I live an hour and a half away

Joel's tire in Selah is the fastest most efficient readily accommodating tire shop I've ever been to with the best customer service I've ever experienced and I want to give special mention and thanks to Jason for going above and beyond to help me .........thanks Jason you're Amazing

I took my car in for inspection while on a road trip. They looked at it right away but didn't find any issues. They insisted on not charging me anything.

Balance my tires okay but rude people they act like you're inconveniencing them while they're watching TV the other guy stares at the computer try to have a conversation with them all it does is irritate them wouldn't go there unless I had to

I got a flat in selah and les schwab refused service even though we informed them we have 5 children and their grandmother waiting for us to get home i called these guys they didn't hesitate to help put my spare on my rim so i could get home thank you Joel's tire
