Stellar experience!!I look forward to buying my next vehicle here as well. Dale and John Boy were so helpful and patient with finding the right vehicle for my son and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I know I can trust and buy here confidently. The company works as a team, not out for themselves, which I find refreshing, plus everyone is super friendly, including the ladies in the office and the employees coming in and out.I was also impressed with the follow-through from Chris, the service manager, when I had a few minor things to update and repair on an older vehicle. He didn't rest until it was done to the best of his ability. I am very grateful, and it is my pleasure to leave a positive review with my intention to be a repeat customer.

BHUC was the first place I made an adult purchase . I was 19 with no credit, no car buying experience and left with no car after my first car finally gave up on me. Dale was patient throughout the whole process and got me a car I could afford. Answered all my (probably stupid) questions as I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. The tire sensors broke a few days later and they had it fixed free of charge. Fast forward to now 2 years later and the car s just about paid off. The girls in the front office have made a point to remember me and actually get to know me. When my car started acting up Chris in Service looked at it at no cost, luckily nothing major just some false engine codes and carbon buildup. BHUC has the best customer service around and if something goes wrong they ll make it right. I love these guys, you will not regret buying from them!

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford C-Max Hybrid from Bill Harris Used Cars. My salesman was Dale and he's a standup guy. No pressure, he let me take the car out on a test drive alone which is rare these days but very much appreciated and, was more than willing to address a very minor issue I noticed on the test drive. This is an honest, small town dealership that clearly values the relationship with the customer. My experience with everyone I have dealt with there has been nothing but above board. This was my second purchase from them and I most certainly will be back.

Save ur self the time and go somewhere else. My son is buying a car from them. got the insurance to cover in case something happens to the car its covered. Transmission starts to slip. They says it's not covered because it's not part of the Transmission, but it's inside the Transmission. They say it's the clutch which helps shift gears!!! Sounds like a Transmission problem to me. Stop getting over on people! Now he had a car payment with a broke car!!! Way to go guys!!!

These guys are great. My wife bought her car from them because they gave her the space to look the vehicles over and didn't pressure her into what they thought she wanted. Since then we've used them for service on both her car and mine and have always been happy and felt like we were treated fairly.

Bought 2 cars myself here and my fianc� 1 along with other family members. In love with the service they provide and Chris is a saint when it comes to help in any mechanical issues that arise with my car! Can t say enough good things about the service and people here.

They made the car buying process fairly easy and the salesman was very nice and easygoing. The price for the car I bought was pretty high for what it is, but they gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in. There were some minor things I discovered about the car that I wasn't informed about, such as the power steering fluid being a little below the minimum line, but nothing major. I really appreciate that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary add-ons or accessories like some dealers do. There was no pressure placed on me at all which was nice. Overall happy with my experience at BHUC and would recommend them.

John Roberts was great to work with. Chris H in service was beyond exceptional. When BHUC says they stand behind the car they are selling, they mean it, even after you purchase the car. BHUC found me the exact car I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. The whole team was amazing to work with. What I love the most is their up front honesty, No trying to sell you things you don t need, Excellent experience. Highly recommend. There is a reason the have so many return customers, because they truly care about their customers and it shows

Worth the drive!!We shopped and researched online looking for a car to meet our needs. We went to several dealers only to find they hadn't disclosed everything about the vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised to find the perfect vehicle at Bill Harris Used Cars. Our salesman Ivan was easy to communicate with and had the vehicle ready for us immediately upon our arrival. We drove over almost 3 hours to get to the dealership so that was important to us. Chris in the service department followed up with us and delivered on all his promises. We are happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Great place my family gotten a auto. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean area. Vehicles are warranty and you pay a great deal for quality automobiles. We have had our vehicle for about 12 plus years and it is still going good. We are going to look in to another vehicle for our family. Thanks Bill Harris Used Cars Inc. They were worth the drive! I saw the vehicle I wanted online, a couple emails, online application, 15 minutes at the dealer on Christmas Eve, & I had a great Suburban for my family. Dale was proficient with the process and vehicle exactly as described. He was true to his word. I would drive 150 miles for that kind of service.

Recently I've been in the market for a Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. I've had an incredibly difficult time finding a dealership that had one and would be honest about how they got it, and what it's background was.Dale Purdy was my salesman and he was straight forward and honest about the vehicle. I was driving from about two hours away and he held the vehicle until I arrive. The price was fair and the entire process took under an hour, including the test drive.Excellent work and I would absolutely do business with them again.

I've been dealing with BHUC for several years and today was yet another in a long line of excellent experiences with them. John was awesome, had a car I looked at online all ready for a test drive, was able to trade my old vehicle seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the market for a good used car.

They held the truck for me as I scheduled time to make it across the pass. Deal was straight forward and easy. The vehicle was missing the owners manuals and they bought a set online and sent it with the plates. Great customer service. Worth the trip if you aren't local.

Purchased a ford escape and it was an easy transaction. Test drove the vehicle with no push from the sales team. We have since paid the car off and I received a call from the dealership to let me know they would be sending us our check for remaining Gap purchased at the time of sale. I have never had a dealership call before I had to contact them on respects to the gap. That should be a no brainier but this is the first. The gals I spoke with were great and I appreciate the customer service. Would refer thanks

My first experience with them was great! Everyone I encountered was really professional and nice. The service lobby was clean and comfortable and the repair on my car was fast and affordable. I will go back when there is work to do on my car.

In the process of buying a truck. They were very clear with their offer on my trade and on their pricing. I enjoyed working with multiple sales people. There was no pressure and they were very open in their communication. During the process I went to Seattle. They kept in contact and let me know everything that was taking place.

Straight forward, fair pricing, and friendly staff! I am from out of town, and worked with Ivan who did a FaceTime truck inspection with me and answered all of my questions before I made the trip, and the truck was in exactly the solid condition (maybe even better) that I was expecting. An independent local mechanic also recommended BHUC's work. I would buy here again. Thanks!

Just bought a 2013 Hyundai sonata hybrid from them and we are loving it. John was great and very helpful. We have horrible credit and they were still able to work with us for smaller payments than we expected. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Excellent service! The purchase of our vehicle was quick and painless. Our car was used as is but there have been a few things that have popped up since purchasing and they have fixed everything promptly at no charge to us. Would definitely recommend buying a car fr them!

These guys knew the very rough spot I was in. They were straight shooters with me from the get go. I love the rig I picked out and they were able to work their magic to get me in. They even stayed open during a snow storm to allow me to come sign my paperwork to get my rig and get me back on the road. These guys have me a no pressure buying experience. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks guys!!!!

I was told these guys are the best. I emailed Dale Purdy before coming. He didn't seem to want to let me test drive anything I was interested in but wanted me to buy his most expensive options, even after showing him my credit score. He unlocked the door then he climbed into the driver seat so I couldn't check it out. Then wouldn't even unlock the two I wanted to see from their website. Not sure why people referred me there! Must have been the older car I got a ride in, turned him off, idk.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Everyone we spoke to was friendly, they got me into a safer vehicle for the winter and I am beyond happy with the vehicle I chose. My fianc� and I felt like we had known the staff for years, I won t go anywhere else now.

We have bought a couple of vehicles here and always have a great experience. The repair service onsite is a great option to keep your vehicle running in top shape. The van we bought here many years ago is rolling along well over 200K miles now, and we take it back to BHUC for repairs whenever needed.
