Terrible customer service. I walked into the store, no other customers, and showed the heavy set guy behind the counter a circuit breaker, which he promptly states no we do not carry that If we do, it would be on aisle one. He didn t leave his position behind the computer nor gave any indication he was willing to assist. I went to aisle one and looked, but couldn t find anything. I then google d the part and it shows available at Auto Zone. I went back to the counter and showed the guy the search results. He then typed in his computer and said it s on aisle one, like I said. I was frustrated by his unwillingness to help and said you re not going to help, at which time another customer walked in and he said I m the only one here. Which was not the case, there was a younger gentleman in the back aisles behind the counter. I left, went 200 yards down the road to O REILLY Auto and was greeted, asked what what i could be helped with, and walked me right to the part I was looking for.Moral to this review, DO NOT BOTHER WITH AUTOZONE!!! Go to O REILLY if you want any level of service.

Shop here on the regular. Oil, filters coolant etc. Mostly cleaners for the cars in between services.Love that the products are always in the same locations (no fussing around) and typically something I need is always on Sale.However, most recent trip wanted to dispose of my oil, customer service was standoffish and rude. "Barrel is full. Bye." Kind of additude.

Kind parts lady (didn't get her name) helped me select best coolant for my car, and took a few moments to explain why I wanted this brand, over the generic coolant.. it was refreshing to be given the why, and not just a sales pitch. :)

Wesley was super friendly and helpful in helping me find the right bulbs for my headlight that went out. He came and looked at them, and explained how we could change it ourselves (and gave a discount on the products we got). Thank you so much!

Had to get an air filter for the car but was told that the other one was still good but gave me the option to not buy it or not price was very good.I chose to because it was my second oil change reasonable the gentleman was very nice and respectful to me.Talk to me like a regular person

As expected my car died when I least needed it but thankfully I was parked next to the Autozone in Selah. The awesome sales women was able to help me out checking over my car. She found it wasn't my battery but my starter and even called some mechanics for me (I knew none). She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

My sister had a engine light come on her little car, I told her to bring it to your store and that had the tester to test her car. When she arrived she was given the tester and told to do it herself. She isn't a car person and didn't know how to do the test. The employee wouldn't help her out. I told her to take it to your competition, they tested her and sold her the parts she needed. Your lose!

Received excellent customer service assistant me in the part I needed for my car. It was a head light but after coming outside to look told me mine was after market which I was unaware of, it wasn't a problem they made sure I got the correct bulb. After paying for my part the clerk assisted me in changing it .... ok he did it I stood there watching. It was a great service so I didn't have to find someone that might know how to do it because I certainly do not.

Just left there, trying to find a bulb for my car. All the staff there went out of their way to help find me the correct one. Turns out the housing was melted a little and the bulb wouldn't fit. I'm impressed with how everyone stepped in to help me with my problem. At one point I had 4 staff in the light section searching for something that will work. I really appreciate all the help. Highly recommend!

The middle-ish aged gentlemen has been incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. I literally just walked into the store and I was not greeted while he was talking to an older gentlemen who was not wearing a mask along with the worker. They ve actually never worn them from my memory. When I was looking for what I needed, I was never offered help. When I walked out they didn t say anything once again. Will never come back after having multiple awful experiences. Staff is way too comfortable.

Had what I needed, ordered online in parking lot as the guy was opening up. Wasn't open 10mins and he already had my parts pulled and was ready to check me out. Was very quick helpful and friendly. Great customer service is worth it for me to go a few extra miles out of my way to get the right parts when I need them right now. You spend a few extra dollars for them compared to online shopping obviously but worth it when needed. Thank you.

Jake was very helpful. Went above and beyond for me today. I had my young child with me and he replaced my car battery very quick. I was impressed. Customer service was amazing!!

Excellent customer service!!! I had an item that I lost the receipt to. The manager Leo went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction,and repeat business. FIVE STARS, I would recommend that Auto zone to anyone that values great customer service.

I bought some headlights here. I was certain I had the wrong part. They were exceptionally kind and offered to help. It turns out I was wrong. They treated me with respect and kindness at a time that they could have been condescending. I will come back here.

Friendly staff that was very helpful and courteous. Part in that their system said would fit did not fit. Staff helped me quickly return item for a full refund

Horrible - I called told them I was sending my daughter in to get a liscense plate kit, the lady I talked to said no problem they have those, I was relieved my daughter just turned 16, has a car but the plates are NOT on the car yet, it was bought for her moths before she turned 16, I was in the hospital could obviously not go w/her.Leo was the man who helped her misunderstanding she was to get a liscense frame kit, my daughter said NO NO it's the liscense plate screws, etc he said well where's the car? She told him at home I can't drive it the paper in the window expired I need to get the liscense FRAMES on but the screws we have are to small, he started yelling at her saying "well if you don't bring the car in I'm not selling you anything" she proceeds to tell him she can NOT DRIVE IT THE PLATES ARE NOT ON IT - he yells louder we'll I'm not selling you anything then - I was in disbelief, appalled the female I talked to was helping another customer and turned her back -I was dumbfounded, my daughter was in tears, she shows me the video she turned on before going in the store - I called, Leo lied cell phones are pretty powerful these days you jackass and you are RUDE!I hope one day someone makes you feel as horrible as you did my daughterOne pissed off mom

Did not have the gasket we needed. Said to order it would take (2) days. If we waited we likely would not have blown the head gasket.

The men and women who work here actually know what a car is and what parts are. Unlike almost every other parts store in yakima and selah. Other stores should send there employees to work at mcdonalds but selah autozone knows there stuff.
