My Kia EV6 was rear-ended and received significant damage to the bumper and trunk and I searched for WEEKS to find a repair shop. I was turned away several times from most repair shops because my car was all-electric, and the other shops said that it would be a 3-6 month wait. Luckily, I found Zio and he said he would accept the car at any time. I was a bit skeptical but Zio was very transparent throughout the repair process. He kept me up to date on what was going on and was very respectful and professional during our interactions. When I picked up the car, I also noticed they cleaned the inside of my car. Awesome. If any of my other cars gets damaged, I will be using his services again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 I was so devastated when my car was hit while parked. Zio was very respectful and helpful with the whole process with insurance and car repair. They did not take too long and did amazing work. My car looks brand new!!! Highly recommended if you are in the greater Seattle area and it is your first time!

Zio Auto Body did a great job on my damaged SUV. Work was performed very quickly after the parts had arrived. Plus, they detailed the vehicle prior to returning it. Recommended.

I typically don't leave reviews, whether positive or negative, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I've always been wary of auto repair shops due to concerns about overcharging for unnecessary services. However, Zio Auto exceeded my expectations. They not only provided clear explanations of the issues with my car but also offered guidance on the necessary repairs and explored cost-effective options with me. I'm genuinely grateful to have found a trustworthy place for future car issues, and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I came here because my brakes were squeaking. They told me that I need to have my front rotors replaced, but it would be best to replace them all.When I came to pick up my car everything seemed good, but then a couple days later my brakes started squeaking again. I went back a couple months later because the screeching was worse than before! When I asked them to look at it they told me to wait in the managers office. No one checked on me to tell me what s going on, so I checked for myself. They quickly dismissed me and told me to wait in the office. Then when they were finished they told me that because the brakes are new they will make noise. And they were sure to remind me that even though they looked at my brakes and they are under warranty, the labor is not and nearly 7 months after getting my brakes fixed, they still make an awful and loud noise. I went to another shop and they told me that they used cheap parts and didn t replace my front rotors.$800 wasted. I was better off not going to them.I do feel that because I am a single woman they tried dismissing me and acting like I didn t know what I was talking about. They are a local shop, but I can t recommend them in good faith.

Came in on Friday afternoon 04/06/24 I had my front car pumber fixed by these guys they were super nice and professional and the price was reasonable my car came perfectly fine as new . Would recommend anyone looking for honest mechanic which has hard to fine todays world. Thank you zio and his team for the first time wonderful experience and warm hospitality. Would definitely come back again

Zio assisted with a vehicle theft recovery and evaluation. Car ended up being a total loss, but I was very impressed with their communication throughout the process. They did an excellent appraisal of damage and sent estimates and photos. Great to work with.

We had our damaged 2023 Chevy Bolt rental car towed to Zio's auto repair shop on short notice, and Zio and his brother Abdul, were so kind to wait for us until 8pm even though they were already done for the day. That to us is going above and beyond!!! But it didn't stop there! Zio evaluated the damages the next day and called around to see if he can repair it. Unfortunately, he couldn't find parts for the repair, so we couldn't get it fixed in his shop. It took us a few more days to get the car out of their parking lot, but he was so patient and helpful that it wasn't even an issue. In the end, he didn't even charge us for the diagnosis. His work ethics and business practices are quite a rare scenario, specially when it comes to auto repairs. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to family and friends, even just with the experience we had.

It was 7:30 pm when I left my work for home and found a neil on the tire. Everywhere was closed. Zio was the only place was opened. I called and he said they don't repair tires. I asked if they could help nowhere else was opened. He said could change the spare tire for me. I got there almost 8. Zio and everyone was so nice and kind. They ended up fixing the tire for me. He only asked for $20. I gave him $40. They charge too little.I really appreciate that they are kind to help. I even chatted with them for a little bit eventhough it was late. Nicest people!!! They were smiling all the time!!!Service: Tires

I will only be coming here for car TLC and maintenance! My car came in looking like it was ready to be taken to the dump it was in pretty bad shape. Because of ordering parts my car took a little longer than expected and he literally blew my expectations out of the water !!! Not only do they have great pricing the owner compensated fixing both my sides as well as detailing the inside of my car for my car being in the shop longer than expected! If you think it doesn t get better - it does ..when you walk in you feel like family greeted with a friendly smile so kind and genuine. Hard to come by people who truly put the costumer first and he does just that and you feel that! I couldn t be more happier I m smiling from cheek to cheek! Very thankful this year for being able to find Zio's!Last Saturday morning I experienced a major oil leak on my way to an appointment. I was losing oil pressure and fast. While at my appointment I searched for nearby oil change or mechanics open on Saturday nearby. Thankfully, I noticed Zio's was open a few blocks away and headed there immediately afterwards. I barely made it. I had less than 1 quart of oil left in my vehicle. When I arrived Abraham greeted me and put my vehicle on the lift right away. After a few minutes of trouble shooting he found the problem, a ruptured oil hose underneath the engine. He showed me the issue and we agreed on having it fixed.Same day (on a Saturday!), great price, honest work. I had my car back that evening. So far so good.I can't thank Abraham enough for being there for me when I needed it!

Recommend the business run by a family of the first generation of immigrants. They strive to provide good work and fair pricing so that they could be more competitive on the market.My car was repaired by them after being involved in an accident in a city. The body looks like new afterwards.The estimate they gave me included AC and Heater and Cooling. They were open to negotiation when I found the AC doesn't work as picking up the car.

Great shop they have a great mechanic with the same name as well as a car wash Panda restaurant they really good they've been very known on the communities Rainier Beach and Columbia City tukwila very known in Seattle and they have one of the best mechanic I ever seen his name is borhani he's Sudanese I had so many time give him trucks and cars to fix other people graduate from different colleges work for different top mechanic shops they cannot do what he do old fashioned way new way with every kind of way he can get your car fixed and their body shop one of the best shop as well God is a greater and they work with the all communities the owner of his name is Ziad very successful owner mechanic and he's really great working with people I wish him the best sometimes even he helped for free people from the communities

Zio, Bama and their crew are great guys that got our Prius C just about looking new! It was rear-ended, so they worked directly with my insurance so that I didn t have to do much. Once they got the piece and brackets, it was finished in less than a day! To top it off, they got it detailed so the interior is sparkly clean. Very professional and provided great customer service! Zio did a wonderful job repairing a dent and repainting the tailgate on my RAV4. He took his time explaining to me what needs to be done in order to bring the car back to its original shape. This shop will offer you a very reasonable and affordable price. Highly recommended!

I had some mild damage to the undercarriage of my car. Zio s paused their other projects and fixed it the same day and only charged me 20 bucks. It seems like these guys do honest good work.

These guys are so nice!! Extremely friendly! Extremely professional! Very fast! Very affordable!! I called one night to find out how much they charged for an oil change. And they were willing to take my car in instantly and it was already late. That meant a lot. Sometimes, if you don't know that much about cars, some people try to take advantage of you but these guys are more than fair and very respectful.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Zio Auto Body and Repair was tremendously helpful!! When my car began making strange noises and a maintenance light came on the dash, I took my car to Zio's based on their great reviews. Zio spent time thoroughly inspecting my car and provided an explanation within the same day. Zio was so understanding and reasonable, especially since we had driven from out of state two weeks prior and were new to Washington. Thank you for your kindness and great service!

I went in to get a quote for a front bumper and grille replacement for my 2010 Lexus RX350. I spoke with the owner. I watched him put my info in the system. He said he would look up the parts and he'd have the quote ready tomorrow. He told me to give him a call around 3pm the next day. Gave me his business card. I called him back the next day at 3pm like he asked. He had no idea who I was. Once he finally remembered me, he said "Uhhhh I'm eating lunch. I'll call you back." Never heard from him again. It's one thing if you're busy and say that he forgot to look up the parts. That I can understand. But to forget AND make up some lie instead of saying you forgot THEN never call back? To me that's bad business. I went to a different auto body shop who gave me an itemized quote within 15 minutes at a reasonable price, so I went with the other place. Bad business man.
