Ernie is honest, communicative, and does great work. He handled my insurance company and helped my mini get back on the road after being in a car accident. Highly recommend!!

These guys are awesome. Had an issue with my van door closing all the way. Swung in. They took a look, came out with some tools and BOOM...fixed it right there. Other place wanted $250. Check these guys out if you need it!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Ernie knows what he is doing, this place is quick and efficient. I got into fender bender and was able to bring my car in next day to get an estimate of damage. Once I did that, they did all the work even working directly with the other insurance company. If you have a car that needs some professional touches then this is the place to go. Ernie the owner really did a very fine job with my crunched up 1998 RAV4 - dealt with insurance with ease and delivered as promised. He has confidence in his work. I was hit by an uninsured motorist a year or so ago and sought some quotes for making my 1996 4 door Rav 4 rear-door usable again. Earnie at Westcoast Auto Body on Rainier gave me the best quote, he didn't expect me to buy a whole new door and the fix took one day less then estimated. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and did a fantastic repair--even checking and replacing all tail lights. So. When I had some trouble with my interior driver's side door release a few weeks ago (which had been sort of subtly failing for a while) and suddenly couldn't exit my car from the driver's side at all, I called him in a bit of anxious distress. He's a busy guy, and I can see why, but he fit me in and, well, let's just say it's a pleasure to run errands again when I don't have to climb over the stick shift and emergency break and exit my car from the passenger side of the front seat. West coast auto body did such an amazing job on my car! They were super knowledgeable, quick turnaround & gave me multiple options to help me figure out which would be best for my car in regards to what needed to be fixed on my bumper. I will definitely be back to get a couple other blemishes on my car fixed. & a special thank you to the owner who was so kind and upfront about my options.

EXCELLENT work at a VERY reasonable price. Damage to my car is gone and damage to my wallet was MUCH less than at other body shops. And, Ernie communicates well, was on time in finishing the work and a pleasure to deal with. Hard to imagine a better place for car repair.

If you guys need any body or paint work on your vehicle Ernie is the guy to go to. Honest and doesn t overcharge you like other places. Will be recommending my friends and family to Ernie.

Ernie made my experience on fixing my bumper exceptional by providing me excellent customer service with what I needed. He replaced a bumper for my Infiniti G35 which looks outstanding now- he was great when it came to discussing my options to finance the damage and completely reassured my repairs were being taken care of to the highest standards. Now, he is replacing a door panel and wheel well from another collision that recently happened to my car- I look forward to seeing my car all straightened up again soon. Ernie kindly offered me a ride home as well, it was a very sincere gesture from him which I thank him personally. I am a university student so it means plenty to me. Thank you for the excellent work Ernie! I greatly recomend your business to anyone looking to got their car repaired. -Matt Rossal

Highest quality repair and customer service. Hard working and honest auto repair, just wish I found this shop sooner. Had my car in and out of the shop as estimated over just a few days and right before the Christmas holiday when I needed my car for a long road trip. They even order the parts they know they will need in advance rather - geniuses here compared to the other recommended shops! Very professional and personable shop. Highly recommend.

This shop is amazing! This was my first accident so I didnt know anything about the process. They helped me with my insurance claim and made my car look good as new. When I found out the owner has the same name as me I knew it was going to be a great experience thank you Westcoast!

This guy is on point! Super straight forward and honest, on top of doing fantastic work. It's hard to find people who take pride anymore and go that extra little bit that makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

They are rude when asked about an assessment of body damage. I was asked what year my vehicle is. Then when i answered they said my vehicle is too old. Im confused.
