I used to get service done at this place but they got worse after Covid: subpar parts, my stuff got ransaked but they blamed it on the homeless that kept breaking into their lot. I brought my car in to replace axle not too long ago and barely 7000 miles later the axle alreayd shot.Service: Steering & suspension replacementService: Steering & suspension replacement

Great and friendly experience! They quoted me more than the total costs because as they began work on my collision repair, they found a way to fix it cheaper! And so fast. They were communicative and thorough!

Scott does great work. This is a family run business and they truly do take care of you. We've been going here for the last 15 years with all our car maintenance/problems and we never had any issues. Their pricing is awesome and they are very helpful and flexible. Highly recommend West One!

Left my car to get it fixed, once I picked up my car things were missing in my car. I called the mechanic they told me they don't lock the car while it's out of the shop which doesn't make any sense and was left days unclocked. I was never made aware of this before hand and lost valuable things.

Avoid this location if you can. My sister brought her car in for a quick paint job on the rear of her car. This literally took a week and when she got her car back from this shop, the engine failed and stopped working after couple days of driving. We then brought the car to the Toyota dealer to check and they said that the engine core parts have been swapped out. Avoid this if you can and don't fall for West One Auto Collision 's low prices, because they make it up from "changing your original engine parts" to some other old parts. Lesson learned. This is very unethical and unprofessional, it is basically like the owner is running a fraud business. Don't be the victim like us and do more research before bringing your car into this shop.

Service is so good. My car is starting problem. They removed and replaced was about 2 to three hours only. Great job.
