Vu and his team did an excellent job! Competitive pricing and personal progress updates from Vu about my repairs put me right at ease. He even provided us a loaner vehicle over the weekend when a replacement part came in defective, and they had to switch it out. Definitely recommend :)

Vu is the best!!! I had a friend tell me to come here. I went to Greg's Japanese Auto for a brake pad and rotor replacement (front and rear). They quoted me $1700, 800 dollars was for labor only. The Toyota dealership in Marysville quoted me $2000. Vu did it for $800, my car is fixed and he it in 4 hours. I will only go to Vu from now on!!

Mr. Vu is knowledgeable, professional, and quick with his services. I came in to do a regular brake check and eventually replaced all my brakes at an affordable prices. I would love to bring my car back when changing the oil. You always know that you put your cars in right hands when it comes to Vu s shop

Vu is the best mechanic that I ve ever dealt with! He would know what the problem is and will fix it asap, with fair pricing! He did all the maintenance on my Lexus! And the way he does the work I don t have to see him as often cause it s done right from start to finish! He makes sure that the right parts are installed properly with no modifications! He is a very detailed mechanic! He will tell you what needs to be fixed or if fixing can wait a few more months or so! This way you can get your finances together if it need be!I would give him a million stars if it s available on this review cause 5 is just not enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My 1991 Honda CRX had trouble starting and took it to Vu the same day and got it back in a couple of hours! Vu was responsive and reliable. I will definitely go back to him if any issues come up. Super nice dude!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Our car wouldn't start unexpectedly and we were stranded! We hadn't had issues with our car before so we needed to find ourselves a good auto shop nearby ASAP. We chose Vu based on the great reviews. Oh my gosh, I don't know that I've ever received better service! Vu was very responsive and friendly, referred us to a reliable tow truck service, and installed a new starter for us within 24 hours. We will definitely use Vu as our go-to auto shop going forward.

Vu auto is the no doubt best auto service I've ever received! I had my back wheel bearings done and a oil change . Not only was those services done superbly, The owner is awesome! he said my back tires were very low tread (which was true , very old) so he replaced them with weather tires in amazing condition . He then told me he wouldn't charge me for them . He was so kind and will not go elsewhere as long as I live in Seattle!Service: Wheel alignment

I've been a customer of Vu Auto for more than 10 years. I've always received the best service and fair pricing. I recently moved and went to another garage for front and rear brakes/rotors/pads and was quoted an estimate of $1900. Came back to Vu's and his estimate was $900. That is a savings of $1000!! Thank goodness for Vu!!

Amazing and quick service. Mr.Vu was able to diagnose and fix my Nissan Xterra steering wheel problem due to one of the belts this week. And also he fixed our problem with the power window & headlight last year. Best prices & Best auto shop in Seattle. David helped me diagnose a problem with my VW but unfortunately didn t have the parts for it. He kindly filled up my coolant then sent me to a VW shop since he couldn t find the replacement part. Will bring my Toyota here for future work!

I would trust Vu and his team with my child :) They sold me a great used vehicle, they've kept the car in great shape. They always present multiple options when having to decide about a repair, and they are friendly!! Consistently the best auto service in Seattle.

I cannot recommend Vu enough. Been going for 10 years with all kinds of cars: Isuzu, Ford, Porsche, Subaru, etc and have received prompt and honest service at a reasonable price. He saved us $1,200 when we were stuck Orcas Island with a locked air conditioner. Called him, he did rapid research and found a way to bypass the compressor that the local mechanic didn't know existed.

He refuses to finish up on my car after its been at his shop for a week. I had to have a piece custom made for the driveline and it took a while for the fabricators to get it back to me. Vu was told this and had no issue with the car in the shop until the piece was made. When I returned with the new piece my car was pushed outside and Vu told me he didn't want to push it back in to the shop and I was told to get it fixed someplace else because he had other cars. After trying to figure out why he refused to work on my car, he then walked away and had his other workers, who spoke little English, tell me to leave because they weren't pushing the car back in. Mind you, my car has no driveline and cannot move unless it gets towed. I already had it towed to Vu's because my mother swears by his work! I am VERY upset and embarrassed by this man. If you had a great experience then I commend you, but I had a horrific experience that no customer should go through.

I seldom to see an organized, clean, professional and good customer service like this store.I can tell the way they talk and help people in honest way. I would come back and recommend this shop to other people. I love to see an auto repair shop that treat their clients with their heart and not taking advantage of them for money.
