I would like to thank DJ for helping me with the air suspension knocking noise issue recently. The parts were covered under volvo extended warranty and there is a TJ for the well known issue. but it s a little hard to get the repair approved by extended warranty (Fidelity). Fortunately DJ helped communicate with Fidelity through the process and got it approved finally. I picked up my car today and the issue is fixed! Nice to get back to the quiet and smooth ride in my XC90. People in service department of Volvo cars Seattle are very friendly and professional (actually they are the best one in my experience with my two volvo cars so far). Plus I really appreciate the loaner car option.

I had a broken wiper blade on a rainy day. Brian was very helpful to give a speedy wiper blade replacement. Highly recommended!

I needed a headlight changed, they just had me cross the street to buy a bulb and then changed it for me for free. Great service by some honest and hard-working mechanics
