Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, old school service at Seattle Volvo. My car was toast, so Corbin, my Service Representative, who is a stud, referred me to Cody on the showroom floor. Cody was relaxed, asked a few questions and cared about my responses. Zero pressure. A rockstar! Ian and Andre in Finance, offered me options and took great care of me. I left there in under 90 minutes in my new, super rad XC90, grinning ear to ear. If you are considering a Volvo...Go. There. Now.

I was greeted by a friendly Service Writer, taken in on time, comfortable waiting room. I was kept informed as to my vehicles service progress, and given feedback as to the conditions of my concerns, mainly condition of the brakes at this level of mileage. Good news! More positive than expected, more miles yet to go. My discount coupon from a neighboring Dealer was honored here, and the billing came in as estimated. Coupon for a free Brown Bear car wash to send me in my way, with a smile and joy that I was good for many more miles to come. I heartily recommend Volvo Cars Seattle for any Volvo care needs. Great customer service, and quick turnaround. I was able to use a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced, and Corbin was a big help in explaining what maintenance repairs needed to be done immediately, and what we could wait on. We had our car detailed as well, and it looks brand new. 10/10 would recommend. Overall, outstanding service!

Volvo Cars on 2700 NE 55th Street is the best! They are courteous, professional, and do excellent repair and maintenance work. I ve used their services since 1984; am now on my third Volvo. The service personnel are very patient and helpful explaining things. Everyone there is taking the best care of my 17 year old Volvo.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Hayden, the Sales Associate, and Ian, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle I selected aligned perfectly with my requirements. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and the other staff members are very kind. I do recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from this establishment. The transaction proceeded seamlessly, and the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.

The service team, led by Brian, consistently provide hands-down the BEST service I've ever received on any vehicle in my life. From soup to nuts, these people care about the quality of service and your experience, and that really shines through. Every member of the service team is delightfully pleasant, out-of-their-way helpful, and makes you feel valued and even pampered as their customer. They should seriously teach customer service skills to other area dealerships! Thank you, Brian, for always making me feel like a VIP, and Isaac for providing an excellent soundtrack while I wait. Navid was welcoming and efficient. I received updates throughout the day about the repairs, along with any new information that needed my review. It was incredibly easy to arrange for a loaner car and the entire checkout process was seamless. Taking my car in for a repair or service is never stressful and I appreciate that.

Highly recommend this dealership service department. I ve taken two Volvos here in the past 5 years for slightly complicated warranty repairs. The service department communicated with Volvo corporate on my behalf and got all the work approved. It took a little while to get the parts in but they put me in a beautiful loaner right away. I got my car back and it turned out better than I could ve dreamed. If I wasn t Volvo for life, I am now. Adam in the service department knocked it out of the park.

The staff and mechanics are great and very helpful. The only downside is their dumpster fire of a computer system. On more than one occasion I showed up for a scheduled oil change and my appointment mysteriously disappeared but they always make it right. Please fix that

When I first started coming here I was so pleased with the service but I ve had multiple issues since they switched all their communications to a call center. If everything goes right it s no big deal, but if there s an issue it s now impossible to get a hold of anyone who cares. I had a service appointment a couple weeks ago at 7am on a Monday. Arrived to find they were closed. Called and got the call center and was told they had mistakenly booked my appointment at some other dealership. Even if I had waited for this location to open, they wouldn t have any loaners for me so I went home, wasting 45 mins driving back and forth. The call center representative promised someone would call me later that day to make things right. Mistakes happen so I was frustrated but figured they would fix things. More than two weeks later, no one has called. I tried emailing, no response. So my service hasn t been done and I guess I need to find someone else to do it. Similar issue in the past when they charged me for gas on a loaner that I had refueled and I couldn t get through to anyone at the dealership and it took a ton of my time to fix things. It s really disappointing because the staff onsite are great. It used to be that if I had an issue with my car I could call and get a knowledgeable person in service who would tell me what to do. I really valued that and assumed because of the great service that I would purchase future cars here. I m sure the call center saves them money but it s terrible for customers and not being able to talk to their actual service department does affect my decision on whether I want to buy my next car here.

Really happy with my experience. Ian and Cody were human, transparent, and easy to work with. I feel like I got a very good deal and was impressed with other team members that helped out along the way too. Feels like everyone works there because they love what they do not because it's their job.

In the past, I have armed myself for battle when stepping into a car dealership. Not so at Seattle Volvo. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. I especially commend Robert and Ian, who went beyond my expectations to arrange my purchase of a certified pre-owned Volvo XC60 Hybrid. I recommend this dealership with no reservations.

Had a very good experience picking up a Volvo XC90 with for my wife today. The car we originally came to purchase from Spokane had some cosmetic work that wasn t listed and they gave us a better deal on the same year model. Ian and Cody do good work!

My wife and I came through on a Sunday to look at a used vehicle (was not a Volvo), and luck must have been with us as the car was transferred to their lot in the last day or so. Robert helped us the moment we walked through the door. He mentioned another buyer had scheduled to see the car, and although we didn't have an appointment, was kind enough to accommodate us to check it out.We took the car out on a test drive, and decided to move forward with a trade-in. Robert and Ian were amazing with the purchase process, going through our finance options and trade-in value in great detail. We negotiated a fair deal on the trade, and came to a mutual offer for the car.Nothing beats great customer service and a zero pressure sales experience. Ours was what anyone would expect when buying a car, much less a used vehicle that isn't on brand for the dealership. Hope to do business again in the future, thank you Volvo Cars Seattle.

Service center is always severely delayed in their time estimates. I ve been consistently told for every service that it will be a 2-3 hour turnaround when it ends up being 6+ hours. Routine service should never take that long and I ve never received any explanation for delays.

Worked with Ian and Cody to trade out for a EV. They did their best to make everything incredibly easy for me and my family. Only shop to go to if you re looking for a Volvo. Ask for Ian to get rolling tho.

Absolutely outstanding service from Navid and team. Thorough, proactive, and excellent communicators. And on the look out for both issues that might happen, and places where you can save or risk being overcharged for unnecessary repairs. But why go anywhere else?

Great experience, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lead time to get an appointment with availability of a loaner car. I've used the Bellevue dealership as well,and rate the experience here much much better.
