These guys did me dirty. Gave me an old battery and didn't fix my AC problem at all yet i paid full price.Recommend looking elsewhere.

They are very helpful & didn t charge me a dime. Even when I offered to tip them they did not take that. Such great customer service & amazingly friendly staff willing to help where possible.

best mechanic in the southend! consistent, honest and great prices! The folks here not only take care of your vehicle but treat you with utmost respect, 10/10 experience every time! Also ask for the break bundle special! $280 for breaks and rotors!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Besides the exceptional work the mechanics provide combined with the friendly service, this is the one place where your money will not only go far, but they will actually tell you if the service is not necessary at this time or can wait. The owner will have a light-hearted banter with you to make your experience even better. Based on the friendly service and excellent and only needed work they do on your vehicle, Tripple T is an auto mechanic shop with a neighborhood feel and can compete with their dealerships counter parts.

Great experience, a little slow getting parts, (wheel hubs with bearings & speed sensors)other than that they were of Great value, I will be going here again although I hope not too soon !2005 Escalade AWD

These guys are great. They took care of my starter problem with no issue. They were quick and gave a fair price. They took care of some structural car damage as well. I ll be going back to them in the future.

I m a smart 75 yr-old driver that s beenin PLENTY of automotive repair shops in the last 50 years.All of them have their own personalities, skill level and pride.I ve never been in one that could take on every ride that came by.My council for anyone that was put-offby their reception at Triple-T is to be smart enough to feel it and calmlydrive away.One more thing, (big thing).TT has in their employ people that a enthusiastic, VERY skilled and they like working together.In the last 1 1/2 years I ve had 3 carsthere for a water pump, timing belt,clutch, front-end/steering and belts.They are prompt, friendly at virtuallyevery job the did for me averaged between 15-20 % less than other bids.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD WARNING!!! Do not go to Triple T auto repair Came in to get a diagnosis for my car was told I needed to have my catalytic converter replaced and crank shaft replaced this is all they told me. After receiving my car back and those things fixed my alternator randomly stopped working which I had replaced by the car manufacturer not even 4 months ago and never had a problem with until bringing it to triple t. I came back to get that checked out and they didn t even want to look at my car I had to argue for them to even take it to look again!! Now they are telling me that my alternator is now broken and my car drives worse than it did before even after charging my battery fully. It s a waste of money and time going to triple t!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.First I left my car there and was told that it would be ready in a couple of hours. It took them 2 days to get back to me with diagnostics.Then when I tried to use another shop, they told me it was $100 for diagnostics. They never told me that I would have to pay for diagnostics nor did I sign a contract agreeing to pay for diagnostics. Yet they refused to give me back my car until I paid for it.They quoted me $250 for a misfire. But then said I had to pay an extra $200 for an oil change and an air filter. Something that would cost me $50 to do myself. No thanks.Because I was held hostage, I had no choice but to use them. They told me my car would be ready in the morning. Surprise, when I went to pick it up, they said it wasn t ready and that I was supposed to get a call from them. So I waited at a coffee shop for 2 hours, expecting a call. It never came. When I gave them a call, they said my car had been ready for over an hour.Did they fix my car? Yes. Did they give me the runaround? Also yes. Save yourself the headache and go to the Firestone across the street.

Great place. They were able to fix a car quickly, and even helped by recommending a towing service; as two previous towing services failed to show.

A couple years down the line I'm finding out that all the parts they said they replaced are either the same parts simply adjusted to temporarily work or used parts. My new mechanic kept telling me about all the items I need and showing me that they were never replaced they look to be original to the car. When I went back through my receipts to see all the items I purchased from them I also noticed they were documenting my car in the wrong year, that cannot be a coincidence. WATCH OUT!

This place was an awful experience. Our car wouldn't start so we had it towed (after trying to jump) to Triple T. They charged us $430 for a new starter, and I thought that was the end of it. The day after we got it back, the car wouldn't start again. The shop was not helpful at all, and we ended up getting it towed there again. They tried to close early and not accept our car at all. Then, instead of fixing our car honoring their warranty, they charged us another $150 for spark plugs. Another 2 days after we got the car back, and it is again broken. This place will gouge and gouge, trying to take you for as much as they can. Terrible

This place is awesome. reasonable price, good work, and honest. I have been fixing my car for over 10 years with Tan.. He is a great hard working man... Dec 3, 2016. I took my fiance car and he save him $1000 compare other auto shop to repair his car..

The service is above and beyond other car repair facilities. The gentleman at the front desk are wonderful and really helpful with my vehicles needs. Friendship is important. Best shop ever!! I take all my cars here and reccomend them highly! Excellent work, fast and helpful. We haven't had work done anywhere else since we found them and have recommended several people who were also satisfied with work and prices. They also have a tow truck so they can pick up your car wherever it's at and get it running like new!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They are super unprofessional and will give you a higher price and con you for your money. Told me that I needed to fix a certain part of my car (will not disclose) but then I went to another dealer and they said it s completely fine. All they want is money! Go somewhere else.

I've always gotten class A service from Triple T Auto. For the first ten years I didn't even know the name just the quality of work they did for me. I've sent a many of people to get work on cars. I simple say the turquoise building on MLK just a block or so north of orcus.

Triple T auto repair is hands down one of the best around , Tien who has been working on my stupid car that continues to breakdown (2009 Chevy Aveo) has stayed late waiting for me to arrive, he's showed me how to take care of certain things on my own so I wouldn't have to pay for labor and he's always honest, well priced and really personable. I appreciate the service that I'm provided when I go in there and his prices are always the lowest around as he stated " you work hard for your money like I do , I don't want to take everything you have" Thank you Triple T for everything

This place is str8 trash now used to be a great shop new manager does not value customers time lies and gives the run around. Dropped my car off at 11 in the morning told me 530 still nothing done

Took my acura tl in for oil leak from rear main seal everywhere else wanted 1,200 and up but Tee did it for only 600 and it was fast very family friendly environment. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs. Thanks Triple T Auto repair.

I bought a used car and wanted it to be ready to hit the road, as I travel around the state for my job.I felt superbly well taken care of by the folks at Triple T. Now that my work is almost done for the season, I can honestly say it feels great to know my car was healthy enough to take the journey after having it's work done at Triple T.Thank you so much!

Such a good set of mechanics here. The building looks a bit shady... but don't let that scare you. they have great service and they get you in and out for a great cost

Spent $1500 for a tranny rebuild on an 01' Honda Civic. 2 months after rebuild same torque converter error came up. Brought it back and another 2 months later same check engine code. They claim it's a wiring issue. Bellevue Honda said I should take them to small claims court.

Got me in with little notice and honestly told me I had nothing to worry about. Extremely honest and clean shop for how large it is. Best place out of the 5 in Seattle. 5 stars:)
