Had a good experience with Michael C in service, as an automotive repair shop seeking a sublet on ADAS after performing body work, he knew exactly what I needed for my customer's vehicle and was respectful of my time. He sold me a job for 3.5hr instead of 6hr that the crooks and cons at Burien Toyota were seeking. Thank you Michael for your honesty and integrity

Atrocious. The service team are all crooks, overcharing the for every service they possibly can. I had a complex incident with my car resulting in a long stay in the service center. They continually refused to send me updated estimates, would promise "discounts" that didn't show up on the final statement ("We discounted the services fee" yeah right). Communication was abysmal. Christian, the advisor I worked with, was horrendous. Who on earth calls and says "Good news, we finished repairs, bad news, your car isn't working and it will cost an extra 8K to repair"? They promised to work with my insurance and follow-up when they didn't get a check for repairs, then when I came to pick up my car, nobody seemed to be aware of this. They suddenly had to call around (all of which could have been done the day prior when they promised to do so). I spent upward 45 minutes, just to not be able to pick up my car due to their inability to follow-up.I would not recommend coming here unless it's TRULY your only option. Dealing with these crooks have turned me off working with Toyota ever again.

Very displeased, bought my car in a different state 3 years ago and was told I would get free services for life and now this Toyota will not honor it. No one mentioned it during my last 5 oil changes in this state. I just came for my last one and dude was like this is your last prepaid I m so confused as I wasn t informed of that when I bought the car or when I got 5 oil changes upon moving to Seattle.

It was not a great experience. The salesperson will push for services that you might get elsewhere for cheaper (and in my case, my bro could do my oil change for free) but it is better if you don t agree to it and think it over. Once they do that push and get you to sign and you change your mind, they will call the service team but they might not be able to change it cause they already opened it up (even though they quoted me hours when it has been less than 30 min since check in). It is an assembly line style of servicing. It is pushy here for their products and services which are way more expensive than other places. If I had more time, I could change my own light for 1/7 of the cost instead of using their factory product and labor. I found the experience not that great and too pushy. There are other places that have better care and services without the pushy sales and assembly line feel.

In a city where professionalism seems to be going down the drain, it is amazing to see that "ToSSC" still holds itself to the highest standards of customer service. Employees such as Josh S. exemplify this attitude and approach to sincerely care for their customers. No one really likes to go to get their car serviced---the very least we hope for is honesty from service centers. But ToSSC goes above and beyond, and strives to create a positive experience for you. They are not perfect, but workers like Josh will endeavor to earn your trust by making sure the work they put forward is something they can be proud of. ToSSC gets my highest compliment: "I'd send my mom here."

I brought my car to Toyota today for the first time. I needed a balance, alignment, and diagnostics, and the technician I had was Tim. He was very helpful and called me with super thorough notes and options for services. They did a great job and I will definitely be bringing our other cars there in the future. Just remember to check part prices brought my 4Runner in for an issue with the horn while they didn t fix that they did come up with $9k in other repairs needed. That felt crazy since I had just had it in there 5 weeks before for regular maintenance and inspection but the kicker was when I looked up part prices they were charging 8x the price of OEM products. When I pointed that out they told me if I bought the part and brought it in they d just charge the labor. Didn t feel very honest. They also tried to add window tinting when I told them I was holding off on it until later needless to say, I opted to take my 4Runner somewhere else. Staff is very helpful and understanding. They try their best to deliver the best service possible.I typically work on my own vehicle but have taken it here for diagnoses. Their feedback is valuable and are able to provide schematics, torque specifications, and OEM parts or part numbers.

Tim Tam treated me with the respect and attentiveness that should be the golden standard of all service advisors. A prime example of professionalism and knowledge of his craft that is a testament to the hardwork and dedication we should all expect from such a fine individual. In my book Tim Tam will forever be the GOAT of service advisory, and I would hope that his leadership treat him as such.

2 unacceptable experiences with this Toyota Service Center.1) I came in for my appointment which was confirmed a week earlier and they couldn t find my service appointment to address my AC issue. That also meant they didn t have the service loaner car they previously confirmed they d have for me since my car will need 24hr to diagnose. They honored my request to get my car serviced but now I m stuck looking for a ride back to work.They took 6 days longer to get back to me when they said they would and I couldn t get a call back when they 6 days passed. Even the mainline who forwarded me to the service department got me nowhere.2) Today I called the service department again to follow up and the call just rang for 7:48 min straight without anyone answering or an option to leave a message.What a waste of my time. Certainly will not bring them my business. They must be doing so well that they don t bother nor car about picking up the phones.I will go to another Toyota service auto shop.

I have owned Toyota Prius cars for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. They have always helped me keep my car in great running condition and have been fair and honest with what was needed and what could wait. I will be a returning customer for years to come.

I dealt with several young gentleman during car dropoff, appointment processing and car pick-up. All of them were courteous and professional. It was also easy to get to the maintenance facility. I would use their services again.

I have a 2022 vehicle and experience a rattling sound on my moonroof. Took the car in early morning and had to go back into the dealership after work to show sound the moonroof was making, since they kept saying no one could hear it (like ok). I was able to reproduce the sound within 5 min of driving. Waited about and hour after that and they said a piece needed to be ordered. Came back when said piece had arrived which was about a month and a half later. Bring in the car again early in the morning. Couldn t identify the sound again (different mechanic working on it). Figured out the piece ordered was the wrong piece needed to fix the issue and I would need to come back one more time. The car was in for more than 35 hours at the dealership for no service performed on it! I had to come back next day again to pick up the car. Just a big inconvenience for nothing. Come back in Saturday afternoon they give me back my car with pieces from my moonroof on the backseat floor. Just extremely disappointed in the service overall. Hopefully on my next visit they can fix the issue, but at this point after this I might drive the extra miles to go to a different Toyota.

Gave dealership another chance. I wanted to say Kevin T in the service area is awesome. My transmission decided to quit working and he was great to work with. Amazing! I always get great service here, but today they exceeded my expectations. They had a very rare tire available at a very cheap price, they installed the tire and changed my spare. And everything last minute, at the end of the day on a Saturday. I am very impressed with how courteous, professional and accommodating the entire team was. Thank you!

This was my first time at the Toyota of Seattle Service center and I had a pleasant experience. I came in for my 15k service expecting to wait a while due to the amount of cars already ahead of me, but Jon got me in and out within a little over an hour. REVISIED 6/7/22 - Had my high mileage checkup recently. Service advisor "J" was great, top spot communication and friendliness. I m sure the tech was great as well. After a previous review, the team at TOS contacted me regarding my concerns. I appreciate the reach out and personal concern the advisor had regarding my 16' Tundra. I recently worked with Trevor Neal and he was really helpful with getting some scratches and dents on my RAV4 repaired. He's extremely personable and was dedicated to providing the attention and service that would help me get the results I was hoping for. Trevor is friendly, knowledgable, communicative, experienced, reliable and a simply a pleasure to work with. While I was there, I overheard him helping a customer prior to me, and he was thoroughly explaining to them what had happened with their battery and providing the input they needed to confirm next steps with insurance. I was thinking to myself how fortunate they we're to have his help. Trevor goes above and beyond and that's so refreshing. Today,i went to Toyota of Seattle again!!!,same thing happened.i haven't get my second key.i took like 7months aready.may be i need to wait for 2024 to get my key . Toyota,you are not the only choice for me. See you guys 2024.

Had a fantastic experience buying a used car from Toyota of Seattle. Mostly due to the great, prompt service that Cory Phillips provided. We traveled more than 150 miles to buy this car. Cory was fantastic at communicating to me all the information I needed that justified the long trip. In addition the atmosphere of the facilities was inviting. New, modern and clean. Fairly quiet. No annoying PA announcements. Seemed like a pretty well organized staff. They definitely have the customers care as top priority. I would certainly consider buying my next car from them. I would recommend my family and friends and I would tell them to ask for Cory Phillips.

I've been getting service/maintenance at Toyota of Seattle for 10+ years, going back to their Belltown days, spanning 3 different vehicles. Their staff and service has been consistent, ranging satisfactory to good (overall).I just had a really good service experience today, so I really want to give a big shout out to LINDSEY HOBBS. Pick this guy to be your Toyota Service Advisor! Other service advisors have been ok to good, but Lindsey is EXCELLENT! Clear communicator, positive energy, humble. I felt no "sales" pressure to buy in on "recommended services" but he's knowledgeable like a human wikipedia on vehicle maintenance. Gave me pros/cons, present vs future on servicing. I just really liked working with him, great vibes, he feels like a good human being. Lindsey you are legit!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change
