I did not have a good experience. The tech showed up and didn't speak a word of English so we had trouble communicating. The first thing he did was take the back glass out and dropped it on my trunk and damaged the trunk. When I called Flash Auto Glass, Erica argued with me saying the gouge or scratch was already there. I said, lady, I was 3 ft away from him and watched him do it. She argued with me, but I wanted the job done. She came off $50. But I would rather not have the scratch. He went ahead and installed the back glass and did a good job after that, I think. I haven't driven the car yet. I don't know who Brenda is, but Raven was terrific.

I used this facility in a pinch cause tree limbs grime my windshield and I had to leave town in3 days. They had the part in stock, same mfg as starlight, and in 24 hrs was repaired. Excellent service! When someone broke my window and tried to steal my car, I was pretty upset. This was the only service open and taking calls on Sunday, and they set me up with an appointment for the next day. The window was replaced in only an hour or so, they did a good job cleaning up the glass for me, and the price was comparable to other services like Safelite. Would definitely use them again (though hopefully I don't have anymore break ins)!Service: Auto rear window replacement

BIG shoutout to Jason! He came out within 5-6 hours to my job so I didn t have to go anywhere. It was fixed in under 1 hour. He was very patient with me when I was getting lost trying to meet with him at my job! He is so very kind and knows what he is doing! This is definitely the place I will ALWAYS go to for any issues with windshields, windows, etc Thank you again Jason for the best service!

Really awesome service and was grateful they could do same day and on-site at my place. The window is working great and the tech was kind.I think that having an 8hr estimate time of arrival is the only complaint I can give. The person who booked the appointment was responsive and understanding, but even a 3hr estimate would make this service amazing. To only give a notice 30min before the tech comes is very stressful to wait through and also in my case they came 2hrs later than that arrival estimate.Service: Auto side window replacement

** UPDATED REVIEW ** They do not follow up very well on their work when problems come up. About a month ago they repaired our drivers side window. After a couple weeks later the window was going up crooked. We were told they were coming out to fix their work but got 2 days they didn t come out when we were told they would. We then used Rockstar Autoglass on the third day and they did a great job. ** ORIGINAL REVIEW ** Today AutoGlass was available to replace our divers side window the same day I made the appointment. Marshall, the gentleman who did the work on our window went above and beyond what we expected. He temporarily fixed the weatherstripping that fell down inside the door.

I had an outstanding experience with this windshield repair company. They responded promptly and scheduled the repair for the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. The technician did a flawless job, and my wife's car now has a perfectly repaired windshield without any issues. I definitely would recommend Today Autoglass. Their staff was very friendly and professional through the entire process, it was very quick and simple. They came straight to our job site. I called them first thing in the morning, and before lunch we had a new window installed. They even clean up all of the broken glass for us.

Excellent service!! I recommend this company to anyone needing windows replaced! They were quick to fit my schedule, even came to my house earlier than expected. I wish I remembered the guys name who came out because he was very nice and I really appreciated his attention to detail and great conversation! The price was a lot better than expected and even though my second window wasn't able to be done that day, due to being out of stock, he said he'd still be willing to come back and put it in if I got the window elsewhere. 10 out 10.

Raven was very professional and helpful on getting a new window in my car as quickly as possible and for a reasonable price. Woodnar came to my place of employment and installed my new window in less than 30 minutes plus he vacuumed the glass out of my car. Incredibly impressed with this company. Called them after someone smashed our back side window and they had someone out to my home within 30 minutes and it was fixed in another 30 minutes. After checking out numerous auto glass replacement businesses....TODAY AUTOGLASS was the most eager to please me and obtain my business. I asked for a quote online, and Jessica called me almost immediately.....she provided all the answers to my questions ........Best Price, Hassle Free....FAST.They absolutely did what theyimplied they would.The tech Giovanni called me to inform me of his estimated arrival time, coming from a different city, which his timing was spot on...He worked clean, professionally, and had my windshield installed in less than an hour. The timely response and quality of the work was top notch. The gentleman that did the install was very professional and thorough. He also vacuumed everyone little broken shard of glass out of my interior of my vehicle. I would recommend on this portion of my experience. Handling the payment was extremely odd. I offered to pay in advance at the time of booking, they declined to at that time. The technician didn t have cell service in my garage and then his battery died on his phone to take my payment. I called back to make the payment after he left, no answer. Called again, there was a screaming baby in the background and the person who I answered was impossible to understand. Called the next morning, no answer, I gave up. Someone finally called me back and was very off putting like I was trying to not pay for said service. I was slightly offended and especially since I offered to pay at the very beginning. The quality of work was great, but their accounting and office practices are off, leaving me with only a 3 star review.Service: Auto side window replacement

They didn t show up when scheduled. I called and they told me they couldn t get to me and would come the next day. They didn t even call to tell me they were bailing, I had to call THEM.Had to take two days off work, though they suggested I drive to work missing an entire window (unsafe)Then, I got a lovely text this morning asking me to review their quick service on Google! Happy to oblige.

I had kent come out to fix my broken passenger window after speaking with jessica who had a great attitude and was super communicative and personable. Kent did a great job making sure all the glass was removed and overall was very efficient and thorough in his work. My technician, who I believe his name was Evan, if not I apologize. Was prompt and very professional, we both even cracked a few jokes. Thanks much to Holly and everyone else at Today AutoGlass. My side window was broken at the travel Lodge by the space needle the night before we were leaving on a Alaska cruise. They were able to come to the Seattle cruise park and replace the window the same day. We were able to enjoy our cruise knowing that they took care of it for me. They got me in quick. I got a cracked window from a rock. I called and was able to get in that same day. They fixed the Crack fast and I was able to go about my day. They were super affordable. The bldg was a little iffy at first but when I realized it was rented bays, it made sense. I was a little hesitant when payinh, being that they used their phone to input the payment on an app rather than something like cube or something for me to swipe my card. I did get a receipt though. I just hope it was secure. I will be watching my account closely.
