Peter got me scheduled the same day at a reasonable cost. The technicians knew how to repair a slightly unusual issue and at no extra cost. Definitely a good place for windshield repair or replacement!

Was definitely hesitant getting my windshield replaced since it wasn't the dealer.But they did an amazing job! Even cleaned all the other windows inside and out. A+ Service!

Window was not ready when told it would be. It had to be rescheduled after driving to the original appointment time. No one vacuumed the car beyond what was already done by me after the break in. It took over 30 minutes for final bill to be printed. (No one else was ahead of me).

Had a chip in my windshield and went here. They repaired it but it appeared no different. It's summer now and heat turned the chip turned into a crack. Now the whole windshield needs to be replaced. Can't speak on their other services but repairs for chipped windshields is quite poor. 2 stars since is all I'll give because the repair lasted a couple months.

NOVUS did a phenomenal job in replacing my windshield. Peter was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I didn t have to wait too long for my car. They were much more professional and accommodating to my schedule than Safelite. Would highly recommend this place.

Novus was able to fix my window much faster and cheaper than Safelite. The staff was friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience with Novus from the start. My cars back passenger window was destroyed by a vandal and Geico listed Novus as a possible glass replacement shop.Sophia answered the phone on first ring and was so nice and accommodating. They were able to see me within a few days after ordering parts from the dealer. Some other places I considered didn't answer the phone or were way more expensive.For both my appointments, the front desk staff and technician were so great. I really enjoyed chatting with the tech, he was professional and walked me through the process of glass fixing and showed me what the insides of my car door looked like. So cool!Hyundai neglected to include a necessary part for fixing the window, and the staff at Novus were apologetic, transparent, and ordered the part needed and scheduled me back a few days later. (It wasn't even their fault, yet they went out of there way to talk me through everything )The glass fix appointment was quick and had me on my way. Thank you!!

I took my brand new vehicle there after it Being vandalized. My whole back window was broken. They told me they "try" their best to clean all broken glass. After they completed the job NO ONE did an inspection before or after the process. When I got home and went to pop my truck open. It would not budge. Before I went there to get the window fixed my trunk was working just fine. I called them to see if they can make this right, I was told it was out of their hands and I have to take it to a dealership. I was told that sometimes glass gets I'n the latch mechanism and it causes the door not to open. The glass was not cleaned out AT ALL. This company takes NO pride in their work. They WILL not take care of you and when damage is done at THEIR facility, they will tell you oh well.Save your money and go else whereIf I could leave zero stars, I would haveService: Auto windshield replacement

Don't trust these lying sheisters. They failed to seal new window properly, which resulted in extensive water damage to the interior of my car. They first offered to cover the costs of repair and restore; but as soon as they had my car in their garage, the reneged on their promise and demanded that I pay for another new window and all labor to re-install and repair damage caused by THEIR negligence. Customer service is excellent!!! Thank you Sophia and Kristina for making what could have been an ordeal a positive experience. The other repair shop could not do the work until the following week. At Novus, I was able to get it done the following day.My passenger window was vandalized. The laminated window I needed replaced was not easy to find, but they found one! Sophia is the real MVP! She was able to obtain a really hard to find piece of back glass for my beloved old Lexus. I talked to a lot of people about this repair and Novus and Sophia were the only people that stepped up and gave me a real quote and real service.More than a few vendors gave me a quote only to call back an hour later to double that after they did their research. Sophia and Novus got it right the first time with no guesswork or smoke and mirrors nonsense.Great communication and I felt like they took the best care of my ride. The install went great and the new glass looks fantastic.The price was good; I felt like we paid a reasonable amount all around for the glass and the expert level service / install.Don't hesitate to check these guys out if you need some glass for your vehicle they will take great care of you.

This was the ONLY glass shop in the north end of Seattle that re-calibrated the windshield after replacement. All the other places would replace the glass, but would not recalibrate the vehicle safety features, which would require me to then make a 2nd appointment at my car dealer. Novus offered a next day service appointment and completed the work in 2 hours. Very professional and kind. I would recommend them to any of my friends and I will use them again, if needed.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Got my Subaru windshield replaced with Eyesight alignment. Professional and knowledgeable - was very easy to setup appointment and figure out insurance details. The free wi-fi let me work while I waited for the job to get done. A few concerns that I have:- I was told it will take 30 mins to fix the small chip on my windscreen, however, it took 60 minutes. There were no other cars in the shop when I arrived so IDK why it took them so long.- The screen feels very smooth when I touch it, but I can see glue marks on my windscreen. The mark is now more visible that prior to fixing the chip.- I was told that you guarantee that the chip won t turn into a crack. I was under the impression that that means that you ll replace the windscreen if that happens. Later reading your warranty policy it seems like you only return the money you charge for fixing the chip, which doesn t make sense since insurance paid for it. So to me this is a marketing trick and not an honest statement to back your work.

Theses people are hard workers and honest. They did not push me into their services and recommended to hold off because the chips in my glass were previously repaired and would have been risky. I am definitely returning to them in the future.As a side note one of them did seem a little over-worked due to scheduling. Hopefully they can figure that out to keep their hard working employees happy.

They have nice staffs caring about customers! I dropped my car at store but later became aware that the broken windshield must be replaced in a dealership with OEM. They didn't charge me extra for any service they had already done and even placed a temporary wind-blocker on my broken window. Worth 5-star.

Great service and integrity. I took a recently purchased used car in because I had a small chip in the windshield.They let me know that it had already been filled, didn't charge me anything, and sent me on my way.It would have been very easy for them to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They won my business if anything ever does happen.

Upon arrival at 89th & Aurora there was no record of my appointment after a lengthy search. I gave them the claim number and after a phone call I was approved. The tech was rough around the edges. Maybe just a bad day as he had to check me in as the receptionist was not in at the time. A customer who came in after me got their car done before me. There was no apology for the delay and not having any info for the appointment that was lost. However the windshield chip repair was done well.

Excellent job replacing my window shield, however the communication from the repair person could ve been a little better. He let me know when he was coming but couldn t provide an estimate of when he d arrive or how long the job would take. The repair was completed on site, which was helpful.

Sharing a good experience having a windshield replaced with Novus Glass. Sophia and the front office staff were cordial and professional. Made an appointment 1 month in advance for someone to come out to take measurements for my shower door. NO ONE showed up. No phone call or email from them. I even emailed them the day before to confirm my appointment. It was super frustrating because I took time off from work to be at home for the appointment. DON'T use this company, super unprofessional!

Speedy Auto Glass was very professional today. We had our windshield cracked yesterday by a rock on I-5. We called this morning and they had an opening at 2 pm. They got us in with no problems. They kept the vehicle a bit longer after the repairs while we finished up a few errands and honored the quote the gave us over the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These folks are great. I called on a Friday, and they replaced my windshield the following Monday afternoon. Very nice folks that understand customer service!

I dropped my car off on Thursday for a window repair. When I went to pick up my car on Friday I noticed that they have scratched the back of my car. The manager was very nice and admitted the incident at first. She tried to trick me to take the car out by telling me go to a repair shop for estimate, and said that speedy glass will pay the repair shop or send me a check. I insisted on having a written and signed document or wait for police before leaving. And they immediately changed their attitude and denied everything. They even lied to the police and told them that I scratched my car. I have deep doubts on this business's integrity. And I will not recommend this place to anybody.

I had a cracked windshield and decided to check these guys out after calling around a few places. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. The price was insanely cheap, quality work, and the girl at the front counter was beyond helpful and extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend to check these guys out for any of your glass needs.

Great experience. Best quote by over 25% with no surprise additions. Got a rear driver side door window replaced after my 2006 Jeep Commander had been broken into. Took less than an hour for everything. Will definitely come back for any future needs.

My car has a nasty habit of getting broken into, but Speedy Glass has always been awesome to me. Today, after my third smash and grab in the last two years happened last night, they were able to get me in and out same day. And they even stayed open an extra 15 minutes to wait for me when my bus got delayed for a medical emergency. Great people, and great service.
