I don't tend to leave reviews, but Sof was just wonderfully efficient and delightful in replacing my passenger side window. Finished early with most of the time spent making sure all the broken glass wasn't stuck anywhere and friendly conversation. Fast quote and same day drive to you service, was astonished at the attention to detail, competitive rate, and charismatic customer service. Will be back for tinting and recommending others for all glass services!

My experience was amazing. Fast and efficient. From now on Sof Auto Glass will be my go to when I need any window repairs on my car they were able to tell me what was wrong by description alone and gave me a base quote on how much it was gonna cost. Very pleased with their services

I called at 9 AM and they fixed my window by 1230 PM. My window got busted out in the streets of Seattle (no surprise there), so I was grateful for a quick repair during the rainiest season of the year. Very nice person who came to fix my window right on the street & also FYI also vacuumed the glass out! Amazing service

Fast, Reliable Professional Service!Sof Auto Glass did an excellent job in replacing my passenger side rear window. They came to my house to do the work which was amazing service! They took great pride in their quality and precise installation. The new windshield looks great and the trim is as good or better than the original windshield.

This man really came in clutch today. I was able to book him same day that my window got smashed. He comes to you. As he arrived I found that my ignition had been mangled. He was able to get the broken part off and get my car started. Very sweet, super helpful, fairly quick work, and removed all the broken glass from my car. Also excellent pricing! A mechanic for the people.

Such a great customer service experience with Sof Auto Glass. They came to my house the very next morning, were easily accessible by phone, and did an excellent quality job replacing my glass. They really went above and beyond and I hope to return to them for all my glass repair needs. A small trustworthy business, you are in good hands.

More than satisfied with his service. I called Wednesday late afternoon, and he was able to come to my house & replaced the car window on Friday morning. Went above by vacuuming my car of shattered glass . Fairly priced below what I was quoted by 2 others. Hopefully my car won't be vandalized again however if it does I will call again

Wonderful service! The whole process from calling, getting a quote, retrieving the glass replacement, making my appointment and fixing my window all within a couple of hours.It was great to know I could call and get an appointment same day and the technician provided me updates and showed me the process of how the window is fixed.Also very affordable cost and the convenience of the technician coming to you makes it all worth it.If you need anyone to fix the glass on your car, definitely give Sof Auto Glass a call.

I requested a quote late last night, and by this early afternoon, my cracked drivers side window was replaced in 30 minutes time. Soufiane was very communicative and transparent on the phone, and arrived when he said he would. It was nice to have the window changed out at my home, and not have to drive my car anywhere. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They did such an amazing job at replacing my cracked windshield. The job turned out to be a lot more complicated than expected because the previous windshield had not been installed correctly. They explained everything to me and fixed all of the preexisting issues. I will absolutely be using them if I need any kind of glass replacement in the future, I highly recommend them!

I had my car broken into at work and they shattered two of my cars passenger windows. I called and got a quote from sof auto glass and to my surprise it was cheaper than expected. Was able to get an appointment next day. Service was fast and he was super nice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for glass replacement.

From the first phone call to Sof Auto Glass, I felt welcomed and important as a potential new customer. I expressed my situation of the pure vandalism of our car. The prices were right in the middle but worried it would cost way more to drive down south as this company is in Seattle. I was told it would not be a problem nor cost me more than was estimated. I was also excited it could be done within a week. Unbeknownst to us, we were not able to come up with the funds to have this done, we needed two windows to be replaced as they were smashed in. Julia, whom I was chatting with understood. Unfortunately, it took us a few extra weeks. She understood our situation and was patient with us! Once we were set to go.....our car was repaired in a timely manner, we had an issue with another window, I asked if he could look at it, he said no problem! I was so excited when he said he would be able to fix it. We chatted about the price, it was extremely reasonable.

Very very impressed by Sof Auto Glass, they were fast, affordable, personable, and extremely high quality. The gentleman even cleaned and vacuumed out all the broken glass that was left in the passenger seat! I hadn't had time to clean it and didn't even ask him to, I just came back and it was clean!!I called at noon, they found the window I needed, picked it up and got everything fixed by 5:00 the same day. Soufiane was fantastic and friendly, very clear and concise communication the whole way.My car windows are a nightmare to change because of my car's model and door style but he got it fixed in under an hour, including repairing the bent connectors in the door that were damaged by the break in.10/10 there's a reason these guys have 5.0 stars on every single review

I can't recommend Sof Auto glass enough! He answered right away and was able to give me a quote over the phone and he came in under all of the other companies I called by a good amount. This might be worrying but he did an awesome job and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and had a lot of experience. He was also just a really nice, pleasant guy to talk to. Two hours after calling him I had new windows and a lot less stress. Very very pleased with Sof.

10 out of 10!Extremely professional, same day service for us! They came out to my home and replace my drivers side window after someone smashed and stole my stereo. He even vacuumed up the glass debris in my car when he was done.I can t recommend them enough.

Sof auto glass is exceptional, and provides great service. One of the side windows on my car was broken into, and I was looking around for service ASAP. I found this busniess on google, and everything from there was smooth and quick. I requested a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I received text updates, and Soufian arrived to my location to replace the door window.He is highly skilled in what he does- he repaired it in just over an hour and told me when the window was damaged one of the small holders was bent as well, and he repaired that too. When I came out to the car, the window was as good as new- clean and fully functional At the end, payment was convenient as well. Found this company on Google maps, looked at all-5-star-reviews, was pretty sceptical (how could someone not have a single bad review?) but still decided to give them a call.Here's my experience: all my calls were answered right away, the specialist arrived on time right to our driveway (!) and replaced the broken side window within an hour. He also vacuumed all the tiny glass shards inside the car and collected the rest from the driveway. All that for the price twice cheaper than what we were quoted in 2 other companies!Hoping that I won't need to replace broken glass in my Volvo again, but still saving the phone number to my contacts just in case.

Excellent service! I just had my car door window replaced after it was smashed. I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly despite the holiday week. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond. Can t recommend them highly enough!

Soufiane was great! His quote for the project was was very reasonable compared to the other companies I called. He somehow made time for me the same day my window was smashed in. He was friendly, communicative and does quality work. I would recommend Sof Auto Glass to anyone and will make sure to call next time I am in need of another window repair.

Five stars for the excellent services and speediness! I emailed them about 12am and they responded out of nowhere. I was blown away by the quick response and delivery of finished product the next day! They came to our place and installed it in less than an hour. Very responsive through email and text! Quote was just as expected $280 for install and window in cash. Window also comes with a 90 warranty.I know some readers are skeptical but don t be! They ll get the job done!

Best service ever. My car's window got busted and Sof Auto Glass went out of their way to find the replacement window since my car is a kia it's hard to find the replacement window but they went out of their way to find a location that had my car's rear window in stock. It was also so easy to schedule an appointment, they even had same day appointments. Customer Service and technician were incredible so friendly and they truly go above and beyond with their service. There was glass everywhere in my car since I didn't have time to clean it and they helped me vacuum the excess glass. I cannot recommend Sof Auto Glass enough! Super happy I found them and highly recommend!

After a stressful situation I really appreciate an honest, timely, and friendly solution. SOF was easy to call and talk with and were able to get out to replace my window in a matter of hours. Of the few companies I called they were in the middle price-wise but the service is about as good of a value as you could ask for. You know when someone gives you there number as a direct line of contact youre in good hands. Thank you Soufian!

Let me tell you something; you looking for fast fix call this guys they re cool people they will fix your window right away They also gave you a fair price, they don t raised or charge the customer really high. They re kind a small company and thay are also honest people.I recommend you to call this one then the others

It has been a pleasure working with Sof Auto Glass. Julia is very clear about information regarding the glass and asks many clarifying questions to ensure that I receive the best glass for my vehicle at the best price.Sof drove over (They re an entirely mobile service) and had my new windshield installed within 2-3 hours. He is very kind and clearly skilled at his craft. I would highly recommend them.

My car was broken into over the weekend and the front right window needed to be replaced. I did some searching around for local places to get it fixed and Sof Auto Glass came up. They had great reviews and offered a not a great price. I was very impressed with how helpful their customer service person Julia was. They came directly to me and replaced the glass within an hour. They were helpful and friendly and I was definitely impressed. I highly recommend them!

Sof Auto Glass was extremely professional and friendly! My window was broken in a smash and grab and they were so understanding and helpful. I was able to get it replaced the next day and he was super thorough in vacuuming and cleaning out the broken glass and installed the new glass perfectly. Highly recommend this local business!

If looking for auto window replacement, look no further! Sof Auto Glass is your place! Called at 1 pm today & technician came to my home at around 7pm (that time worked for me) & installed my new auto window within an hour! Very quick, professional & friendly!

Fantastic and quick. I called to get a quote for same day service. My windshield was smashed overnight and it was impossible to even see out of it so it needed to be replaced ASAP!!! They quoted me a lower price than anywhere else had and it was all inclusive! Sof came out himself and did an amazing job. He cares about his customers and does 5 star quality work! I definitely recommend him and will send everyone I encounter with a broken window his way for sure! Thank you so much Sof Auto Glass!!!!
