Edit: While this location dropped the ball on my truck, I revised my star rating due to the diligence of the director of operations, Cameron Ruiz. He thoughtfully listened to my complaints and executed a game plan that took care of my concerns. He rented a truck, similar to my own, and had everything fixed at another location expeditiously. I'm extremely happy with the results. Crash Champions needs to praise Cameron for his impeccable work.It s hard to tell if Crash Champions in White Center just doesn t care at all about their clients or if they are completely inept. It was bad enough that they had to hold on to my truck (that I use to run my business) for two weeks longer because they ordered the wrong part, twice, but the lack of accountability is mind blowing. They told me Chevy had sent them the wrong part but it took me two minutes to Google the part, find a replacement, and confirm that they had been ordering the wrong part (from Good Chev where they purchased). All they needed to do was look at the back of the truck to see it had a camera in the tail gate handle. The manager is completely unapologetic about it.I picked up my truck on 8/18 and was blown away that they had the truck for close to a month and it was incomplete. The first thing that I noticed was that there was an 18 scratch in one of the doors that they were supposed to repair. They fixed a dent to the left and right of it but left an obvious scratch, which the estimator at the West Seattle location had pointed out as she was doing her estimate. Next, the mirrors on my doors are painted silver at the top and are black on the bottom, when I looked at the mirror they replaced, it was all black.The tonneau cover that they installed is missing half of its parts, so anyone can easily get into it. It also flaps in the wind because it s not bolted down in the front and they didn t install the new weather stripping that keeps it sealed. I installed the original one, so I was shocked that the plugs for the top and MAIN BOLTS to secure it were missing today. It s completely useless now and I can t keep my tools in the bed of the truck, the whole reason that I need it. I also noticed that they scratched the paint on the back of the cab installing it. They also left filler or silver paint gooped on my running board. Still, the manager Josh is completely unapologetic and apparently could care less about quality or customer service.

Rear ended in October 2022. Had repairs done here. Fixed most of the damage as far as I could tell. Brought my car back several times to get looked at.They couldn't fix the rattling/vibrating noise I was having. Told me to go to a muffler specialist and "if the problem is accident related then the insurance will cover it". I didn't have this problem before the accident so I don't know how it couldn't be.Would be nice of they completed the job they were paid to do.At least their customer service was nice at the time of service.

Don't go here they use BAIT and SWITCH tactics! I had a quote from Gerber to repair my car mirror but they had a long wait time so I took my car to Service King because the quote for the mirror was similar and they could help me right away. The called me after I dropped my car off and wanted to add over $500 worth of charges to hammer out the metal on the door shell. I asked when my car would be ready for pick up and they said a few hours if I approved the work; HOWEVED they wanted to charge me for an additional 6.5 hours of labor. I also asked for pictures and the damage which was minimal and was evident prior to any repairs and the needed repair was on my original Gerber quote that I showed them (they estimated 1.5 hours of labor). They would not repair for a reasonable price so I would not approve additional work. They put my mirror back on and it's crooked and a complete safety hazard. I'll be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. I told them I did not feel comfortable paying them the total price quoted me as the work was not up to standard and they threatened to call the police on me and put a lean on my car. STAY AWAY!The picture below is after the work they did.

Very appreciated. West Seattle location Extremely personable, communicative, polite, knowledgeable & helpful front manager. Couldn t get an appt until a month out, but provided an immediate quick temp fix to my Jeep bumper so I can maneuver turning the wheel. Peace of mind

Can't recommend this shop/location enough! The frontend personnel were professional, courteous and even stayed late to allow me to be able to pick up the car. The technicians did a fabulous job repairing the damage and blending the new paint with the original. They are the best!

From the drop off to pick up everyone was accommodating, friendly, and professional.A Service King rep scheduled my repair and coordinated a reservation for my rental car. I needed two areas on my vehicle repaired. Samantha communicated updates throughout the process. They were spot with the estimated time frame. I have used service king white center in three occasions now. In all three I have been very happy with the service provided. The stuff is friendly and very professional. Speaking about my most recent interaction with them I would say that if I ever need a coalition repair they are my go to shop for now on. The service is great, they were able to fix my SUV sooner than schedule which was a huge plus for me and my schedule. Awesome communication and they made my unfortunate situation a little more ease and I'm glad I was able to work with them once again.Thank you to all the staff at Service King White Center you guys rock!

Serve King were professional and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. I never had to give them a call to see what was going on. I never felt like I was left in the dark wondering what was going on with my vehicle or when would it be done. They gave me an estimated date of when my vehicle would be finished and they actually finished ahead of schedule. Service King was recommended to me by a family member and I'm glad I went with them. First time going to service king to get my car repaired. They were great! I took my car to the rainer location, but they ended up moving it to the white center location to get it worked on quicker. They were done 2 days sooner than they estimated. They offered to get my car back to the rainer location on a Saturday, which they don't normally do. I didn't take them up on it cause I didn't need and wouldn't have been able to pick it up anyway, but just making the offer was nice in my mind.There was a slight mistake when putting my door back together which caused the lock/unlock button to not work. I just called them up and they got me right in and fixed it quickly while I waited for like 15 minutes or so. No big deal, everyone is human and can make a mistake. They were super apologetic and took care of it which is all you can ask for when a mistake happens.The repair itself looks great. I don't see any issues or poorly blended paint. Looks like new!Hopefully I don't need to, but I'd definitely bring my car back for repairs in the future.

Had my car in for 10 days. I was updated, usually daily, throughout the process. The bodywork they completed on my Kia was expertly done, not a detail overlooked. Ideally I'd never need bodywork again but if I were to, I'd come back to this Service King without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with Service King to get my GTI fixed after a hit & run incident. They worked with Allstate without any issues, performed extensive checks to make sure there wasn t any latent damage beyond Allstate s photo estimate. Furthermore, SK finished repairs early, and the repairs look flawless. I ll be working with SK for all further body work and repairs on this car.

I recently was involved in a wreck that messed up the passenger side of my Subaru Tribeca. I was very happy I chose this Service King to handle my repairs. Service King kept me informed of the process of my car from beginning to end, even when there was a problem with a part ( no fault of theirs) they called and explained why there would be a slight delay. My car looks beautiful i couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this Service King to anyone that needs any type of body work done.Thank you!

Wow!! I have to say THANK YOU to Rogina who works here and helped me through the entire process of having my car inspected and fixed. She was SO attentive, friendly, and if this experience could be deemed "enjoyable" she truly made it that way. This shop was a private business called Huddleson's Auto Color World prior to being sold to Service King. The shop does a great job with expedient repairs while keeping you informed of the repair progress as it proceeds.I've had my truck repaired here 3 times and highly recommend tires Service King location.

Allstate sent my stolen, than recovered, vehicle to this shop. Couldn't meet deadlines and the repairs were shoddy. Even delivered the vehicle to me with a broken transmission. I had to pay the rental car overages since I had to take new a new repair shop and mechanic. Hopefully this isn't how Service King does business but can not recommend the White Center location.

Service King is in collusion with the insurance companies. Their work is fine, but what they do is bad. They will give you a really low bid and then get more from the insurance company. I wanted to fix my truck myself. I got 3 bids. Two were 2,000 more theirs. But because u went here I screwed myself. They have zero interest in helping. They lowball it, get it in then call the insurance company for more. Everyone I've talked to same story. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They do not have your interest at heart

I called them and they said that because i was having my car towed in they couldn't give me an estimate. All they could do is fix the repairs but i don't know what repairs need done to my car specifically, which is why i wanted to take it to them. They said i could only bring it in for repairs but im not blindly taking my car somewhere for repairs when they can't give me an estimate. That doesn't make any kind of sense. Not helpful at all. They are a joke!

Very professional, helpful, and well informed staff. Everything about my experience with this establishment from start-to-finish was very pleasant. COVID-19 precautions are clear, make sense, and make you feel safe. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone with body damage.

Was hit in the passenger side rear wheel and quarter panel. Wheel was bent in and I m sure the alignment was off. Service King fixed everything to better then before because is was a used car so it wasn t quite as clean.Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim

It's not pleasant to have your crashed car need bodywork. But the best possible scenario is to take it here. Professional intake, text updates on progress, and seamless transition with Enterprise to get and return a rental car during your car's absence. It can't be more pleasant than that.

Great Little Bar in Renton. Pool Tables, Darts, Shuffleboard. Bar Staff was super sweet and service was excellent. Patrons were friendly and had a good sense of community. Lots of fun!

Receptionist was an outsourced phone tree that put me on hold and transferred me to a new operator 4 times before telling me the location near me was closed till March. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Service King.

VERY POOR TIMING THEY GAVE, I HAD GIVEN THEM A CALL EVERYDAY AFTER THE FIRST SCHEDULE PICK (A TUESDAY) UP DAY AND THEY KEPT PUSHING THE DATE BACK DAY BY DAY, AT THIS MOMENT WE ARE ALMOST 3 WEEKS IN AND THEIR EXCUSE IS THEY ARE STILL WAITING ON PARTS. IM NOT UPSET AT THE FACT THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY CAR BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SCHEDULING. NOT TO MENTION THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AT 6 (CLOSING TIME) TO GET AN UPDATEDEADLINES ARE VERY INACCURATE
