The gentlemen were extremely helpful - and reasonable about pricing. They re the kind of small business you want to continue to see thrive.My experience was that my car started making a noise one evening, I called the next morning and by 9:30am the car had already been diagnosed and fixed.They were so helpful I didn t even have a chance to stress about figuring out the car trouble. Would recommend!

I don t usually leave reviews save phenomenal experiences, and Service First is one of those. Wow, I am so impressed and blown away by the quality, speed, and friendliness of Don and his teams service. I was panicked about my vehicle because I could not get my car to shift out of park, even after the usual fixes like engaging the shift lock release, pumping breaks, etc. I called at least a dozen places in the area and the earliest I could have anyone even look at my vehicle was weeks away. Don checked out my car within 24 hours of it being dropped off which left me speechless, all things considered.Don & his teams service alone was fast, efficient, and honest and the pricing is fair and honestly beyond reasonable considering the quality of service they provide. One of my favorite parts of this experience was Dons friendly, easygoing disposition and genuine empathy and understanding. I cannot recommend Service First enough.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Don is the best. He knows what he s doing and does what s best for your vehicle. He s not one to upsell or exaggerate. He tells it like it is. We moved from Ballard to Edmonds but continue to take our vehicles to Service First. Don is a great car guy! Always great to work with, always fixes our car up nicely even though it's old and clunky. Explains the issues well and makes sure I always know what is going on in my car. Don has repeatedly saved me money by talking me out of having his shop do work that isn't worth it.The shop has always done great work too.I will never go anywhere else for vehicle service.

It's a great day when you find your car guy! That is what Don is for me from now on. Had such a great experience my first time here. He explained everything to me straight forward, didn't beat around the bush, and provided excellent service to my car. Driving out of there I could really feel a difference in how my car performed. Truly is "service first" auto care and I am now a customer for life. Thanks Don!

Don's work is consistently excellent, he really cares for your car. Last time, I heard him talk a customer out of an expensive repair they thought they needed because it was unnecessary. Then when it was my turn: "I also changed your wiper blades at no charge, they needed it." It just doesn't get better than that. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. His prices are average, his service is great.

I've been dealing with Don, the owner of Service First Auto Care, for almost 30 years. He's the most skilled, honest and trustworthy person I've ever come across in the automotive repair business. He'll never try to sell you something you don't need, but if he says you need it done, you need it done.

I came in to have a flat tire changed and they did it for me free of charge! They even checked all my tire pressure and filled them all up. Highly recommend them for their skill and generosity!

Take both of our Mini Coopers to Don. Very knowledgeable, was able to fix one of the Mini's that supposedly had turbo issues- not the case. fair pricing.
