Had a really great experience working with John ordering a new Mini Cooper. He made the process very easy and kept me updated through every step. John is great about answering all my questions about my new Mini. I now have my new car and could not be happier! I highly recommend working with John at Tacoma Mini if you are interested in finding a Mini for yourself!

I have leased two cars from Seattle Mini in the past few years: a convertible and am electric. I have to say Mini exceeded my expectations, especially when driving in snow. I worked with Kelli and Chris from the sales department. They both very helpful in getting the deal I wanted. I highly recommend working with Chris and Kelli in Seattle Mini.

I saw the cutest Mini Cooper online and called Seattle Mini. I was in Oregon and happened to be flying into Washington the following week. Dan sent me videos and updates on the Mini. I need to say that the car is beyond beautiful and drives so comfortably. I am more than pleased with the car and Seattle Mini s representation. So happy, Thank you.

Best customer service! Shout out to Lizzie! She s super nice and professional and the services were fast and reliable! We bought our car at a dealership but years later our coolant repeatedly leaked and we took it todifferent mechanics without a real solution. These guys are the experts on MINI Coopers and we are glad to have the repairs done right here!

We were really excited to get in and out with an awesome new car. We had a lot of anxiety going in, because we had just recently had an accident and we didn't know what our options would be. But Chris made our whole car buying experience really fast and easy. We LOVE our new car. 10/10 Recommend these professional and quick service men.

I was hesitant about buying another Mini. But I needed to get a new/different car. My 2007 Mini was costing me too much money. I did have an extended warranty but Seattle Mini stopped working with the company I used. Rightfully so.I was put in touch with Nick at the Seattle location. He was fantastic and very easy to work with. I also dealt with Robert in their finance department. Both of them were excellent and made my experience of buying a new (to me) car very simple and hassle free. I was able to get what I asked for on my trade in. I was pre-approved through my bank but they went the extra mile to see if they could get me a better interest rate and they did!All in all it was a great experience and I was in and out with little waiting. Nick even followed up with me the day after.

I had the pleasure of working with John, Mike and Terry during the purchase of my new to me Mini - they were all great to work with and I felt they were invested in getting me the best vehicle for my needs. I love my new Mini and feel the price is very reasonable too given the year, mileage, and engine type. Thanks again Gentlemen, I ll definitely be back in the future when I m ready to upgrade!

EDIT: +2 stars. Seattle Mini owned up to their mistake here, reimbursed me, and had a top technician address any issues caused by said mistake and then some. I would have preferred the work done properly to begin with, but they handled this very professionally and did their best to make it right. I do plan to come back, but will wait the extra time to ensure that a specific, experienced technician does the work.OLD REVIEW: Rush jobs. Doing more harm than good during routine maintenance.Every other time (i.e. 50% of my service visits) that I ve brought my 2004 Mini Cooper here for routine maintenance, which has been done only at this shop for the life of the car, I have had to get it towed back for them to fix a tech s mistake that left it inoperable within hours or days. I keep coming back because they always make it right and then the car is back to running perfectly, until the next time their rushed techs do shoddy work.This time was the last straw. After getting a routine radiator service no problem with the radiator and no temp problems whatsoever, just recommend preventative maintenance/upkeep my car was overheating 2 days later, leaving me stranded in the mountains because all the coolant had drained out while driving. The tech did not properly reseal the radiator after the service, so the coolant sprayed out from the drain plug as I drove. This is actually the second time! The exact same thing happened five years ago when I got the last recommended radiator flush service.I had to get my Mini to the nearest dealership (Mini of Portland!), ruining my camping weekend, resulting in me needing to get a hotel and take the train home to Seattle.This time the tech also dangerously over inflated my two front tires by 7 and 12 PSI over the recommended pressure printed right there on the inside of the car door during a tire rotation service, cause the tire pressure indicator light to come on.I don t know what is going on with their techs or their workflow, but it is not good and routine maintenance is putting my safety, and the life of my car in jeopardy, which I was only trying to extend with regular maintenance.

Amy and I had an amazing experience with Seattle Mini. The minute we walked through the door, we met Benjamin Cavazos. He made us feel welcome and part of the family. Since we were buying a car that had not arrived yet, Benjamin kept us up to date as our Mini Cooper traveled through the Panama Canal up to Seattle. We appreciated the time he spent going over how the car works and making sure we felt comfortable driving home with our new Mini. We would highly recommend Seattle Mini as the place to buy your next car.

As usual, Seattle Mini service was awesome Absolutely love the video diagnosis with the technician explaining the complete walk around. It is so nice to be provided options on what needs to be serviced right away and what can wait for later.The communication as the service was being completed was another nice touch.

Great experience! Easy to make appointments online and friendly service in the shop. Everything was explained and estimated price was given up front. The part I especially appreciated was the walk around video share by the tech, that was awesome! Will keep coming back for service at Seattle Mini.

Kelly was amazing and so responsive! I told her we didn't have a lot of time and she expedited the paperwork and found the perfect car for us! I highly recommend Kelly and will call her again for my next mini purchase! She also made the experience fun!

This is the most friendly helpful awesome car dealership I have ever visited! They are very knowledgeable of their product and very helpful and understanding. They went out of their way to make sure that my experience was great and I will be going back soon. They also have a night drop off that makes it even easier for its customers. Thank you mini coup for being such an amazing place to buy a car!!! I will be going back like I said. Merry Xmas everyone and thanks again!!!!

Edited to add: I would give 10 stars if I could. The lisence plate frame on my prior mini was stuck, Ben sent a new one to me that was exactly the same. AWESOME.Benjamin at Seattle is always a delight to work with, I have purchased 2 vehicles from him and it's always an excellent experience.

Dealership that doesn't wash or vacuum your car yet you pay triple for a certified tech however if they make a mistake and you can prove it after keeping all your receipts! By all means KEEP YOUR SERVICE RECEIPTS! Buying a mini is super happy go lucky and if you become a mini owner your service warranty will only last so long till the lack of service starts to kick in! The overturn of staff here is incredible! I swear this dealership could have its own soap opera! Still I paid for this car and I recommend you keep all your receipts and take detail photos of your entire car! I would buy another mini yet the stress from dealing with the service department has made me think otherwise!!!!!

I took my Mini Countryman in for a misfire issue and Michael and his team took excellent care of me and the car. They were so helpful in diagnosing the issue and talking me through some of the other problems they found and that needed fixing. Michael was super flexible with pick up time, as my schedule changed a few times. He was also very communicative and understanding when I had questions. Loved every part of my interaction with Seattle MINI, will be going back for future service and sales needs!

4.30.2022-Chuvit was my contact at Mini. He was communicative, thorough, and caring. I used Lake City Mini for my previous Mini service and I was happy to return to buy a new electric Mini. I haven t had any issues with Lake City Mini and would recommend them if you re looking for a fun car!****UPDATE-4.8.2024 - Lauren Ramos and two others who checked me in for my boot-to-bonnet service were friendly and thorough.Thank you folks!

I am always pleased having my car serviced at Seattle MINI. I ve owned three minis, and I love the cars but that s a different review. The people who work at Seattle Mini are clear, friendly hard-working, and have great follow through skills. They send me a little video of what my car looks like underneath the hood and underneath the chassis. I have no idea what all of that stuff is, but they walked me through some of the things they ve checked, and it s a really cool feature. I also appreciate the waiting room which is clean, comfortable, and safe, complete with coffee, snacks, and Wi-Fi so I can work while my car is being maintained.

We had a great experience purchasing our Mini from Mike Eastey in Fife. Mike is super knowledgeable, thoughtful and not pushy at all. He took his time to share his passion for Mini and knew every little detail about the cars. He took the time to get to know us and our needs and made the entire experience fun. Mike is incredibly positive and caring and made this our best car buying experience yet.

I just wanted to compliment your Tacoma/Seattle MINI representative Mike Eastey. He took the time to help explain the new 2024 MINI cooper,the (S),and even gave me some information on the JCW. He was very patient with me and was very passionate about his job. He appeared to be devoted to MINIs in general. I regret that the day I bought my new MINI he was out of the office. I had Terry help me with my purchase. Terry was patient with my cluttered information. Seattle MINI employees will be like friends. They are there for you after your purchase, if you have any questions ( which I have many.) Seattle MINI treats you with tact and respect.

I have now purchased two electric MINIs from Michael at Seattle MINI. The first time we went was the luck of the draw. The second time, we KNEW we wanted to work with him again. He is kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. Never a hard sell always focused on connecting us to what we needed and wanted. See him!!
