Over the years I've purchased several new cars from dealers and found negotiating to be a painful process. My experience with Sean Kent at Seattle Land Rover-Jaguar was smooth and seamless from agreeing to costs and the promise of add ons. Two days after the purchase was completed, I discovered the Porsche turbo S owner's manual was missing. Although this was a special-order item not within the dealership s domain, Sean said "no problem, we'll get this ordered."I appreciate the follow up calls ensuring I was pleased with my purchase and if there was anything I needed. Shortly after my purchase I was contacted by Eremias Eric from the service department reminding me of the included oil change and scheduling it for five months out and Sheneta scheduling me for a ceramic coating on my new car. These gestures allow for me to know that they will be there for me if the occasion should present itself. Five stars for Sean, Eremias and the Seattle Land Rover-Jaguar crew!

Got the Radiator, some brakes, fuses, full diagnostic done. He referred me somewhere else for the gearbox default. I took my car to another shop, they took everything apart and said I am missing top bolts. Its just that if I am spending a few grand I expect everything to be bolted back correctly. It was just odd to be ask how much am I spending without the mechanic even looking at it first then quoting. Just be careful out there. I am running into a lot of questionable auto places between the two cars I have.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

We came to Precision a while back when we had concerns with our Clubman and since they did such a great job on the Mini my husband said we should give them a try with our Rover. Josh and Joseph were great to deal with, come to find out the noise was from our Brakes and that we just needed to have them replaced in the front. Even though they got the car done the same day, they let us keep the free loaner car over night and let us pick up our Rover the next day afterwork. Thanks!!! We will be back again and be sure to tell our friends about this place.
