Wow!!! Was I in a pickle! With only an Apple Watch to communicate with I was able to work with dispatch and they were so patient! Thank you!Also let s talk about the locksmith Mike that showed up! Mike!!!!!! Was so fast! Also patient with us because we kept loosing service on the watch but he was so kind and worked with us to get here quickly!!!!He arrived so fast he was so patient explained everything he was going to do clearly! Then in a snap we were in! Hooray! Mike has two really big fans here in Seattle! We hope we won t need his services again but if we do we want him on the job! Mike for President 2024.

Fantastic experience with Seattle Key Locksmith. Our technician Jacob was very commutative through the whole process, in both scheduling our same day service and helping us pick out a new lock to be installed. The work was done quickly and on time and the final price was in line with the estimate. Highly recommended!

We just moved into our new place and the lock that was installed before we moved in completely stopped working for us shortly thereafter. With 0 keys for entry and pets, we were definitely stressing about solving our dilemma. Jacob was able to come by same day of appointment and so our crisis was luckily avoided. He was very easygoing and knowledgeable, will definitely use their services again.

Just moved into my new home and I was worried about scheduling a re-key ASAP. They were super helpful and I was lucky enough for them to be available same day on a weekend, when no other locksmith was. Mike was awesome and helped to troubleshoot my new smart lock to make sure everything was installed perfectly.

Jacob, was very professional and timely came and got the job done quickly and well (a lock out and 4 new keys). I especially noticed a sense of perfectionism in his work which i highly appreciated. My typical locksmith was not available and Jacob was able to save the day at a reasonable price highly recommend this business, and will continue using them myself.

Service was quick and efficient to change out my mailbox lock. Jacob made sure to match the color to the other locks and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I hope I won't need the service again but, if I do, I'm definitely sticking with this company!

Just had all my locks done on my home yesterday. It was a big job and Mikey completed it within 4-5 hours. He was super professional & knowledgeable and was upfront with me on the price every step. I was happy Mikey was available to come out the same day I called. I would definitely use this company in the future and even recommended them to my landlord who owns a bunch of rental properties.
