I came by looking for a pre-owned Kona and came out with a really great deal that I was super happy with! Victor was very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication prior to our appointment was smooth and the cars we came to see were both ready when we arrived. He walked us through the process and the manager Thi also helped get us to a number we felt comfortable with. Everyone was very kind and the prices were all fair. I would definitely recommend Seattle Hyundai and Victor if you re buying a car!

Rafael and Mitchell did a amazing job helping Me purchase my dream Jeep compas. After the third visit I finally purchased with their help. They were super patient and understanding. Ryan also did a great job in finance. I would highly recommend this dealership

I had a wonderful experience! When I drove up to the dealership, someone acknowledged immediately and guided us where to park. Stepping in to the door, everyone was greeting us and welcoming. Manager and sales team were very helpful to meet my needs. They never made us feel bad for asking lots of questions. I was at different dealership but because of people I decided to purchase from this dealership. I totally recommend this place:)

I had the opportunity to work with Victor in purchasing my 2022 Tesla Model 3. Overall experience was really good, Victor was professional, had great communication and was able to address any concerns I had making the entire process pretty seamless. My car being used had a few minor cosmetic blemishes, Victor made sure they got taken care of and even got rid of one I didn t mention. Going to dealerships can be a pain but if you re in the market for anything this place has to offer schedule an appointment with Victor, I m sure you won t be disappointed. Thanks again.

Don t works with Erin who is Financial manager I purchased two new Hyundai in the same time. The sale guy Zia and Financial Guy Bari was good and take care of me. Btw the whole team is horrible. When Bari day off of Thursday, other financial managers Erin was working with me. He is unprofessional even can not explain the sales agreement. I believe he know that but just don t want to working for other peoples works. I went the shop four times for the paperwork.

Please avoid purchasing from this dealership. I had a very poor experience. First, I submitted a cancellation form for the GAP insurance to the finance manager, Bari. He noted on the form that I would be contacted when the refund check was ready, and informed me it would take up to six weeks. However, I never received any communication, and had to repeatedly follow up with the dealership. Each time, they seemed uninterested in helping a past customer, often saying the finance team was busy. Ironically, when I mentioned buying another vehicle, I was quickly transferred to a finance person.Last week, I visited the dealership to check on the refund and was directed to contact Corina. I emailed her and she informed me that the refund check was sent to HMF. When I mentioned Bari s promise to call me about the refund, I received no response. My emails to Bari have also gone unanswered, and I still have not received my refund. It s been more than 11 weeks I haven t received my refund.In addition, I encountered other issues when purchasing my car. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against buying from this dealership.

My partner and I had a great car buying experience here with Kacy and his colleagues. From the moment we pulled into the lot we felt welcomed. Kacy opened the door for us, listened to what we were looking for, and made things easy. He answered all our questions, and took time to make sure we got what we wanted.We took a test drive which was stress free and convenient. The location lends itself to all types of driving, on city roads, on the freeway, and on the backroads. Once we decided on the car we wanted it turned out they had a huge selection. We were ready to settle with our second favorite color, but they had the interior/exterior combination we wanted right in the lot.The actual buying process was smooth. These things take time, but we were done more quickly than I expected, and during that time they were detailing the car and getting it ready for us. Ryan, the finance person, handled our unique situation very well and we were able to make a deal that made everyone happy.Overall, they handled things very well, made us feel welcome, treated us with respect, worked with us to make a good deal, and we left with no regrets.A big thanks to this crew for helping us get our next car, one we are really happy with, and for making the whole process so easy.

We loved our experience with Seattle Hyundai. We will absolutely be referring our friends and family to them and we will be purchasing our next vehicle from them when the time comes. Rachel, Kacy and Bari made the process hassle free and enjoyable. Rachel was able to provide us with an offer over the phone that was better than any dealer in the area and once we arrived at the dealership the only thing left for us to do was sign the paperwork. I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was at Seattle Hyundai. We have had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but Seattle Hyundai's approach to selling cars was a refreshing upgrade to the car buying experience.

For the most part the sale went well. Dealing online with Ashley was a great experiance. It went very smooth. This was a cash deal so it should have gone very quickly but we were there nearly 2 hours waiting for the finance guy. It went pretty quick once we got in to see him. Some of the papers we signed were not filled out which made us a little uncomfortable. Kacey in sales was good to work with. He spent time going over all the features and controls. He even set up the Bluelink app for us. I drove all the way from Boise because the offered the best deal on the car. I would buy from them again.

I just helped my daughter find and purchase her first car here at Seattle Hyundai. What a great dealership to work with. Our salesman Mustaf was one of the best and easiest sales people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very communicative with a very pleasant demeaner and no pressure whatsoever. First I would like to say that I bought my SUV a few months ago and at the beginning everyone was very friendly and helpful. Once I left the dealership it has been increasingly hard to get in contact with anyone. I paid extra for clear coat on the car, but it took months to get it back into the dealership due to no one answering me. Once I did get someone on the phone they transferred me multiple times. Recently I have been due to get an oil change yet again no one is answering to even make an appointment. I have tried the online app, but that doesn't work either. I called at least five times and not one phone call back. I had to go to a completely different dealership to get any kind of help. I will add in as well the other dealership was much better and answers every time I call.Feel free to use Seattle to buy a car, but the service after is minimal.

I had a great experience leasing a ioniq 5 from John. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and explained the features and benefits of the car I was interested in. He also gave me a fair price and a good trade-in value for my old car. We really enjoyed our experience with Seattle Hyundai and our Salesman, Mohamud!. We appreciated his kindness, transparency and honest approach. We never felt talked down to and he has a great personality and smile. We also really were impressed with Ryan , the finance Manager. We felt no pressure, very well informed and his easy going spirit was refreshing. We drove 4 plus hours round trip and it was well worth it. We had the worst experience we have ever had, purchasing a used car. The check engine light came on 6 weeks after purchase and cost us $3,200 in repairs. The next month a break light came on and cost us $800. The dealership s response was that we did not purchase the $6,000 warranty on an $8500 car and they were not willing to work with us. During the sales pitch their tone was much different. They said they inspect all the cars and that they have a reputation to uphold so we could feel confident in purchasing a car from them. Beware

from them, and it's been a rollercoaster of frustration ever since.Let's start with their finance manager, Bari who embodies everything wrong with this dealership. He convinced me into signing warranties worth $9,000, promising a full refund within the first month. But here's the kicker: Barry conveniently failed to mention that these warranties take a whopping eight weeks to cancel!When I attempted to cancel just two days later, Barry was suddenly nowhere to be found. It took him an excruciating 15 to 20 days just to send a cancellation form after multiple calls and messages.Even then, he managed to mess it up by canceling only one of the warranties instead of both as requested. When I confronted him he wasn t even apologetic and the saga did not end there. It's been approximately four months now, and I'm still waiting for my full refund. I m still continuing to call and message him and awaiting his response. In the meantime, I've been stuck paying interest on that sum of money which they denied to refund.It's beyond infuriating to see this Dealership show such blatant disregard for their customers' time, money, and sanity.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this Dealership. Their deceptive practices and unfulfilled promises are a disgrace. I'll continue to pursue my refund relentlessly and update this review when I receive my refund.

His attentiveness and genuine care made the process enjoyable. Patient and not pushy, great communication. Made up for a very poor experience we had at the Kirkland Hyundai the same day.

I am trying to reach out their service department for the last 3 weeks to schedule a maintenance appointment by calling, leaving voicemail, emails. Couldn't make it yet. They are dead unresponsive.I could reach the sales dept, they said they left a note for the service dept manager, and they will reach out. 2 werks gone.They gave so much trouble that this will be my last Hyundai purchase.

Fantastic experience all around due to our salesperson Kacy. Kacy is knowledgeable, so easy to work with and a great communicator. He worked all of the angles to negotiate the best possible deal for us. He s a straight shooter and all around nice guy. His assistance doesn t end when you drive your car off the lot either he makes himself available to help with whatever you might need after your purchase. Wow, I thought this type of customer service no longer existed. The paperwork at the end was seamless with Bari s assistance as well.Do yourself a favor and ask for Kacy. You won t regret it!

Charles was fine. I purchased a used vehicle on Friday with an agreement that it would be in Monday at noon. I called at noon on Monday, another associate answered and after a 5 min wait, told me he had discussed with Charles and the car was ready for me. My wife dropped me off 40 minutes later. Finance guy called Charles who was MIA. Charles tells me he is getting the car but it will be an hour because the car is getting "detailed". I waited about two hours in the lobby.Car finally shows up but is almost entirely out of gas. Charles feels bad and says he can put $20 in. Comes back 10 min later and says he put in $19. Despite the "detail" the car wasn't clean, sticky residue on the phone charger from an apparent spilled drink, obvious dirt on the windshield. Just a weird non-professional close overall. At least I got a good dealShame on me for not checking, not sure what I was thinking but:-Dealer listed 31k miles, car had over 33k when it got to me-Couple chips in the glass that were not disclosed. I was assured the vehicle was in "great condition" lol.Despite the above, the finance guy was good/knew his stuff.
