I used to visit this place for motorcycle helmets, but now that I'm looking for an electric scooter for island life, I decided to drop by last weekend. Unfortunately, there weren't many options for electric scooters, and the shipping to the Caribbean didn't seem particularly affordable. However, the gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and provided plenty of valuable information. They do have a vast selection of helmets and also offer Vespa scooters for those interested in non-electric options. The prices seemed reasonable overall.

These guys are great. I stopped by with a general bearing question and they helped source a small amount of grease, and gave some guidance on maintenance for the specific, older bearing I was using in a restoration. Great local customer service. Would recommend Ryan and team.

Top notch service. My Electric Scooter needed gauges and wiring replaced and Seattle Cycle Center did an excellent job. Highly recommend! Update: no problems encountered since repair, many thanks.

Fantastic service! Came today to install crash bars on my Bonneville T120. Folks did it MUCH cheaper than other Seattle shops quoted! Highly recommend! I'll be back for other bike service needs!

On a cross country trip from North Carolina and my bike was in a bad way! Tires and chain were almost shredded. These guys got me in and out in a few hours! When I came back they broke down everything they did to the bike, things they observed about the current condition and future recommendations.I ve ridden all over the US and rarely do you get honest service like that. Obviously family operated and owned, very easy going and experienced staff. If you re in Seattle and need your bike worked on this is the spot!Thank you

Excellent knowledge and quick turn around timeI bought a new bike and popped in a few times to ask questions and look at what gear they have. The staff was always knowledgeable and was willing to answer my many beginner questions. Once I started looking at my bike and doing maintenance I realized I needed a new front tire,they had one in stock price matched to anything online and the install price was very reasonable. I didn't need it done quickly,but they got my wheel done same day and they even repaired the curb rash from the PO without charging me any extra and I really appreciate the extra touch. This place cares and you can feel it in the character and attitude.

I honestly can't even tell if they are still in business, their website hours are listed as Tuesday through saturday. I have attempted to contact them multiple times throughout the day on Friday and saturday. It's possible they had an extended holiday weekend but I can't find any information on the website about it. And the phone message doesn't say anything about it either.That lack of communication appears to be in a few other reviews, which is unfortunate as they are in a very convenient location

Been here a handful of times and they've been great taking care of my vintage scooter. Now also the new Genuine Scooter dealer, among other brands. Seattle needs more places like these. Long live Seattle Cycle Center!

Don't even think about going anywhere else. These guys are straight shooters. They've kept my bikes and scooters running for over a decade. They even helped me rebuild after multiple crashes. Knowledgeable and always a fair value.

Called to get an estimate on tires and was immediately hung up on. If you treat customers this way you don't deserve our business.

Awesome experience at Seattle cycle center. I had been looking for a good local shop to work on my DL650 and happened to come across them. Ordering a new tire through them was super easy and at competitive prices. Once the tire arrived, I was able to drop off and pick up my bike same day for the tire change and a few other service items, that too on a Saturday, no less. Ryan was awesome to work with. Seattle cycle center went above and beyond to make my experience a breeze.

One of my favorite shops in Seattle to bring my scooters and motorcycles. Decent selection of scooters new and used if you're looking to buy a bike as well.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about common issues you might need fixed.

Thank you Seattle Cycle for fixing my bent handle bars today in about 2 minutes. I had bent them when I dumped my bike (BMW 650) around a tree taking it out of my garage. Another shop was going to charge me over $500 for new handle bars plus labor and tax. I tried to pay Seattle Cycle for their time but they refused. Then if that wasn't enough they observed that I had brand new tires (put on by the other shop) and warned me about my new tires and said I needed to be careful my first 100 miles due to a coating that is on new tires. Wow.. what a great experience with Seattle Cycle. Thankfully I went there on a referral from a friend this morning. These guys have worked here for years. The owner is great. They know what they are doing. I'll be back for sure for any of my future needs.

Ryan is soooo sweet and he knows exactly what he's talking about. I don't know a whole lot about the ins and outs of my scooter and he didn't make me feel dumb or unwelcome. I really enjoyed taking my business here and will do it again.

These guys are top notch.I have an older Triumph, the guys at Seattle Cycle Center were able to help me out with some new tires in a fast and friendly fashion!I am Definitely going to be back here for service!

I needed my tires installed on my 2013 Victory Cross Country. Had been calling around all week. Motoplex in Lynwood that is a Victory dealer says it would be three weeks to book me in. I bought the tires online and just needed a mounting. Well after reading the great reviews of this place I gave then a call Friday morning of the Labor day weekend expecting another let down. Well I was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in. Still apprehensive as this isn't a Victory shop. Well these guys hooked me up and got it done. They did a complete install and I rode of in a couple hrs. Dont be held hostage to these shops that are running one tech. Such as South Sound Motoplex. If you need tires for your Victory they can have Dunlop and other brands in two days and they did a great job with friendly service. I definately recommend to all who want real service.They deserve 10 stars.These guys are legit.

I keep coming back and have bought tires and other motorcycle supplies from these guys for years. Ryan and crew are super nice and approachable. No jerky attitude like a lot of other shops. They win my business and will continue to do so. The dog, Lupe is a super sweet doggie too.

Pros: 1. Nice gentlemen working there.2. Accepted my bike for a same day tire replacement something extremely rare in Seattle .Cons 1. It s cost me 247$ in labor in to replace my tires , they made me pay 40 dollars per tire for not purchasing the tires from them.2. No upfront pricing3. My bike had been ready for sometime and no one had contacted me until I passed by the garage and saw it parked outside.I would go again if I have to .

I bought my first ever motorcycle there, a NIU NQI Sport. It s an electric bike which I m just going to use for short trips. They have a good inventory of bikes and accessories but the key to the store is their manager Ryan. The guy just lives and breathes motorcycles and he genuinely wants to make sure that his customers are happy. He answered tons of questions from me, made a couple of ordering mistakes but was honest about it and got it corrected and we moved forward and I was able to sign for my bike last night. To avoid interruptions he waited until after closing and did all the paperwork and then spent at least an hour with me going over all the details from how to charge the battery to the best way to pop it off the kickstand and all kinds of tips in terms of protecting it, using the different power modes, etc. I think it was nearly 3 hours after closing when I left. He also volunteered to drive the bike over to my house since I didn t have a vehicle to bring it from the store to here and it s at least a 30 minute drive. With that kind of top customer service and good inventory I can t imagine anyone shopping in another store. Just a first class overall experience from a guy who really wants you to have fun on your motorcycle.

Owner is a fantastic guy, personally helped me with picking out my first set of gear and I had no idea they had a new rider discount. He was able to order things too that he didn't have in stock and get them to me pretty quick

Have called a few times with random enough questions and always given quick and thorough answers. Called today and spoke with Ryan, he was awesome and helped me make a plan.Recommend!

I don t usually leave negative reviews but my experience with them is interesting! I bought a battery from them few days ago, the guy said it will arrive tomorrow so i paid him cash in advance, the battery didn t show up for two days so i went back to him asking for a refund, instead of paying me cash as i paid them, he decided to use my debit card for refund even tho i didn t use the card with them in the first place, so it s been three days and the refund didn t post, I contacted my bank and they didn t see any refund credited back to my account, i went back to the store and the guy start yelling and asking me to wait 4 more days ( i know for a fact money was never credited back based on my bank information), they re trying to give me hard time so i give up on my money! This place is a scam, I m filling a report with the federal trade commission.

Brought my bike in for a tire change and balance. Took it for a ride and wondered why it felt like I was riding on cobblestones, I had to add 30 grams to balance!!! Letting a bike out the door with an unbalanced wheel could have killed me on the freeway.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable on all their products if you want/need something the same day.I recently brought my bike in for repairs and they were very upfront and honest about everything, which I appreciate. They even suggested ways to save money on upgrades.I haven't gotten my bike back yet, but I'm pretty confident I'll be happy. I've made numerous purchases at this store, and hope to keep coming back.

Always so helpful! Very patient with me while trying on helmets today, and even helped me install a special anti-fog lense. And by help I mean they did it for me without asking!!! So nice! I've also had my bike serviced here (I towed it in not-running!) And they fixed it up real well, for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

I came in to buy my first motorcycle helmet after feeling discouraged by my experience at another shop. Ryan was super informative, helpful, and easy going. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, and felt really comfortable the whole time. I'm happy with my purchase and plan to come back here again!
