One of the few service centers that are open 7/days week. Work was completed to level expected. Lacking in communication, and not competitive on pricing. Visited for a fuel pump replacement. Was charged for a full service inspection, an extra $250 in addition to the service requested. Fuel pump replacement cost was high, but was told it would be finished over the weekend. Checked in a couple times to ensure work was tracking to be finished. At some point the shop stopped responding. Finally, work was finished Monday afternoon and calls were returned. The turnaround time wasn t bad, but agreed to pay ~$1000 for a fuel pump replacement (not including standard $250 for shop visit), because I was told it would be completed over the weekend. Dropped communication and missed delivery led to overall less than satisfactory experience overall.

I needed my tire patched, the other shops I had contacted couldn t get me in same day. These guys were able to patch my tire same day, they were super helpful and efficient!

I came around 5pm and the shop has already closed. When I felt desperate, I met Glen at the front of the shop. He decided to help me with my tire. I really appreciated his work and kindness. He saved my day and the patch is really quick around 10mins. Nice service, great stuff and reasonable price!

Went to multiple different auto shops (most of them were booked out, and needed 2 days to fix a flat!) but these guys got me all squared up in a jiffy. And it only cost $25, would highly recommend!

I had the rear tires of my Honda Accord replaced in this shop... Service was excellent...They charged a reasonabe price for the labor.

Really thankful they were open on a Sunday to help! They fixed an issue with my car that a well known oil change chain messed up. Knowledgeable and awesome crew (especially Aaron)at the Greenwood location!

I highly recommend the Salmon Service Center in Greenwood. Our 2004 Prius stopped working suddenly on a Sunday. The Salmon Service team got us in right away, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, took care of a few other issues that were about to become problems, and had us back on the road the next day. The team was straightforward, friendly, and very capable. And the cost was very reasonable.

Amazing! I originally took my car to Pep Boys - Ballard who attempted to use fear-mongering and other old timey scam tatics to get me buy added services that totaled just under 3k. I took it up the road to Salmon's and they were direct and transparent, which saved me a ton of money. In total i spent 1200 for new brakes and rotors on both axels. Ask for Nick when you go here, he will help you out!

These guys are my favorite people in Seattle. So helpful - they know what they re doing and aren t looking to upcharge, ever. We bring both our cars here for all services. I needed to have a tire plugged and nobody else could get me right in. These guys were great and the price was fair! I was in and out in under 10 minutes!! Highly recommend them.

Dropped in on a Sunday morning to get my tire patched. The service was very friendly, quick and affordable. They had the tire ready in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I was having one of those days - flat tire, and had left my wallet at home. This was no problem for them - they fixed it in about 5 minutes, and told me to just come back later when I had my wallet. I really appreciate the friendly, fast service!

After calling 5 different auto shops (and finding out WA state doesn t sell refrigerant individually to consumers as of Oct 21) Jason really saved the day. He was able to make an appointment next day to recharge my AC right before this awful heat wave coming into Seattle. Incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This used to be a great place to go but not any longer! First, they quoted me a price over the phone for a repair. Dropped off my car and they called back with a price twice the amount. Then charged me $70 for just looking at it which should have taken less then 15 min. Now my wife went in because she had a nail in her tire and they immediately told her she needed to buy new tires. Went down the street to Les Swab and they said there wasn't any problem as the nail barely went in. 5 min in and out with no charge at Les Swab. Do not go here for your auto repair work. Heck I won't even fas up there now! Crooks!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Excellent experience. My wife s car had a screw in the tire. All other tire shops in the area told us it would be 3-4 days until they could fix it. I stopped by Salmon Service and, in 10 minutes flat, the tire was fixed (by Glen) and I was back on the road. Friendly service too.

Took my car in with the check engine light on, they charged me over $300 for a part that costs $150 and takes 15 minutes to change. And $300 for the inspection. After getting my car back my check engine light immediately turned back on but I'm nervous to go back because they charged me over $700 for my car to have the exact same issues. Do your research.

This place has been fantastic. We have taken both our cars here for service, both oil changes and repair and I have been happy with the service. They were a lifesaver last week. I was busy running around picking up my kids and trying to get out of town before it started snowing and my alternator decided to melt into pieces. We called there and they said they could see us. They quickly figured out the issue and started on the repair after getting the go ahead. They worked extra hard to get it done by the end of the day and I was so very happy. I have been to this Salmon's location twice now, and they are terrific. Personable, knowledgable, and they even went to bat for me to get reimbursed a couple months ago after an Amazon truck hit my parked car. This morning I brought my dead (jump-started) car in and they had a new battery in it in less than 30 minutes. After much frustration with the dealer from whom I bought my VW and who could not seem to fix my car right while charging me an arm and a leg, I came to Salmon Service Center - Greenwood on a recommendation of a friend. I was so pleased the minute I walked in the door with their down to earth, non-pretentious customer service. Jarrett was great! He found the problem with a simple fix that the dealer missed at least twice! He and team fixed it for me in a relatively short time and at a great price. I am now your loyal customer. Their hours here on Google Maps as well as on Yelp are incorrect. They open at 8am, not 6. Other than waiting around for 30min for them to open (other nearby shops didn't open til 8 anyways), they were great. Very fast tire patch job.EDIT: I took my car in to get the brakes fixed. They did not overcharge me (other mechanics had quoted me prices that were significantly higher). They did not add additional "necessary" fixes. And when the parts they ordered were delayed, they called and apologized, and put $20 of gas in my car! Will be going back for sure.

I broke the head off my oil pan bolt when changing the oil at home. I took my car in first thing the next morning and they were able to extract the bolt and replace it with a nicer magnetic bolt in about 30 minutes or less. And they didn't even charge me! Super friendly and helpful shop. I moved out of the area, or else I would definitely be back, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!Service: Oil change

I had an excellent experience here. Customer service was top notch, and all employees were kind and thorough. Additionally, the price was reasonable, and my oil change was done in a timely and efficient manner. I'm a mechanical dunce. So I've trusted Salmon's to take care of my car for years. They are honest and professional. It must be a good place to work because there is little staff turnover, and when somebody leaves it's usually to move to another Salmon location. I'm offering them two stars because I did find their working staff to be mostly polite (though one gentleman on the phone certainly had a case of the Monday's) However I have to grade them down on poor value. They charged me 2 hrs of labor and their rate is $125/hr to install a compression fitting on a brake line. I told them exactly where the leak was, so the concept of "inspecting" the vehicle for an hour is a bit lost on me. My dad, a mechanic, stated the compression fitting they put on should take ~ 30 minutes plus or minus a few mins sticking it on the lift. Even the part cost they charged me for the compression fitting is 3x anywhere else you could find it. I would avoid this place and instead take your car to it's respective dealership given that they are charging dealership rates. I could have had the whole brake line replaced for the same price instead of applying a band-aid such that they opted to do.On the bright side, they emphasized a speedy repair. ON the downside, they wrote "recommend not drive at freeway speeds" on their document which is attached to my VIN. While I appreciate the concern, It's subjective in nature. Should someone hit me on the freeway, their lawyer may try and go after me using evidence that Salmon's provided by attaching said words to my VIN. I would avoid this place aside from small, simple repairs such as repairing flats as it seems they emphasize speed.

High Standards of Service! Everyone makes mistakes - it is how they get solved that separates the best from the rest. Took my old 79 Ford in for repair. I had issues after the repair. They owned the issues and made the repair without a charge to me. I was and am ever so grateful that they helped me and my truck to get back on the road. Big shout out to the customer service from the shop manager - Floyd Daniels. It is his level of customer service that build business and great relationships in the community.

After an online search for 'Audi Repair' I stumbled upon Salmon's which was in a convenient location. Gave them a call, described my issues and they asked if I could bring in at 9am the following day. No appointment 2 weeks from now? Uh, YES! So I bring the car and leave it, thinking they'll have it for a couple days, but wrong again! They did some significany declogging, replaced my front brakes and an oil change and I had my car back by 3pm THAT SAME DAY! I don't know what type of sorcery is happening at this auto shop but I will be bringing my car here from now on. The price is was way more reasonable than the dealership and their in-house Audi expert is a legit Audi whisperer. My baby is hummin'! TL;DR: Highly recommend, especially if you have an Audi!

This place is great and my first stop for all auto service. They are fast and very reasonably priced. I dropped in (unannounced) for a tire repair and it was done in minutes. I sent over a friend to have something checked out, and they checked it and answered questions for free.We're really fortunate to have a real neighborhood service center in our neighborhood.

Was told to bring it in at opening after discussing a repair that a previous shop had diagnosed. Replacement of the right rear wheel bearing and hub, Jason said the repair would take 5 hours and he had someone who could get on it right at open. 6 and a half hours later, I was advised they could not do the repair, due to a bent control arm? Long wait to hear that the repair wasn't and wouldn't be completed!Service: Steering & suspension replacement
