This guy has fixed our cars before, quickly, expertly. We got an estimate for auto fender bender, but they might not do body work anymore, just detailing. Great owner!

Had a very bad experience with this shop. Brought my truck in for bumper replacement, Rico took a look and said they can do it. When the job was finished, I discovered that the bumper was installed crooked and uneven. When I asked about it the next day, they told me my frame was damaged, and nobody including Rico bothered to inform me about it while it was in the shop. Rico refused to do anything about it and proceeded to quoted me more money to do more work. Now I m left with an uneven bumper. The job was poorly done and very poor communications! Terrible customer service.

Thank goodness for Killian and the team at Rico's! My entire (black!) car was covered with light grey paint speckles from the overspray of a home that was painted across the street. When I called, Killian knew exactly what to do, and his confidence immediately put me at ease for what I thought was going to be a nightmare ordeal. The entire experience was so easy...Killian and Rico were communicative, professional, and got the job done a day earlier than expected. My car is good as new! Cannot recommend them enough. Took my car in for an interior and exterior detailing. They were able to get me in as soon as I called and they had my car back to me in 3 hours! It looks great and the price was affordable. I've had 2 occasions to use Rico's Auto Buff and I couldn't be happier. Great work done on time and at a good price. The first time he was able to do an inexpensive bumper repair of our Honda. He could have just as easily bid it as a replacement. Integrity goes a long way with me.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I had water leaking into the inside of my car and it was like, a LOT of water. Inches, I tell you. My car was starting to develop a musty smell and I was worried about mold.They cleaned everything out of some drainage areas to stop the leaking and got all the water and moisture out and treated it with some stuff to keep the mold away. It smells so nice and is just so damn clean.Seriously these folks are the best. I m impressed. IMPRESSED.I was worried it might cost a lot but it was super affordable!

When I scratched my car getting out of a parking lot, I took it over to Rico's Auto Buff. They gave me same day service, a very fair quote, and did an excellent job getting all of the deep scratches out! I couldn't be happier!Rico runs an excellent shop with experienced and skilled employees that really get your car as good as new. I've recommended them to several people already! Highly recommended!

I had to leave Rico a review for his superior customer service and quality of work. He made my 10 year old Honda look amazing after removing a dent from a recent car accident, doing an overall buff and detailing the interior. He helped me understand my options through my insurance company (insurance reps can be misleading in their language and dissuade people from using their own shop to the insurances' preferred shops.) Rico took the time to explain my coverage and assure me my business was valuable to him. He was very genuine and established my trust with his willingness to help. As a woman going in for help on my car, it was very refreshing to work with someone patient and willing to explain the details. I told Rico my budget but he worked to complete everything under it, which was completely surprising and unexpected. I will take this kind of service any day over going to a dealer or large chain! What a superior experience overall; I can't say enough good things about Rico and his team!

They did a good job of repairing my car. Unfortunately, I made a verbal arrangement with Rico to accept a lower price for repairs given what the bus company's insurance would give me. He said he would use cheaper parts and repair instead of replace a certain part to get to the amount of the insurance.I gave him $1300 in advance for parts. when I picked up the car I had a check for the remainder and the staff there thought it was not enough. They let me take the car and the next day Rico called me. I went back there, he said he didn't remember us actually making that arrangement and he would give me a break on what I owed him. He knocked off $50 . It's my own fault for trusting on a hand shake. Don't make the same mistake. When I was leaving, Rico told me most people would have just walked away, not gone back to settle. I guess at 81 years old I still have a lot to learn. What a dummy I am!

Dropped off my keys with Rico for a car wash while visiting the city by bus. Upon return I thought Rico had misunderstood me and completely detailed my vehicle as it was nearly as clean as when I picked it up from the dealership. I highly recommend Rico's Auto for any auto needs as they did a great job hand washing inside and outside, and at a reasonable price as well. This was a pleasant surprise being from Texas and traveling thru the area finding a hand wash that does such a great job.

There's something to be said about supporting "local" and reputation. I have been going to Rico's Auto Buff since 2007 for details and body work.Rico is fair and really try's to help the customer out.I have dealt with insurance claims to personal vehicle painting. I recently had a bad experience at a detail shop off of Groupon. I sought out advice and went to Rico's Auto Buff. Rico gave me solid advice, and didn't have any qualms with me going elsewhere. I humbly learned my lesson. Watch your Groupon offers sometimes they are to good to be true "quality"

I had my car detailed here, based on reviews and length of time in business. They did an amazing job! Not only completely spotless, they even fixed/ buffed out door dings and rock chips. My 4 years old car looks new again! Worth every penny.

Outstanding service. Called to have my car interior cleaned, but they had no open slots that suited me -- so, they called in an additional employee to take care of me! Everything went smoothly with the cleaning -- my car was returned to me like it was brand new. Rico's were a class act from beginning to end.

Took my now very dirty, new Tesla to Auto Buff based on reviews, and they were great! Fit me into their schedule on the day I called by staying late, performed a careful complete interior /exterior cleaning of my ride for a reasonable price, and were nice guys on top of it! I will go backagain and again.

Had some minor and medium scratches in my car and went to Auto Buff to have them buffed out and my car detailed. It was my first time dealing with them and I have to say they have a new customer for life in me. I couldn't be more happier with the job they did and the price they did it for. My car looks almost new both inside and out. Fantastic job! If you want your car treated right, this is the place to go.

My mechanic sent my vehicle to Ricos to get detailed after my vehicle was stolen then recovered. Ricos were given explicit instructions on what to clean, the trunk in particular, and didn't complete the job. The inside looked great but when I asked why they didn't attempt to detail the exterior trim, I was given a flimsy excuse as to why the job wasn't done. Instead I ended up doing the job myself with over-the-counter supplies. For the $450 that Allstate paid for detailing, was expecting much more.

Traded one problem for another problem they created. I went out of my way to use this local shop to repair some paint scratches. The first trip to the shop the owner quoted me $45 and 30 minutes. I told him I'd drop it off Monday. I brought it back and a tech on duty looked at it and said it'd actually be $75 and 90 minutes. Ok. I'll deal with it I just needed it done. I had the work done and it was fine, but during the buffing they tore off my pin stripes, but didn't say anything to me about it! They didn't even notice it. I mentioned it when I picked up my truck and they begrudgingly admitted to damaging the stripes. "Must have buffed too far". But didn't suggest a fix. I asked to have new pin stripes put on. That took anther week of scheduling time. Then they couldn't match the stripe color and just stopped calling me about it and, didn't do the work. Summary: I took my truck in to make it look better, but they fixed one problem but created another. Avoid.

Rico and His staff are Great! We have been doing business with him for nearly ten years and in that time period we have watched him grow and do many things well. His talented paint crew and detail department keep a polished product. No job is to big or small. Dashed in just before the Thanksgiving holiday because the metal that holds the rear license plate had completely rusted out. Sam made a very solid "temporary" fix to attach the license on the car so it's legal again. They refused to charge me for his time and invited me back for a more permanent solution when we can schedule.Fantastic service, nice people, cared more about taking care of me than the immediate payoff. They have won a customer for life.

Great detail. Did more than I asked and didn't charge extra. (I needed a full interior detail due to mold and wanted an exterior too but was on a budget so we agreed to the full interior detail and a basic clean on the exterior but they polished the chrome and everything. My little 65 VW bug is happy, proud and stylin again. Thank you!!!

I had a very bad experience with this shop. Not only did they do a horrible job fixing my car, they stole my mat! Then had the nerve to blame me for it?!?!? Not only that they dented my car While in their possession and then had to fix that! But not before they tried to blame me for it and say it was there already!!!! I had to jump through hoops to prove the dent was not there. Then rico himself told me I was always missing a mat?!?! I know for a fact I was not missing mg drivers side mat because I purchased the weather all Mats through out my car when I first purchased the car! And my carpet where the mat was looked brand new. These guys are snakes and was told that this happens a lot more than you think. I do not recommend this shop if your looking for quality work.

I couldn't live with a smelly car, full of dog hair, shmutz and other dog debris. This shop went above and beyond my expectations, and I want to call out Killian for doing his job with super attention to all the problem areas. Did a decent job on a restoration of a pair of headlights. They were very busy, so it took about a day longer than quoted, but I wasn't too unhappy since Rico stayed and finished it by end of day to meet a deadline.

Tired of body shops giving you the run around or not communicating during the process? Then try Auto Buff, these guys fixes a spot on my Nissan Exterra and did a great job. The entire process was easy, understandable, and they even finished ahead of time. Super impressed and would recommend Auto Buff to friends and family. Thanks Auto Buff for fixing my truck!

Autobuff has detailed several vehicles for us and they always look awsome when they are done. There is nothing better than when it rains to see the puddles forming due to the great wax job. Rico is very personal and professional.
