Simple windshield replacement resulting in a damaged cowling, water leak and flooded vehicle.Mike, the owner, lacks integrity and accountability. It took me weeks of contacting him repeatedly before he returned my calls. Instead of admitting fault to the damage, he rudely tried to gaslight me into believing it was my sunroof drain tubes that were the source of the leak - attempting to lure me back into his shop to charge me for the unnecessary repair of said drain tubes. Mike spoke to me as if I was a child, not a customer. I spent time and money replacing the drain tubes (as shown in the attached video).After the water leak persisted, I had no choice but to take my vehicle to an authorized Infiniti dealer that ultimately proved Quality Auto Glass s work resulted vehicle damage and the subsequent water leak + flooding. Even with the dealership s extensive documented evidence of the vehicle leak source, and jerry-rigged windshield cowling with globs of liquid silicone (photo attached), Quality Auto Glass attempted to accuse me of the damage and flooding.Had I not contacted Safelite and Allstate immediately upon receiving my vehicle back from Quality Auto Glass, and thereon extensively documenting the damage, I m afraid I would have fallen victim to Mike s lies and false accusations.Safelite had to threaten revoking Quality Auto Glass s Safelite license before Mike finally accepted liability for his employee s malpractice and pay for my damages.It s a shame. I aim to support local businesses in my neighborhood. I went to Quality Auto Glass because of their good reviews and proximity to my home. While my vehicle is finally repaired, nothing will compensate me for the hours of time and stress resulting from something so simple as a windshield replacement gone wrong - not to mention, replacing sunroof drain tubes that were working fine in the first place.There are good small business owners with integrity out in this world. Unfortunately, Mike is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere.

I came in today for my sunroof, as it was leaking & Shane was so great! Very nice, gave a great explanation of what had happened (tracks were clogged around sunroof). He was able to fix it within 3 minutes and since it was such an easy fix, he didn t even charge me! He was SO very nice & hospitable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys were great. I had a rock chip in my windshield and another glass place said that it was too big to fix and I needed a new windshield. So I went to Quality Auto Glass for another opinion and not only could they fix it, it was half the price of what the other place would have been. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They are awesome!

Shane and Joe inspected my window (which was stuck down), temporarily provided me with a solution for the day so I didn't have to drive around w rain coming through my car all day, and fixed it within 15 minutes the next day! I am so grateful for their expertise and helpfulness. Great auto shop

I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off with Bo due to what I thought was a single leak resulting in some mold growth. Bo immediately located the multiple leaks, removed the mold, plugged the leaks and beautifully fixed the other resultant issues that I was unaware of. Today I had the MOST incredible experience with Quality Auto Glass! I pulled in unannounced with a broken rearview mirror and 15 minutes later and for no money, I was driving down the road with my mirror put back on. Cody approached me when I pulled in, asked me what was wrong, I pointed it out, and he got right to work. I stood there while he buzzed from my car to the garage to get parts and he was done before I knew it! Without ever having been to this business before, I felt like family. And then when it was finished, I went to pay and Cody did not want to accept any money. He did the work for free! I will definitely go back to Quality Auto Glass again!!

John is a straight shooter, and I appreciate that. He s very professional. My passenger side window was broken into while I was at the gym, and QAG put a temporary clear sheet over my window that day; I got my new window the following morning. Glass was everywhere, and the workers cleaned up 90% of it. I told them they literally picked up the pieces of my trauma.At first I was concerned because my windows wouldn t lock when I turned on the SUV. John did some online research when I explained I was worried about driving around with unlocked windows. He put a lot of effort into trying to figure out what was wrong, and he and I both called shops to see if an electrician could help that day. John said if he caused the error then he d pay for it. I was about to go to a shop when I realized the reason my doors weren t locking was because the back left one wasn t closed all the way. Basically, things had to be reset when the windows were replaced, and the door wasn t sensed as open until afterward. Closing it firmly solved the issue, and all was well.Thanks, John and Quality Auto Glass! I hope I don t need your services again, but it s good to know you re fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this place if you re in the Seattle area. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance if you don t want to wait in their lobby. I ve had 6 windows replaced here (people like breaking into my cars). All replacements have been quality. Easy to get an appointment and usually have glass on hand. Highly Recommend - great pricing, friendly staff, got in fast and the installation itself (replacing the front passenger side window after a break in) only took about an hour. Went in with a rock chip to my windshield and was out with a almost brand new looking piece of glass in like 20 minutes ! They were friendly and explained what had to be done to the glass beforehand aswell. I would definitely recommend quality auto glass for this service ! Before an after photos attached !

We picked up a rock chip as we were out on a drive. It took us about an hour to get back in the North Green Lake /Aurora Ave North zone after calling both our Insurance and Quality Auto Glass, and when we pulled into the glass shop they were pretty clearly up to their armpits in alligators: all the bays were rocking. Still, a few minutes later, we were taken care of. Wow! Great service! We will remember, and you should too.

My auto mechanic brother in law recommended Quality Auto Glass when we called him for advice about a windshield replacement. A different company had said they could not repair a rock chip we had and then quoted us a a really high price. Quality Glass s price beat them by far and they also recommended we try and repair it first that it might crack out but worth a try. They got me in right away and were able to repair it in about 10 minutes!! Stellar work and service. I am so pleased. Pemco (my insurance) also has them as a preferred/recommended shop. Will ALWAYS come here for any auto glass needs in the future. Highest recommendation!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was on a road trip and passing through Seattle. Windshield was damaged in Nevada when a passing car kicked up pebbles which hit my windshield. Quality Auto Glass was able to help me within 1 hour of calling them. They stabilized the windshield chips and did a great job!! They had very nice customer service.

I like this place. I went in for a small crack repair on my windshield. Shane handled my case. He was professional and awesome! Explained everything nicely and clearly, the whole thing was done in <20 mins. I recommend this place.

Quality Marine Glass repair! We really appreciate Mike and Quality Glass for helping us out recently with a project that we had on our 450 Sea Ray Sundancer. The secondary seals had failed and we were getting water coming in from the skylight (resulting in moldy cockpit carpet) and water seeping in under our helm and potentially damaging our electronics which would have cost thousands to repair or replace. Thankfully they squeezed us into their busy schedule to get our boat attended to. It looks a million times better and has upgraded the look of our boat also. Thank you Mike!

I've been to this place twice now and both times were quick and easy experiences. The folks at the desk took the time to explain the issue and the options to fix. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day and they were also very clear about pricing and insurance coverage. Someone smashed in my back right passenger window of my Forester at the Northgate link rail park and ride. QAG was the first place I called since close to my house. They replaced my window in an hour. Really nice guys, and they re busy. Felt like a reasonable price too!

Quality Auto Glass repaired a crack in my windshield that other businesses were unwilling to repair and instead told me I needed to replace the whole thing. The repair is holding up well and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and explained their work to me. Had a unique ask with reinstalling the rear window on my canopy due to a recent break-in to my truck bed. The team at Quality Auto Glass had me come in to see how they could help. They were able to get the window seated onto the canopy hatch in 15 minutes, free of charge. Great service! Recommend coming to these guys if you need any glass repair. These folks are absolutely incredible, super honest, and are very economical (they actively try their best to fix your issue at a very good price - Shawn and Logan were the ones that helped me)! I had an older Subaru that had issues with the driver's window for the longest time. I originally replaced the regulator but it continued to have the same issue. These amazing folks first tried so many things to fix the issue (changing the glass, regulator, channels, etc) and in the end, they ended up only charging me for a small piece that they needed to change and it was quite cheap. Now the driver's window smoothly goes up and down like nothing ever happened!Other places wanted to charge me much more for just looking at the car, but these folks were so nice, honest, and great people. Had a window smashed in. Quality Auto Glass was able to schedule a repair within 24 hours and the repair itself was done in less than 30 minutes. When we had an issue with the insurance company, Shane was very patient and helpful and directly worked with the insurance company to make sure the issue was taken care of. They replaced a windshield on my VW Jetta and the price and service were great. A few days later I noticed a leak that I thought was from the new window. They looked at it and said it was from my sunroof drains and they proceeded to fix that issue for free. I had asked for a windshield replacement and it was extremely disappointing to know that they did not ask for aftermarket vs OEM and assumed and did the aftermarket replacement. This led to a lot of issues as the Honda dealership which sold me the car is refusing to recalibrate. After this debacle also, I had to keep calling them to get updates on if they could get a replacement OEM windshield and how to get the recalibration done as it is extremely difficult to find an auto shop who does recalibration with an aftermarket glass. I've had a rock chip repair done on two separate occasions and had excellent service each time. Was able to schedule the repair the same day and Logan had it fixed within 20 minutes. They make sure you are taken care of and do a great job explaining all of the important work details.
