I had a fantastic experience thanks to John. His assistance was exceptional. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but his kindness and professionalism truly stood out.He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, was incredibly helpful and patient. As a non-native English speaker, I appreciated how he took the time to explain things slowly and carefully, ensuring I understood everything.I highly recommend John for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist customers regardless of language barriers. I had a wonderful service at Pep Boys, Elliot Eve, Seattle, WA. I had my engine oil changed and also bought a pre owned car after getting checked at this service center. Totally worth the money and the mechanic Named TREVOR helped us a lot!!Would definitely recommend to other people

Helpful, friendly and efficient. John helped get me in for a same day tire repair and Cody did a great job explaining his work to plug the hole and get me back on the road in under 45 minutes. Great service and I will go here again when the need arises.

I want to give my sincerest and heartfelt thanks to the staff here. I arrived late in the day with a punctured tire several hundred miles from home. There were no matching tires in stock and I faced the prospect of being stranded for 5-7 days. They called several other stores and dealerships looking for a tire. No luck, but they helped me reach a solution and got me back on the road the next day.

When I asked about how much a brake job would cost he told me a price that was about 4 times higher than the website. Apparently the website price is just a base price which is completely meaningless since there is no way they could actually do it for that price in any situation so why even put that price on the website? He said part of the price difference is that that they always replace the rotors. I said why don't they try to turn them, he said most cars can't, I said that's definitely not true I've turned the rotors on my car, and then he said they do check them (after saying they don't). Later when they gave me the estimate he said the technician looked at the rotors and just said they couldn't be turned because of the type they were. I said they have been turned before so I know that's not true. He was going to ask him to actually measure them and show me I'd they are too thin to turn, but called back and said they refused to measure them, the technician did a visual instruction and that was all. They are clearly just trying to sell people expensive rotors and don't even try to turn them because they make more money selling overpriced rotors that you don't necessarily need.

Outstanding service at the Elliott location in Seattle. Ryan was super helpful. My tire shipment was delayed and my car was there for a week. They never complained and put my car (which is a luxury vehicle) inside at night which i appreciated. Great communication and when my tires arrived they got them on same day. Highly recommend

My experience at Pep Boys was incredibly disappointing. Not only did the patch on my flat tire fail within days, but the time for the repair was unreasonably long. Despite making an appointment, I had to wait a staggering hour just for a simple patch job. This extended waiting time, coupled with the ineffective repair, showcases a lack of efficiency and disregard for customers' time. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service provided and wouldn't recommend relying on them for any automotive needs.

Please, please do NOT ever go here - we got all of our tires changed out and the rear tire is literally so scratched up & its consistently below 10 PSI, so I'm having to pump air into it every time we have to drive. Tried calling Pepboys, tried emailing them, but no response at all.It doesn't help that all the staff seemed to be extremely unhappy (or at least that day). Not saying this correlates with what happened, but it's worth mentioning.Just go to Les Schwab or somethin' and save yourself the trouble.

If I could give 6 stars for customer service, I would.Was in town visiting my daughter for the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, her car started overheating. Popped the hood and found that the thermostat housing was cracked. Stopped into Pep Boys which is right by her apartment. I was originally told they couldn't get to it until Monday or Tuesday. The Manager, Ryan, came in and heard my story. He told me that, if I'd run and get the part and some Dex, he would find a way to squeeze it in that afternoon. This was around 3:00 on a Saturday and I was leaving the next morning. I tried to offer him $100 extra and he refused. Anyway, they saved the day for sure - My daughter would be in big trouble without her car. This is how you earn business - I will be taking all of my auto work to Pep Boys! Thanks, Ryan!!!

Worked to drop off my car with John in the morning. He was professional, honest, and trustworthy. I m always worried about who I leave my car to, but I would 100% come back here for any service. They act with integrity and I absolutely appreciate that.I came to drop off my car because I needed to get my alignment checked after getting new tires and experiencing some weird issues on the highway. I also scheduled online to have an alignment done if needed. They called back in 3 hours and said they checked everything and it looks good. An alignment didn t need to be done. They were honest, straightforward, and very communicative. Made sure that it wasn t some other issue and didn t charge me since there was nothing wrong.I would absolutely come back here for anything I might need. It ll be my go to shop now. Thanks John!

The staff was so helpful! They brought a major issue with my car to my attention - they were great at explaining what was needed, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I didn't feel pressured or talked down to. Plus they had super fast service and got me on the road earlier than predicted!

My new favorite tire shop.I needed special tires for Mt and snow driving. I tried 5 places including E WA with limited selection-long shipping delays.Aires and Trevor spent the time to get a quality snow tire. And a 1day delivery to shop, and quick appt.Excellent customer service.

We needed to switch batteries in an emergency and went to multiple mechanics across Seattle. We eventually found this pep boys and their schedule was full, but they fit us in and saved us. Nice and helpful staff too

This is my home shop if you have never been here are struggling with other shops this would be the one to go to. The customer service is a ten, their work is fast and efficient without looking to over charge you and make it clear and simple for you if other things are needed to be done.

I made an appointment to fix my car handle and tires. They called to cancel the appointment saying they couldn t fix the handle ( fair). I asked about the tires. They could fix the tires but simply refused to and were extremely rude about it.

Highly recommend the Elliott Ave - Pep Boys. The service manager John is AMAZING. In a world where the art of customer service is often forgotten, he exemplifies it. Caring, thoughtful, and friendly. And timely communication.The techs did a fine job mounting 4 tires. They were short-staffed so it took longer than promised but hey it's near lower Queen Anne - so lot's to do like the QA Beer Hall and Far East Cafe. :)This is a great tire shop - go there!

After a few failed attempts to fix my car's low idle, audible chugging sounds and heavy vibration on our own, I took my car in for an engine diagnostic. The interactive complimentary vehicle inspection report is a huge plus. Before they called to tell me what repairs were needed, I was able to see what was discovered using the link in the text report. This gave me time to shop around without wasting money on a second opinion and it allowed me to establish a baseline price in my mind based on my Google findings. When the Pep Boys team called me and verbally conveyed the findings along with an estimate, I won t lie, I was shocked. However, the interactive visibility had prepared me for that expense and essentially led us to proceed with the repairs. In the current economic situation, I really appreciated the cost and value of the services. I truly believe that the team went above and beyond to accommodate us; small actions leave a significant impression. I can confidently say that based on this interaction and previous ones, I will continue to return to this location specifically. Thank you, guys, for all your hard work and communication.

This location was recommended to me for their great service and they did not disappoint. Dealing with car issues is never fun, especially when they re unexpected, but these guys made it pretty painless. They re a busier/smaller location but I made an appointment online which made it even easier. John is super friendly and welcoming and he made me feel at ease during a process that can be really stressful. I found my new shop! Thanks again guys

We have been using Pep Boys to service both our 2006 Lexus RX and 2013 GS350 for two years. They do a great job and are very good at keeping us informed as the work progresses. John at the front desk is very friendly. Scheduling is always easy. Highly recommended.

So I ve been here since 10AM when the appointment was scheduled. It s 11:08AM and the car hasn t been serviced. Let s not even talk about the customer service..The phones been ringing for over 3 minutes straight.It just doesn t make sense to me. Never will ever come back here that s for sure. You re better off spending the extra couple bucks and going somewhere that will take your time serious and service.
