The team at Pacific Auto Body is amazing. I took my car there to repair some front end damage and had a really solid experience. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly - the shop was different from any body shop in my experience - it felt cozy. They provided snacks and a comfortable waiting area. It has the feel of a family business - like all of the employees are well taken care of and happy to be there. They were super communicative throughout and they offered very helpful advice regarding the repairs. They guided the experience, I never once felt pushed into a decision. They even saved me money by suggesting that I hold off on a minor dent in the hood - one that I could barely see once the front end was rebuilt. This is a team of honest, hard working folks and my car turned out beautifully and beyond clean (which I wasn t expecting at all). I would 100% recommend the team at Pacific .

Honestly never thought I would give a car repair place a five star review, but here I am. Everyone here is super professional and knowledgeable. They are efficient, they guided me through the process of getting third-party insurance to cover my totaled car (even when they really didn t have to), they communicated in a timely manner. Great customer service.

I had an awesome experience having my car repaired here!!! Norman was absolutely great to work with!!! He kept me informed every step of the way and fought like he'll with my stupid insurance company to make sure I got the coverage I paid for. The repairs were flawless, and the paint matched perfectly!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!

This place is terrible!! They are so unbelievably challenged just communicating their estimate policy, I can t imagine trusting them to repair my car.BTW, they're under new management as of fall'23, so positive reviews you see for before that time may not be relevant.I scheduled an estimate with them this fall after my parked Tesla was hit by a drunk driver. The appointment time was 2 months out just for the estimate, but that was true then for Seattle area Tesla-certified repair places, so that s not my complaint. Before the estimate, both one week in advance and day of the estimate I called Pacific about the estimate. First time was asking if I could come same day but at a different time as I had a conflict with the scheduled time. Yes, that s fine, I was told. Then I called again the day of the estimate to confirm someone would be available if I arrived in 20 minutes. Yes, fine. Come down, they said. So I did. However, when I arrived, the receptionist looked at me in surprise. We don t do estimates. She explained they were under new ownership as of 2 months earlier, and now just used the insurance company s estimate with no in-person estimate!!Uh fine, there s another certified-Tesla repair shop in Seattle with same practice, but WHY DIDN T PACIFIC INFORM ME OF THAT NO ESTIMATE POLICY EARLIER???!!! WHY NOT TELL ME THE TWO TIMES I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT??? Let alone a responsible shop with the new ownership and changed procedure would proactively reach out to ALL the customers with estimate appointments and tell them that they d changed their process! When I complained, the manager offered to have one of his employees take a look at the car since you re here . I had to wait 25 minutes for that, and when the employee finally deigned to take a look at my car, he didn t even open the trunk of my rear-ended car!! Wow.Even more interesting was talking with him. Unlike all the other collision shops I talked to, Pacific DOESN T order the obviously needed parts in advance, to minimize your car s time in the shop. (I don t know about other makes, but this can matter with Tesla parts). No, they said they take apart the car, talk with your insurance company, THEN order parts, even the ones that are obviously needed from looking at the car and the insurance company s estimate.Stunningly, unbelievably bad service and attitude. Stay away!!!

I was rear ended and as a realtor having my car working well is critical. Matt Steele is so knowledgeable and has a very calm and professional demeanor. When a secondary problem came up he went out of his way to accommodate my car and get it done. Highly recommend--especially for Tesla owners.

This is the best autobody shop! The customer service is wonderful; the service is wonderful and the communication was tremendous, especially because the parts were late in arriving. In spite of that, which was a problem with supply chain, Pacific Autobody was always positive and cheerful. Matt is the best! Thank you! I hopeI don t have another accident, but if I do, I will bring my car to Pacific Autobody!

I was told it would be two weeks time. After 8 weeks, I picked up my car with the tank on E, and the car no longer works with the app associated with it doesn t work. When I called a few hours later I was told to contact Mercedes, when I contacted Mercedes I was told to contact pacific auto body when I contacted pacific auto body again I was told they have nothing to do with it. After 14 thousand dollars later I have a car that is not the same as the one I left in their hands and no one I can contact in order to get a resolution. Poor service. No accountability. Totally feel used and abused.

Got my Tesla rear ended in April and was able to take it to this shop in July (many places for EV repairs were pretty booked out so this was the soonest).Phenomenal job on the repair and I had the pleasure of working with Norman throughout the whole process. From start to finish, he was very transparent and communicated well with me on a timely manner on behind the scenes/new updates. The car repair had some delays due to some backordered parts but that can't be helped at times with the high demand for Tesla parts. Can't stress enough how well the whole process went especially since he helped handle any communication with insurance. It was good knowing that my car was in good hands with them. Definitely will take my car here again in the future (not any time soon though hopefully)!

We had a hit and run that completely trashed the doors on the right side of the car. Our insurance (State Farm, would not recommend) "approved" shops would not even see the vehicle for an estimate for 2 months. Yikes. After calling around, Pacific Auto Body welcomed us the same day! Karen and Norman were extremely professional, kind, and empathetic to our situation and promptly gave us a comprehensive estimate.Ultimately, we had to go to another shop for the work due to the model vehicle (Subaru, this shop only works on German brands and Tesla) but I would not hesitate to return here with any future vehicle and would recommend Pacific Auto Body to anybody! Thank you again!

I recently had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma repaired at Pacific Auto Body and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I had front end damage to the drivers side fender, bumper, grill, headlight etc.I chose Pacific Auto Body initially based on their reviews here on Google as well as Yelp. It's tough trusting an unknown company to perform work on something this is completely out of your control.A few pros and cons:Pros:The truck looks completely new as though nothing had ever happened. They used all OEM parts, and did not cut corners. The work in general is top notch.Cons:It took along time to get the work completed. The initial work estimate was 2-3weeks. ( which I thought was long right from the get go, and it was completed in 24 days. So a few days past the outside of their timeline)I'm leaving a 5 Star review because everyone was very friendly and helpful anytime I had interactions with front desk staff, as well as Adam who is the GM, and the work was very good. I would much rather wait to have professional work done, than to have second rate work done quickly. Thanks Pacific Auto Body!

Hello, I am writing this review, as I used this bodyshop service to repair both front and rear end damage.Overall, it was excellent service. The vehicle repairs were done well, vehicle is cleaned, and I had absolutely zero issues money wise working though my insurance and the shop.Additionally, I would also like to comment on Michael Kehoe who was my representative. He went above and beyond giving great customer service. He was very responsive to calls made to the shop with respect to repair status and progression. He delivered prompt responses. He was easy to work with and get along with during a stressful time. He easily knew how to address what seemingly was a hiccup by one of the car insurance companies as well. Ideally, I would not need anymore body work on my vehicle, but if I do, I will be sure to bring it back to Pacific Autobody because I know they employ people like Michael.Great job!Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I seem to be a regular here! Not because of my own doing FYI.Here's the thing about body shops, it's like going to the dentist! You never wanna go, but when you do, you want to feel taken care of! Barrett and his team always take care of me no matter the circumstance. Everything is there from the wonderful lobby to the in-house rental car services. I always leave there feeling like my car and I are in the best hands the business has to offer! If you find yourself needing a body shop, definitely use Pacific Auto Body for your repair shop!

My car has been in and out of Pacific Body and they have always gone above and beyond in their customer service and experience. They provide frequent updates, fix the car as their own and give it back in better shape than before. Highly recommend this team for their experience, empathy and kindness.

Fantastic work by this group in fixing my rear bumper. They re really good with communicating about appointment schedule and progress. I worked with Jason and he s a warm person to talk to. Explained everything and their team did great work. I had to wait 10 weeks for the appointment but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend this place to get your ride fixed.

Horrible customer service. I came in on May 26th and spoke with Michael Kehoe in regards to getting my Mercedes repaired. I gave him all of my information and the parts info needed from the estimate. He gave me his card, told me to come back on June 12th. I came in today, June 12th to drop my car off for repair and the receptionist had no information for my appointment and Michael was "in a meeting". I will absolutely not give this company my money as they do not care about customer service or wasting their customers time.

Awesome service! Great customer service throughout the entire experience. Educated professionals who do exactly what they say, made my car look like it did before it was damaged. I am very happy with the whole process; from the moment I brought it in for inspection to when I picked it up after service. Thanks for everything!

Had a collision nearby and was towed to Pacific Auto because it was closest. Although I had never been here before, didn t have an appointment, and had a vehicle type that doesn t fit their usual profile, they took time to check the damage for me and even pulled out my bumper so I could drive it home without a tow, probably saving me thousands of dollars between tow and repair. It is heartwarming to meet kind folks like this that are happy to lend a hand when help is needed. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

Tripp was an absolute life saver and saved me over $1,000 in less than 5 minutes. I just got my Tesla and someone hit my front bumper. It was a scuff, but after going to nearly a dozen other places, they all said they'd need to either take off or replace the bumper.I went to Tesla to have them take a look, and they recommended Pacific Auto Body. Thank goodness they did, Tripp was incredible! There was one person in front of me, and he was talking about how great this place was. Another person walked in, excited to pick up their car and raving about how great this place was.Tripp grabbed me to look at the car for an estimate, as we walked outside I told him how someone hit my car and didn't leave any information. I could tell he was genuine when he responded with, "Let me take a look and see what we can do". He looked and explained the 3 options which were similar to what I heard. One of the options he explained was something I'd have to shop around for, but may be more affordable. Then he paused and said, "Let me see if I can at least make this look a little better in the meantime." I appreciated it, since getting on their schedule may have been a few months. When he came out with some of his tools and chemicals, he cleaned up the scuff. It was almost unnoticeable! Good enough to where I felt like I had my brand new car again. Thanks Pacific Auto Body, you saved me a ton of money, and if I ever have an issue, this is the first place I'm reaching out to. Highly recommended! Now I see why Tesla suggested this place.Service: Body & Trim

Beware of insurance fraud. I had body work done on my Tesla model 3 from them. When I was driving home after picking up the car, my Tesla showed a warning sign to have the wheel rotation checked. I took my Tesla to the Lynnwood service center the next day and was told that the rear passenger side wheel was damaged to a point where it was unsafe to drive the car and that my life was in danger. Tesla changed the wheel and I paid for it out of my pocket. When I called Matt at Pacific auto body to inquire why this was missed, he told me that Tesla Seattle checked the wheel alignment and they didn t catch it. He said he will submit my invoice to the insurance and will send me the check they pay for it. He submitted the invoice to the insurance after a couple reminders from me and they sent a check to Pacific auto body in early May. I wasn t informed about any of this till I called the insurance company. Then I called Pacific auto body and was told they cashed my check. Matt promised me that I will receive my check 2 weeks back and still no sign of it. My life was in danger driving the car they sent me home with and I have been very patient with them and have given them plenty of chances. They still missed the mark. Please use your judgment if you want to use them.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Pacific Auto Body is fantastic to work with. They were recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership across the road.My main point of contact was Tripp. Tripp was on my side, pushing to get an insurance company to take accountability for the damage caused by the other driver. My car was returned repaired and cleaned. It may have taken a couple days longer than I thought it would but great work takes time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recently got into a collision and called to get a quote on repairs, most auto shop informed me they don't do estimates over the phone and only on sight. My car is quite damaged and isn't able to go shop to shop, therefor it was better to call around and get an idea of the cost and capability of doing the repair. Got in touch with Pacific Auto shop and Peter was amazing on trying to help answer a few of my questions and concerns. He was prompt and quick to email me back and went above and beyond in getting the information that was needed, while being honest and transparent. Thank you Peter for doing more than just repairing a care, but understanding your potential new customers concerns.

Full disclosure, I did not end up choosing this shop for my repair, but I did go in person for an estimate on my minor fender bender. After a short wait, someone came out and looked at my vehicle. Within seconds, he claimed he knew what would need to be done. He asked which insurance provider I had and instantly said that wasn't a good one for Teslas and said they were definitely going to quote the damage incorrectly (they didn't). After the initial brief discussion and pictures were taken, I was told they were booked for over a month and when I would finally get an appointment, my car would be in the shop for 3-4 WEEKS.I looked around and ended up going with the Tesla Service Center (very close to this shop), which actually took apart my vehicle to assess the exact damage, then I was scheduled for an appointment < 2 weeks later. They told me the car would be in the shop for 3 days, but it ended up being completed in only ONE business day.I do think this shop could have performed the repair well, but shop around for better options.

I went to Pacific Auto Body to have them take a look at a dent in the passenger back door. What I was MOST impressed with was the time Tripp took to look the car over with me and discuss options. I really appreciate that in a business. We discussed the option of repair and he gave me an estimate that came in close to his official quote that he emailed later that day. What stood out to me most however was that I had shared with Tripp I was on the fence about whether it was worth fully repairing the door or whether I should consider some touch-up work myself. Tripp actually suggested a product that worked wonders when I tried it later that day. Should we decide to do a repair, I would feel quite confident about Pacific Auto Body and their quote came in close to another auto body shop as well. At this time, we are opting to not repair door but I felt that Tripp helped me think this through! Thank you!

Go anywhere else even if it costs you more. They made me wait a month before dropping it off, still didn't even start repairs until 2 weeks after I dropped it off, didn't order necessary parts known to be needed before it was even dropped off, never updated on progress until we called them, often couldn't answer questions when we called, didn't stay in contact with the insurance company to the point that they threatened to stop paying for a rental multiple times over the 2 months they had our car.Over all bad communication, slow repairs, disorganized company, too few repair employees on staff for the number of jobs they will accept, and still they left a part off when replacing the trunk.I suggest no one use this shop.Service: Body & Trim

I took my Tesla model X to this horrible establishment. I first received my car back from them after doing a repair on my drivers rear door. The way I got my car back, was horrendous. There was still dust from the repair, and the clear coat didn t look good at all. After another week, they agreed to fix my car again. Once again, I was let down. I paid over thousands of dollars in hopes of a quality repair job, but this is how I received my car after two visits to this shop. Absolutely do not go here for repairs, please take your business elsewhere to a shop that will great you properly and give you a quality product.

I had an issue with the rear doorhandles on my Audi RS3 and needed a body shop but didn't want to go just anywhere and risk damage on a brand new car (and the dealership appointments are 3 weeks out). I stopped by Pacific Auto Body and Barrett got me taken care of right away. I hope I don't need a body shop again any time soon but if I do, I'll be back here without a doubt.Service: Body & Trim

Other than the outstanding job they did fixing my car I must say they take in more jobs that they can handle in a timely manner. It took 1 week for them to contact my insurance. After that it took a week and a half to get my parts to the shop (that's seemingly understandable). After another week I told them it was becoming more of a inconvenience than a service. Went on vacation for a week and they "promised" my car would be ready when I return. Came back, no car. Said it would be ready that following Monday, not ready. The next day after 4 weeks my car was finally ready....
