I brought in my Eurovan for some brake work, an exhaust issue and a really challenging body rust problem. Tony's did a great job with all the items, and had to work especially hard on the rust: it was in a critical location along a welded seam between two body panels, where the seam had been bent. They straightened the bends, chased the rust, did a beautiful job of matching the paint, and were great about communicating with me. This is the second job they've done for me (the first was on a Camry), and I plan to keep working with them.

Tony, Chris, and their team is wonderful and I recommend them to everyone! I've been here multiple times for both body and auto work for my very old (and much loved) Prius! They are a busy business but somehow manage to make time to care for your car in a thorough manner. They are professional and a great part of the community. As a woman it feels good to know you are getting quality work and not getting taken advantage of! Very trustworthy folks workin here!

Had to pay out of pocket and was given a very fair estimate. They were able to squeeze my car in between appointments, so rather than having to wait weeks I got my car in fast and it was done over the weekend. Tony is courteous and professional. Excellent experience all around given the circumstances.

I cannot say enough good things about Tony s Greenwood Auto Body. I have an old 1999 car in excellent condition. I love it and will drive it to the end! Someone crunched the left rear while it was parked - very annoying but not serious. Insurance recommended a corporate shop which gave a ridiculous high estimate, refused to work on it, and totaled the car. Tony, on the other hand, agreed it s in great shape and figured out how to fix it. The plastic bumper cover wasn t available, so they repaired it. These guys actually think and solve problems, rather than just slapping on parts. The result looks fabulous. His price was good, almost half what the corporate shop wanted. I actually made $1,000 from the insurance settlement. Their customer service is amazing. There were 20 cars scheduled ahead of me. But because of the Christmas snow storm they had a brief opening, took the car on the spot, and finished it in 48 hours. Finally, Tony and his staff are honest and respectful. No BS. Tony is very knowledgeable and transparent. My new Toyota Rav4 was scratched by a Fedex truck while it was street parked. Not severe damage, but still very annoying because the scratch was deep and terrible. Before taking my car to Tony's, I got an estimate from another body shop. The other body shop recommended replacing the bumper, and the estimate was higher than Tony's. Tony suggested it was better to repair and keep the car's original bumper rather than replace it. I'm incredibly pleased with the service and quality of work they provided. My car looks brand new again excellent customer service, detailed job, overall great experience. I would 100% recommend Tony's auto body to my friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

I recently picked my car up from Tony s one stop in Greenwood and I could not have been more impressed by their work. Not only was the damage seamlessly repaired, and ready a day EARLY, but they also cleaned and vacuumed my car! Great customer service, great work, overall great experience. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I had some body damage (backing into a pole, because I'm super smart) and it was my first time working with a repair shop. The initial claims process with my insurance company was confusing and circular, but eventually I started calling around shops. Tony's was immediately a frontrunner for me: there was no "car salesman" pitch, they were direct about the process and timeline, and had specific knowledge of how my insurance company operated. The rest of the experience was seamless.Rapid turnaround, frank and communicative service staff, and a flawless repair - couldn't ask for more. Great place. Dropped my Tacoma off for a tailgate repair. Other places wanted to replace the tailgate. For much less Tony repaired the tailgate, and it looks like new. I'm going to use them for all my auto body repairs and after-market installs from now on!Best part is they turned this around in a DAY!

BEST AUTO BODY AND REPAIR SHOP IN WASHINGTON!!!I wouldn t trust anyone to work on my car except for Tony and his crew. Before he takes apart anything, he shows me the OEM parts that he purchased and advises me to watch from window to examine how his team does the work. Along the way he gives me his thoughts on the overall condition of the car and any other things that I should be aware of. He is the most transparent auto repair shop I ve ever been to. I ve been scammed once, but never again.

Tony did some body repair work and parts replacement on my car. He was able to source the parts quickly from a dealer despite the ongoing supply issues, and did immaculate work. It's better than new and you would never know. Tony was also very responsive and friendly in all of our communications. 5 stars!

I scratched my car and took it in for Tony to look at. He initially quoted me $85 to buff/polish out the scratches (seemed like a very standard price based on what I saw online). However, some of the scratches were a bit too deep for buffing alone to be enough. In the end, he charged only $40 which was a very happy surprise! He then advised I head to a dealership to pick up the exact paint for my car ($7-8) and apply the paint myself. He s a very honest business owner and it was extremely refreshing to do business with him! I will absolutely be returning to him in the future and would point all my friends in his direction as well.Service: Body & Trim

I am ever so grateful that I chose this place to fix my car. Someone ran a red light & hit my 2005 car---which I love and want to keep til it dies---and it had some damage to the front frame (excuse my lack of knowledge on the terminology). I was so scared that the insurance company would say it was "totaled" and that would be the end of my beloved car, which was still completely drivable. I spoke with Chris and even tho they were super busy, she really worked with me, took care of everything, and worked with the insurance inspector to agree on a price to fix my baby, and they got it done so fast & it looks FANTASTIC! They matched the paint perfectly and had reattached my license plate before I even asked, so the mechanics are just super amazing. Chris has been so kind and understanding thru it all, is honest, and seems to care about the customers over just making a buck---this in-turn will cause her & this shop to be very successful, because I am coming back here for more work and now have my "place" to take my car. She took the time to look over my car, and I was impressed with her knowledge and customer service---excellent!!! Just helps so much to have someone handling everything with the insurance company as well; couldn't have been easier for me. I am over the top happy and back on the road with my car! Give this lady a raise, Tony, she's a gem! Thanks SO much & see ya soon to fix my AC! :D

I've been to Tony's one stop shop for body repair and fixing the brakes. As far as I can tell, the work done is solid. However, the price is pretty steep. I later compared their quote to other highly-rated auto shops within the area (e.g. No1 Japanese auto), and the quote from Tony's is about 50% higher, which I consider to be pretty outrageous.Service: Brake service & repair

Tony is amazing and such an accommodating person. He went above and beyond to fix my broken tail light, knowing I was running the risk of getting tickets while driving the car in this state. Great service and great staff!

After I was rear-ended pretty badly, I took my car to Tony's. Obviously being in a car accident is an upsetting situation, but Tony's made it a lot easier for us. We barely had to talk to the insurance company because Tony's took care of almost all the communication with insurance. They said it would be about three weeks before we got our car back due to ordering parts and such (very understandable) but they completed the work in only 10 days! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my car into Tony's when it needed some front-end work. Quick assessment, worked with my insurance to get paid, called me promptly when done, stayed open late so I could pick it up, and the work was excellently performed. A month later and my car still looks, drives, and feels perfect. Thanks!

I went with this shop despite the relatively high quote of $800 to paint and install one fender (which I supplied), based on a recommendation from my cousin and the pretty good reviews online. But wow, I had a bad experience!The "one day job" turned into 2.5 - which I can't really ding them for because they mismatched the paint the first time, and at least they went back to repaint it. What I am disappointed by is that they rushed to install the fender, and returned it to me with a 4.7 mm error in fender gap (yes I measured before after and between the two sides of the car). My understanding is that most body shops will hold a 1-3 mm tolerance. I asked this shop, and they said they don't define a tolerance (and they didn't notice that this one was way off). Not my kind of place.It took me an hour of arguing with them before they would even look at fixing it, and I heard several specific excuses for why the fender was not aligned - a bent mounting structure (which upon further investigation, does not actually exist on my car), unibody damage, etc.Since we couldn't make much progress on adjusting the fender, I eventually suggested that they just adjust the hood to even out the panel gap on the left/right of the car. They hadn't considered it, seeing as they didn't notice the issue until now. Since I remained so persistent, they grudgingly did this for me - which actually made a huge visual improvement.Anyways, the fact that they finally did something to fix the issue gives them two rather than one stars in my book, but it was a long, arduous process to get a half-decent product. I've seen quotes in the $500 range for this $800 Tony's job, so I was expecting a lot better.

I needed to get a tweak to my old Prius' hood fixed and this shop did a great job, looks amazing. Fixed the internal damage and the body work. Great and friendly service, I particularly appreciated the explanations of what got damaged.

My front bumper went over a high parking divider, in backing off the bumper was pulled lose. Tony's told me I needed a whole new bumper for $300. $300 more for painting and $300 more for labor. I took it to another shop they bought a $30 part and fixed the whole thing for less than $100. Told this guy about the $900 estimate, he said "They're offering you what they want, not what you need."

Tony s has always given us fair quotes and labor estimates. They are transparent and their rates are competitive. I ve taken three different cars to them over the years and I m always satisfied.

Very competitive prices, sweet hardworking people, awesome front desk employees. I ve gone here a few times and I m always shocked at how fair their prices are.
