If you need anything for your car this is the place to go. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only regret is not getting the name of the nice man who helped me test and replace my car battery. I'll definitely be back :)

I had a very unpleasant customer-service experience at the 10409 Aurora Ave N O'Reilly Auto Parts today, and decided to try my luck a few minutes north at the 14320 Aurora Ave N location instead. I'm so glad I did! The folks working at the 14320 location at 3PM today were incredibly kind and helpful. They earned my business this afternoon and will be getting all of my and my family's business moving forward. When I told them about my experience at the 10409 location, they were disappointed but not surprised. Apparently they've been getting a lot of business like mine lately, with folks coming to their location from that other store in hopes of a better customer service experience. If you're in the Aurora Ave N area, 14320 is the location to hit!

Needed to get a stripped license plate screw off my car in a pinch with no tools. They let me come in and borrow some vice grips to pull it off free of charge. Staff were really helpful.

An employee named George was very rude when I came in to get a part for my car. I was holding my phone because I have a hard time remembering the part I needed so my son was on the phone to tell me what part to get when I was up next. I was first in line on his register when he transfered to the next register to help the guy behind me. So I assumed he just needed to use that register. I moved to where he transfered and he told me " not you, you're on your phone. Then added ,so get out". He did this with a smirk in front of the other customer. That so called employee named George needs to be trained in customer service. I don't know what he was trying to prove in front of the other customers. The other( I wished I remembered his name) guy helped me and was patient with me. I really appreciated his help. George was just plain rude and awful.

Nice folks at this store. Helped me find exactly what I needed quickly, gave me a bunch of paper towels au gratin, which was very appreciated, and had me rolling north bound for Cuban Sandwiches in no time at all

Updating my review (keeping it 5-stars but wanted to add something that I feel is important).Yesterday (3/1/2021) around 5:30pm, Glen, the guy that works at the store and has been there forever was dealing with a very very aggressive customer who was being extremely rude to him. Glen handled it perfectly and professionally.

The staff here is super nice and friendly. My car broke down and the employee looked under my hood to help diagnose. He let me wait in the store while I was eating for a toe truck. Later I saw him helping a customer rig a loose bumper up. It made my day.

These guys are almost always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile even when they are busy it may take a few minutes but it's because they are really making sure each and every customer knows their options understands what's available and often times are helping test batteries charge batteries or installing wiper blades. I definitely would suggest anyone who has questions or needs parts they start here

This place is ok. But over charged me $3.00 dollars on three bottles of motor oil that was on cell for $6.99 each. Three stars for having most Automotive parts you may need. Can improve on customer service.

I'll give them 6 starts if possible. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Justin and Jorge). I bought the wrong type of headlight bulb. They swapped it to the right one and Jorge helped me put the bulb on right away. Big save of the day!

Just a great and helpful place! Needed to change a brake light and they gave me the correct one and even let me borrow a screw driver so that I could install it on site! Really appreciate the great customer service!

I came here after trying the O'Reilly's on 105th and being told their machine to diagnose my check engine light had been broken for months. It's exactly what you'd expect. One employee was grumpy (in a great auto parts store kinda way) and said the guys at the O'Reilly's on 105th were lying and lazy, it was awesome. He didn't want to help me with my check engine light because of covid, they can't enter your car, which is understandable. The other employee agreed to help me if I plugged the thing into the car myself and showed me where it was. I liked them both. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service!! The guy there was very rude. He just threw my stuff without no reason. He s name is Jorge. The manager should check the camera and take action against him. This guy doesn t deserve to work at any customer service

The big chains sure have taken over the last few years and this is one of them, they have what you need but the prices don't seem that great considering their buying power. Staff seems to mildly know their stuff.

The sales guy was trying to sell us a 6 fuse pack of mini fuses for 14.99 and I went to AutoZone and got 2 boxes of mini fuses a total of 10 or 12 fuses for $4.99 each. Now I am not sure if it was cause I am a lady and he thought I was stupid or what but that's not where turtle is buying any auto parts ever

They didn't have the parts I needed, they need to be ordered at $25 and then wait. I can order them on eBay for $7 and wait all the same.
