So grateful to Marvin and the peace of mind provided before purchasing a like new, low miles, fully-loaded Chrysler 300 with rebuilt title following total loss from undercarriage damage. Car and price seemed too good to be true. He promptly returned my phone call, spent an hour on the phone asking questions and offering advice. He met me at the dealer on short notice to inspect various aspects of the car, gave it a thorough test drive and provided relative assurance my purchase would be a good one. Thanks Marvin!

I'm in San Diego and was looking to buy a s2000 in Seattle. This is my first time trying to buy a car out of state and I'm so glad that I chose Nspectacar. Marvin was really helpful and patient, besides the standard inspections he also spent time making sure other things I would like to know about the car. However, just after we had an appointment, I found the car had been in a major accident and decided to give up the purchase before the inspection. Despite all the preparations he made, he offered me a full refund. Marvin is the best!

I live in San Jose, CA, and recently bought a very nice 1951 Chevy pickup from an owner in Preston, WA. I was fortunate to connect with Marvin Pope and arrange for a thorough pre-purchase inspection. He was very professional, prompt and thorough. I was able to buy the vehicle remotely without any misgivings. In addition to a comprehensive mechanical assessment, he verified the title and registration. He also recommended a reputable auto transport company, which I used, so the entire process was seamless. Honest Review: I wanted to purchase a car out of Washington, but was not able to see the car as I lived out of state. First time ever getting a PPI. I bought a used car for the first time in 20 years and this is the first time I needed to have a car inspection done before purchase. Top notch service! One afternoon this week, I reached Marvin to inspect a car in Seattle, as I am an out of state buyer. He was immediately (same day!) able to provide a thorough, detailed inspection. He connected with me prior to identify areas of focus/concern and went above and beyond to ensure that all questions were answered. While I was initially excited to purchase the car, his services saved me from a bad purchase (and dealing with a suspect dealership). I am grateful for his attention to detail, value, speed, and honesty! I buy a lot of vehicles remotely - I only wish every city had a Nspectacar - it would save me a ton of time, hassle, and money! I saw a car at a dealership and was pleased with its condition, but I was afraid I would overlook something important and buy myself an expensive problem. I recently found a low mileage 2006 BMW M3 after searching online for this specific car throughout the US. I am in Austin TX and found one in WA. I hired Marvin at Nspectacar to do the full $375 mechanical assessment and inspection. His detailed inspection gave me the needed confidence to make a sight-unseen purchase of the M3. As well, Marvin found a few minor recommended mechanical repairs that should be addressed, and his recommended informed purchase price recommendation. I gave the dealer an offer $2k below their asking price and we settled on a deal of $1k off the asking price, thus still saving nicely after the $375 inspection fee! I would highly recommend Marvin and Nspectacar!

I live in Florida, but I found a car (BMW 640i) in Seattle online and contacted the owner and wanted to have it inspected. I first dealt with a so-called corporate (!) company LemonSquad in Seattle, and from that moment everything started to go wrong such as an inspection appointment without confirmation with the seller, getting a report after 2 days etc. After this incident, I was almost going to give up on buying that car. After doing some research on Google, I communicated with Marvin uneasily. Then, with his professionalism and confidence, he completed the inspection of my vehicle in detail the next morning, and I bought the vehicle with confidence without even stepping into Seattle on the same day. You can really trust blindly. Thank you so much Marvin!

I must say after a quick google search for used car inspection in the Seattle area I came across Nspectacar. Marvin returned my call promptly and began to educate me on pre inspection process when purchasing a used car without a warranty in the sate of Washington. I am from the East Coast and thankful that I found his service and was able to have peace of mind purchasing a vehicle I could only find on the West Coast. Highly recommend the services of Nspectacar!

I wanted to organise a local inspection of a used car I was considering buying and I wanted to use a local Seattle service. I found Nspectacar after a Google search.Marvin at Nspectacar was prompt, helpful, and reassuring in getting back to me with my questions; and because I wasn't able to actually be there during the inspections due to my scheduling conflicts, he took care of organising his meeting time with the dealership and picking up the car for testing, etc.The report was thorough and detailed, and Marvin called me afterward to discuss his findings and his opinions of the car, which I appreciated because it helped to get a sort of 'human' feel for the car too. Whilst it was all professionally organised, it also had the benefit of feeling like I was sending someone I knew around to look at the car so I could trust in the details and opinions they were telling me. Marvin also gave good advice about things that I should discuss with the dealer when I later went in to look at the car myself.I had a bit of an issue with credit card payment not going through but then I paid via PayPal (it's an option on the website) and it all went through instantly, so that was fine.So thanks again to Marvin and Nspectacar for their services!

I live in Los Angeles,CA. Found a van at the dealership in Seattle area with an accident report in Carfax. The dealer told me they could not find anything wrong to the van but I wanted to make sure. I did a quick Yelp and google search for a good inspector in the area. Found Nspectacar with good reviews. Marvin contacted me right away. He picked up the car from the dealership next day for inspection. I couldn't have purchased this van without his help. Thanks Marvin!!

Marvin seems to cares about your experience, the price is fair for the pre purchase inspection. The site has some incorrectly listed prices apparently. I would double-check on those.When I got to the location we discovered that the car had several issues. Mostly minor, but I had a nagging suspicion something was wrong.Underneath the car a gasket was leaking, not by much. A fortune to replace not including the other minor things. In addition, the minor things revealed some suspicious or unknown things about the car that made me wary about the purchase. All in all a good investment on checking the car.Marvin gave me advice before, during and after the pre-purchase inspection. A very personal touch and provided opinions about the car. If you want someone to check your used car and care, call Marvin. Get some information first and get peace of mind about the car you're planning to buy.Thank goodness I invested a little money before buying the car, otherwise I could have bought a major headache. If you get a feeling that the car should be checked out, then do it.

I needed a VIN Inpection done in the Seattle area, and the law enforcement wouldn't help me. Marvin with Nspectacar traveled to the location and made a VIN inspection report complete with pictures, that was accepted by ID DMV to finish the titlework. I really appreciated the time and effort that was put in to get it done. It was great to deal with a trustworthy company, and great help!

They responded quickly and went to car lot dealt with the dealer to get it inspected emailed us pictures looked over the engine. I would use these guys again for sure. They followed up and made sure we didn't over pay for the car great service.
