Came in looking for advice about installing a resonator. They recommended a magnaflow, so I ordered one and had it installed the next week. Fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Thanks again!

They did a great job replacing my muffler and tailpipe, for a really good price. They also bend their pipes in the shop with their bender instead of getting pre-made bends because they said it costs less and you get a better custom fit. Overall, just great service & install quality, and awesome price - work was done in about 2 hours!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Loved my experience here. Stopped by after looking at reviews to get a price to replace my catalytic converter and muffler on an old Datsun. I got the work schedule quickly and they did it quickly the day scheduled. Described what I wanted and they delivered for a great price.

These folks helped me out in a pinch. It was quick, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely come back if I need anything related to my exhaust system, and I recommend them.

on 01/27/2023 at 11:49am I called in to make sure they did muffler deletes. I already knew but wanted to make sure before I made the drive. The woman that answered the phone sounded rude. I asked the question they then said yea . I asked if I could get a quote around how much it would cost? . They then asked for what carrr longated word as if she was confused then asked how many mufflers with a disdainful tone. I then proceeded to say you don t have a good costumer service voice you sound rude I m not coming there to get work done I didn t feel welcomed as I did with the person I talked to from a different shop directly before I called this shop or the person that did my SRT Jeep and challenger. I m not getting my charger done and I m not recommending anyone come here. I m in the customer service industry and that s not how you answer a phone it s a business not a personal phone. Sold millions in product and I have never answered or responded to questions in that manner. Terrible customer service

Like so many others in West Seattle, my truck was the target of catalytic convertor thieves. Fortunately my neighbor caught them in the act one night and scared them away before they could get it, but not before they made 3 cuts in my exhaust. I read the positive reviews for The Muffler Shoppe and decided that's where I wanted to go to get the work done. Glad I did. They quoted me a very reasonable price and got it done within a few hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone who has been the victim of this type of damage. (They indicated that they routinely do about 2 or 3 of these repairs every day - the price of a city council and former mayor that wanted to "defund the police".)

Jake provided exceptional customer service. He got me set up with what I wanted and nothing I didn t. He was honest and straightforward and I appreciate that more than anything. People are very clear about work being done everyone was super nice. I would totally recommend using these guys if you need some work done it's well worth it. They also offer warranties with their work which is something far and view between with most businesses today.

Communication with front desk was good/ok. Communication with the shop is was basically non existent. Work is ok and quick, about the only reason is has above 1 star.

Was quoted by another shop $1000 for parts and labor to replace my stolen catalytic converter. Called Tomoko auto and they referred me to the Muffler Shoppe. What a great business! They quoted me $550 and got the job done in a few hours. Honest and fair auto shop. Will recommend to all who need exhaust work done.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

He quoted me a price over the phone and once I arrived we started taking, in the end he made me a great deal. The man did great work at a affordable cost ( cheaper than the competitors) and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be referring friends and family to him for years to come. Local guy that knows his stuff.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had a very weird experience at this shop. To be fair, they replaced my muffler and did that job very quickly for a great price. It was also only a small fraction of the job I expected them to do. I have an older vehicle that needed some serious exhaust system repairs. I know many shops do not work on older vehicles so I called to make sure they would work on it, I drove my vehicle to the shop after that phone call to have an employee look at it in person to make sure they could do the job, I was quoted a price that was what I expected for the work that needed to be done. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that they couldn't do anything but replace my muffler because my vehicle was too old/hard to work on. After being told this information, the mechanic proceeded to ask me if I was interested in selling my vehicle. This felt very suspicious after being told my vehicle couldn't be worked on. (I don't think this would have happened if I was a male or had a male with me.)Service: Exhaust

The Muffler Shoppe is super rad! I had my catalytic converter stolen on a work trip to Seattle. Not only did they fit me into their schedule asap, they were quick and very affordable. Great customer service, too!

Had my catalytic converter stolen (like many people in the area), so I came here to get it replaced. They were quick, efficient, and very kind! I appreciated that they told me the different prices it might cost depending on how bad the damage was from the thieves, and that they were able to fix it within a few hours.Definitely recommend if you re in need of a cat converter (or any of their other services!)Service: Exhaust

Great place to go. They analyzed my problem and fixed it. It took them maybe 15 minutes. They only charged me a small price. They were friendly, knowledgeable, wore mask and social distanced themselves. I highly recommend this business. I would call and make an appointment, they are very busy. I was booked out one weekSo call them first. It was a great experience, they showed me what was wrong and fixed it. Done deal!

Brought my accord in for an exhaust set up. He gave me some good advice pointed me in a better direction for what what I wanted. Great quality work. Even gave me a free muffler tip that fit perfect he had spare. Dont have a photo because I never took one under but the weld job was very smooth looked great. Not hard but not easy for a trained person

I rarely post reviews, but Jake and this shop need a 5-stars!! i went for what i expected to be a full muffler change on my 12 year old SUV. turned out it was a small fix. They performed the work and charged me only a few dollars. This shop is honest. i will be back next time i need repair!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Took 2 separate vehicles for exhaust work....with 1 u was not happy with how it turned out and with the other I ended up with more issues that I was assured a new exhaust would fix...additionally, I tried to make an apportionment to have the truck looked at again and of course they were never able to schedule me in..was told I'd have to schedule about 6 weeks out!?!?Poor service, poor follow up....I'd rather go to Buckys!

Highly disappointed with my experience here.Dropped my car off at one of my mechanics for some inspections, turned out I needed a muffler cut out a new one welded in, Jake previously fixed a hole in my cats a couple weeks prior so they brought my car back to jake. When I got my car back everything was nice until I went on the freeway and noticed a thumping noise when turning, immediately pulled over jacked my car up and saw that a piece of metal joining the 2 pipes together has been cut and re welded this caused the entire passenger piping to raise up about a inch or 2 and the flange was making contact with the bolts on the differential. Now almost 1/4 of all the bolts holding my driveshaft to the rear end have been shaved off, when i went to adjust the hangers and piping, all the bolts and nuts were barely tightened, spent 2 hours messing with my exhaust after spending $500. Highly FrustratingService: Exhaust

My recently acquired but not recently made 98 Subaru had a cracked pipe somewhere on the bottom that was SO LOUD. I tried fixing it myself to no avail, so I made an appt and brought it in, fully expecting to be quoted for some large number. Nope! It literally took ten minutes and I was out the door, for WAYYY less than I had expected. I can't believe how great this experience was.... I almost want to crack my muffler in half just so I can get it welded again, I'm that happy. It sounds great now! If only replacing the head gaskets were as easy... :(Service: Exhaust

I've had work done here about 2x so far and both times have been done quick and simple. Both ETAs were estimated for roughly an hour or so, but gets done before the half hour mark. Excellent work for a great price in the most time efficient manner-- highly recommended.

It is so nice to come across a business with integrity. I am from out of the area here to put my mom in a nursing home and empty out her house. I was told by one business that I needed a complete exhaust replacement so I just assumed I did. I took it to the muffler shoppe and they could have replaced it but instead even though they were losing money they were honest and let me know it didn't need it .I would recommend this place to my family and friendsThanks for being honest hard to find these daysSteven Griffin
