Really easy to work with, my husband got his car done at another detailer in town and my looks significantly better. Smells amazing. He got rid of all of the mold which I was so worried about. Smells and looks brand new! Cool dudes too.

Long overdue but Aaron and his team did a great job on washing and detailing my vehicle. I have a Subaru Forester and opted for heavy interior and exterior detail services for a medium sized vehicle. I had yet to get professional detailing done for my car and frequented touchless car washes and occasionally vacuumed the interior myself. I had gone on a few camping and beach trips and there was mud, sand, and some dog hair inside. The drop off process with Aaron was easy and the job took all day but was definitely worth it. My Forester was so shiny and clean it looked like when I had just bought it from the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed and will return for detailing again really soon!

Tried Mr Detail in West Seattle because it is close to home. Was not at all happy with the quality of work. Services were $175 for a medium interior detail and light exterior detail. I also told them no rush. Rod was very informative and told me that a medium level detail would be worth the extra $75 because they would get into some serious cleaning . Obviously, as you can see from the attached photos, this was not the case.First thing I noticed was that the door jambs and interior side of the windows hadn t even been touched. Rod took an extra 10 mins to clean them for me which I did appreciate. However, it didn t end there.The wheels and wheel wells were still filthy, water spots were left on the mirrors, the pedals hadn t been touched, many of the surfaces weren t even wiped down (which is supposed to occur with the light package). It honestly looked like they spent 10 minutes wiping down the interior of my car with a single paper towel. Absolutely no attention to detail.I m not one to make a scene and already felt bad enough for complaining about so much, so I didn t say anything further. I would ve expected much more than a sorry we ll do better next time and a $15 discount though. Certainly shows the integrity of the business.Needless to say, please don t waste your time or money here.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

Great and prompt service. Appreciated them for recommending what s needed and not overselling services. Other places had bad reviews for people trying to upsell additional work on the car but this place was $175 and thorough. We got the interior cleaning and it looked like a new car. Thank you Rod.

Do not bring your vehicles here unless you don t mind over spending. I got an interior detail for a small car (the $225 option) and was charged an extra $150. $75 of that was for pet hair- I DONT HAVE PETS! The other $75 was for stain removal - still have the stains. I ended up paying $400, which is much more than what I wanted to spend. I will never bring another vehicle here again. There are plenty other businesses in the area with more ethical pricing.

I would highly recommend! they did a fantastic job buffing out some road paint that had hit our car. Rod was amazing at communicating and providing incredible customer service.

come here once a year for wash wax polish for upkeep. i keep the car relatively clean so not expecting much but always love the results. prices are good and patrick and aaron are great. don t use online booking, just call. and make sure to understand what you are looking for and what your budget is

I brought my incredibly dirty CX5 in for its first interior detail, after five years of daily travel to the dog park with two Labrador Retrievers who love to play in the dirt and sand. To say it needed a lot of work is an understatement. Aaron and his team at Mr. Detail did not judge and were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to thoroughly clean my car same day. It looks like new again for the first time in years. I highly recommend. Thanks again!

Absolutely incredible job! It was almost two years since I had gotten a decent car wash but Mr. Detail took up several notches from a standard clean.I literally felt like I just bought a brand new car.

Top notch! Top drawer! These guys did a great job on my 2003 Honda CR-V. My twenty year old car looks like new!It came back with a factory fresh look! Fast and on-time, they really got it done. I m super happy with their work! Every time I go for a drive it feels nice like I m in something new!I strongly recommend them!

Kind of disappointed with the service at the Ballard branch. They had it twice for a total of six days for the most expensive options for inside and out ($380+) on a tiny car (Fiat 500) that wasn t that dirty. I think the owners are very nice but the staff can slack a bit when they are busy.

Great services, dedicated staff, and thorough car care!!After weeks of having issues with a smell in my car, the great team at Mr. Detail found the source of the smell and gave me all the support I needed to rid the car of the scent. Aaron was amazing and made sure that the problem was completely, 110% resolved.I can t recommend them highly enough. I have been half a dozen times in total and haven t ever had anything but a positive experience! Thank you Mr. Detail West Seattle team!

The guy was super nice and communicated very well about how long it would take. He also updated me that they were going to be open a little later on the dau of my service and then let me know when my car was ready. When I picked the car up it looked really good. The did a great job on the detailing.

Very disappointing service. I spent over $500 which included a $90 tip to the staff to realize that several of my vehicle's plastic inserts from the center console and passenger doors were missing. When I called to get this corrected - they could not find all of them and offered me a "10% discount on my next service". Why would I want what is essentially a newspaper coupon that requires me to use their service again after staff lost parts of my relatively new car?I told the rep that I wanted them to cover the cost which they did and when I arrived he apologized and said that "It happens with quick details". I paid over $500 to have my car serviced and they are telling me their staff treated it as a quick detail which was just sad.I have paid much less money and didn't have parts of my car missing at the end of the day. Also - they didn't even do a good job of detailing my car and left every compartment just as dirty as when I brought it in even though I made sure they were all clear of personal belongings to make it easier on the staff. I didn't think that such an expensive service would be so bad.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Got a mid level exterior detail with spot treatment, headlight service & front windows tinted to match factory rear tinting on my 2018 Subaru Outback. The guys did a great job and delivered exactly what they said they would. Will go back and would recommend.

We got locked out of my car across the street from Mr. Detail the morning we were supposed to drop off the car for an interior detail. Two gentlemen came out with some tools and spent about 15 minutes helping us get into the car and then checked us in like nothing happened. The service was great. They did a great job. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Brought in a car that wasn't particularly dirty, we just didn't have the products on hand and time to clean it ourselves. Not only was the car not properly cleaned and the person we picked it up from had to go back in to clean wipe down most of the areas again, but they also charged us almost $500 -- insane. Whole place acted like they were too good for our business (we were paying full price, not complaining about some groupon mind you). Just all around terrible experience. Save your time and money and go to a place that actually wants to get your business and do a proper job.

My car looks as good as new! I highly recommend Mr Detail in West Seattle. Prompt service and they had my car ready when they said they would. Quality service: we discussed what needed to be done and they set realistic expectations with me. I had a scratch on the hood they were not sure they would be able to get out. Fortunately they were! They exceeded my expectations. Aaron is a rockstar! He has great customer service, he took the time to answer my questions about leather maintenance/care, he was prompt, friendly, and does quality work. I will be back.

These guys are fantastic, in a super-convenient location! My car takes a beating with 2 dogs, lots of freeway miles and trips to the mountains. Every time I bring my baby in, Mr Detail has her looking like new. Thanks team!

Amazing work! I had my Subaru Crosstrek detailed and it looks brand new! The floors, mats, dashboards, and everything in between is spotless. The staff is also friendly and provides excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Detail in West Seattle.

I had an appointment at 10 am. I drove 30 minutes to the west Seattle location and the lady at the reception told me I can pick my car by 6 pm. I explained that I have a trip and would need to get the car done by 1 pm, she didn t even listen to me and repeated they can do it by 6 pm without any explanation. Really bad customer experience and bad communication. She canceled my appointment right away. I lost couple of hours for nothing at the end.Note: I had my car done at this location multiple times earlier and they were really accommodating and nice team there.

We have been here a number of times in the past to have our car detailed and am sad to say we will probably be taking our business elsewhere moving forward due to a poor experience during our most recent visit. We had an appointment for a car clean on a Saturday am and had specificed that we'd like it back within 24 hours when making the booking (yes, this is an option when filling out intake form), however when we arrived a woman who checked us in *very unapologetically* stated the earliest they'd be able to get it back is by end of day Tuesday. I understand that they're closed on Sunday so I'd be more understanding of a Monday pick up, but Tuesday EOD really felt like a stretch. In general, my recommendation for this business is to reconsider how they approach bookings since it feels like there's a large disconnect between client expectations and the reality of when jobs can be completed. If there's no chance that I can pick my car up within 24 hours after a small clean job then don't allow that as an option when I'm making my appointment.I feel like I'd be more forgiving, too, if it were not for this woman's attitude, which was just was so off-putting. This is unfortunate since our prior experiences in regards to their customer service have been so positive (as it should be, especially considering their prices).Service: Auto detailing

Amazing professional service. My car had been sitting for 3 years without a good wash but after dropping my car off at mr. Detail Auto Salon it looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. They were able to clean thoroughly and get rid of the oxidation on my headlights and discoloration on the roof. I highly recommend their service.

I ve been to a few different spots between Seattle and Bellevue. This is by far the best experience and service I ve had. This is an easy location to get your car in and out of and the my Model X looks better than when I took it off the floor. Aaron was very personable and has great attention to detail. I ll be coming back here for all my car baths!

They were super friendly and even exceeded my expectations by getting rid of some stains on my seat that I thought would never come out. I will definitely be back there again for all of my car cleaning and detailing needs. They also completed the job quickly and communicated well via text updates which I appreciated.

They did a good job cleaning. And I also got 20% off for extending the due date. The only thing that was troubling is that they used my cars fans to dry the inside of the car. They kept my car idling, fried my already not so good battery, so they can dry the inside. Im not sure if this is something they practice regularly but it was not fun to have the guys come up and say "did it actually start this time?" After they caused my battery to completely die. My car is not a good car. I know that but I wish they would have told me that they would keep it longer to dry the car out without idling my engine. Now I have to buy a new battery.
