This is exactly what I was looking for! I met Aaron at the West Seattle branch and he walked me through the process of getting my car looking new again. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I ended up getting the paint up to spec, did a PPF, and finished it off with a ceramic coating. A big thank you to Aaron and the whole crew over at Mr. Detail for taking care of my car.

The interior of my 2005 Subaru is a whole shade lighter, and I'd consider myself fairly tidy with my own car detailing schedule. Decided to treat myself for new years, worth it. Fast service, secure overnight parking and friendly staff. Thanks!

Amazing company! The service was fantastic. Easy to schedule online and a quick and simple drop off. We took my wife s ancient Lexus in and it came out looking like it just rolled out of the showroom 24 years ago. We did the heavy interior/exterior cleaning and were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Detail Auto Salon in Ballard!

Brought my Subaru CrossTrek in for Paintless Dent Repair. My door had been dented directly on the lower body line.Chris at Mr. Detail assessed the dent, provided a quote, and got me scheduled for the repair.The folks at Mr. Detail did an incredible job, would recommend these folks for Dent Repair work in the future

600 dollar detail and the car has such grossly overlooked areas, residue from tress, grime on the center console. It looks almost the way it did when was dropped off except a wash and vacuum.And FWIW: My best friends family growing up owned a detail shop, I used to help. I know it is hard work and expensive but this cost and the result in my opinion is quite below what id regard as delivering what was paid for.

Brought my car in a couple times for minor scratch repair and seasonal cleaning. Got the shiniest of paint and best of advice for additional home maintenance and product based on my situation. Thanks Ballard Mr Detail, I will be back!

I am completely satisfied with the service I received at Mr. Detail in Ballard. I recently purchased a new car and was concerned about whether it was too soon to have it clay barred and waxed. I wanted to remove the contaminants that accumulated during transport from the factory. The staff was very attentive and listened to what I wanted to have done to my car. I could tell these folks enjoyed doing what they do and their love of the craft truly shows. I would recommend Mr. Detail to anyone who wants to preserve or enhance the appearance of their vehicle. Or, if they want to simply elevate the manner in which auto detailing is approached. I got a great vibe from the technicians and managers alike. I'll definitely be returning for service in the future!

First of all, They didn t charge me any cent and offered to come another day to finish detailing.I had "heavy" interior cleaning. Looked like they just vacuumed and a bit wipe down.I left the car for 24 hours and on the next day saw still dirty seats and steering wheel. Some spots were all over the interior and trunk too.Friendly manager but service is poor.Wasted timeService: Interior scenting

The service and results for tinting the windows and repairing a large scrape along the front and rear panels of my Subaru was excellent. Very impressive work. Customer service was excellent too. There was a mix-up as to when my car would be ready but the manager Chris went above and beyond to make everything work out. Very personable and great guy.Services: Window tinting, Paint repair

We had my wife's (very adorable) Fiat 500 Electric detailed here after we used it extensively during the whole pandemic. We went with the $150 interior package and it was money well spent. My wife felt like she picked up a new car. The Fiat notoriously has very difficult to clean seats (in white!), and they did a very good job shampooing and cleaning them. Nothing was untouched. It almost feels like it looks better than when it was new. Highly recommended.Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Easy to schedule, reasonable pricing, and absolutely excellent work!!! So thankful for Chris and his hard work to get some nasty smell out of our car before we have guests in town. Chris and the crew at Mr. Detail are absolutely amazing. I called them up, last minute, with something particularly gross in my engine that needed to be cleaned out or the car was unusable. He gave me great info, managed to squeeze me in first thing in the morning, and solved my problem within 30 minutes. Couldn't have been happier with the experience, and am very glad that I went to these professionals for help. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Heard great things reached out via phone 4 different times and via email. No response via email. But was finally able to talk to someone. She asked me to email in pictures of the car and what services I d like and that they d respond in about an hour. I send them over 5 minutes after the call ending. Wait a few days, no response. Follow up email. Silence.

I just took my car into Mr Detail for a thorough clean out. Mr. Detail is the best shop in town. My car looks like my children never abused the inside.They stick to their appointments and timelines which said a lot about their business.Chris helped me get started and was great to work with.The price is well worth the service and the staff were extremely friendly.I'm looking forward to bringing my car back for another cleaning when it's needed.

I can't say enough about how helpful Chris and the rest of the team at Mr. Detail have been. They had a rather tough project on their hands detailing the exterior of a 15 year-old moss-covered truck. They did a fantastic job at a very fair price!

My car was away overdue for a wash, wax and interior cleaning. Took it to Mr. Detail and when I picked it up it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They really took their time and the effort showed. Will definitely be bringing my car here more frequently for detailing.

They didn t wash the interior of my car windows and the windshield after a front windshield installation. I got a full wash of my car inside and outside and a tint on my front windshield. Overall the detail was really nice but I was left disappointed with dried out marks on the front and the side windows still having prints and dirt left

These guys were amazing! In and out in half a day, and they even delivered my car to me at work! (Only a few blocks,) but what service! I will definitely use Mr. Detail again.

Getting ready to sell my car and so I opted for the highest level interior detail VAC, PANELS, SEATS, & CARPET - heavy-level". Unfortunately, I was not very impressed. I was given the option to review the work before paying and taking my car home, and immediately noticed visibly dirty surfaces throughout the car, and water/shampoo residue on the back seat. The gentleman helping me was very professional and apologized, and we decided to leave the car for another day for these to be corrected. After picking up the next day, it looks like they touched up some spots, but definitely a lot left to be desired for what was supposed to be their best option for interior detail. I ended up spending another 30 minutes wiping down surfaces myself when I got home. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional and I was offered a discount, but still spent over $300 for work I may have been able to simply do myself.

I went in looking to remove old bubbled tint on my back window and they squeezed me in on the fly! Chris was so nice and welcoming - and the team did such a great job! I hope to come back for a proper detail later this year!

Amazing interior clean, they leave no corner or pocket untouched. After a year of dog hair and outdoor adventures the car looks new. Yanni walked me through exactly what they did and was extremely friendly. The heavy level is definitely a bit pricey for bigger cars, but it's absolutely worth it. Recommend getting the pet hair service in addition to the detail if you have pet(s) - takes a little longer.Didn't get any exterior detailing done but the other cars in the shop and their attitude tell me you'll have the same great experience. Shop is a bit hard to find since Google Maps has the entrance a bit off, but it's a block east of PCC and the retail stores.

I've now used the Mr. Detail Ballard location 3 times and have had great experiences each time. The latest one was to get one of my windows tinted after my car was broken into. They were able to match the tint perfectly to the other windows that had been done 10 years ago and at a very reasonable cost.I have also had full exterior and interior detail services done with them as well and they do top quality work. On the exterior detail they were able to wet sand out a long key scratch that someone had left on my hood. In addition, the staff are all very friendly and professional.
