Owning a car comes with expenses and they can be pretty overwhelming and absolutely financially terrifying yet Mose and her staff were friendly and did some incredible work putting my mind at ease! Please support this locally owned and amazing shop! Nice comfy waiting area and over the phone and in person customer service is amazing will be taking my car there in the future!

Brought my car in to Mose for the first time for some recommended maintenance recently, and was very pleased with with their service. Fast, friendly and thorough in explaining the results of their diagnostics and what options were available to me. And I got to drive home my (much improved!) car the next day. They've happily got my future business.

It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, much less someone who is reasonably priced and who has easy availability. Mose's shop is all 3! Such a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough!

It was recommended to me to go to Mos� Auto and I m happy that I went. I spoke with Mos� directly and the service I received was very thorough. I really appreciate that the mechanics took photos of the parts they replaced/worked on, because so often you go somewhere and they claim they had to replace/change a bunch of stuff but you don t actually know if that s true or they just wanted to make more money. At Mos� Auto you can see the photos for why they changed or replaced something, so there s no doubt in the service provided. And I love that I m supporting a Queer Latinx woman-owned company! Highly recommend and I ll definitely be back :)

I love this shop, the people are fantastic, communicative and willing to talk you through anything - I've had them take me back and show me the specific issues my car is having and any work that's been done on it has been solid with no recurrences. 10/10 would recommend!

A great auto shop in South Seattle. I can get same day or next day scheduling for an oil change and within the week for bigger maintenance projects. Estimates are provided and pricings is transparent.

Made a huge mistake trusting Grease Monkey, never again. Mose not only corrected a huge mistake from GM but they corrected the mistake and the car was ready right away. I will forever bring my cars here. They're honest and reasonable.

Highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience at Mos� Auto. I've been looking for a great mechanic since moving to Seattle. They got me an estimate and then fixed my car and explained what was going on. I had a great experience at every point, very thorough, friendly and a place you can totally trust to get you back on the road. You and your vehicle are in great hands here! Mose Auto is such a great shop!! I called the shop and was able to get my company car squeezed in for a brake job, and some small repairs. Wonderful experience working with everyone at Mose auto. Was able to get my car worked on while on vacation. Make sure to ask them about the ***added fee to have your car worked on and stored while on vacation. Super convenient and just a short uber ride to SeaTac. Great communication.

Knowledgeable staff, clear and accurate communications, and they actually explain and help people understand the options they're offering. In my case, Mose helped research which parts fit my truck (radiator, tire sizes), checked what's available, pricing, and ETA for timing if we had to order things in.Trust is a big thing for me with vehicle repairs, and Mose has mine.

A good friend recommended Mose to me years ago and I will go nowhere else. I recommend them to all my car driving friends. They are fair and honest. Thank you Maria and your whole crew. I love you guys!! Also, if you don't need something done on your car, they won't try to sell it to you anyways. I was ready to spend some monies the other day and Maria was like, you don't need that. Went to Mose for last minute headlight socket replacement and tire rotation. She got me in quickly. She identified other issues that needed repair soon, but didn't pressure me at all to make the repairs now. I hate taking my car into shops because I feel so much pressure from them to fix things that may not be urgent, but Mose doesn't do that. She is super honest and transparent with you which is a breath of fresh air and her prices are so reasonable. She even ended up not charging me for some of the work they did for me. My car was in and out the same day. I am so happy to have found Mose Auto and will definitely be taking my car there going forward. Moved to Georgetown last year and hated leaving my neighborhood mechanic in the CD, but this place is even better. Mose and her team are incredibly honest, professional and do great work. They are quick and the web based estimates are genius. Zero pressure to fix anything you don't want, great advice on what you should and honest prices. Clicking yes and no to things with a clear cost is just so convenient and time saving. 11/10.

Such a refreshingly honest auto repair experience. Mos� was so accommodating when my car broke down. They diagnosed my car for free and let me keep it there for a couple of days until I was off work to come pick it up. I took it there for a second opinion since the diagnosis Nissan gave me was a major repair that would total my car. Nissan charged over $250 for diagnostics, Mos� did it for free. So many great things about Mos� Auto! I first came to Mos� Auto for oil changes, and when my car needed a new engine, I got a new-used engine and had it installed. Given the nature of the engine and age of my car I needed to take it in multiple times as my car adjusted, but each time Mos� helped me make informed decisions, and explained everything clearly and without judgement (I have no car knowledge whatsoever). Over the last 6 months I ve spent a lot of time at Mos� Auto, and car problems are never ideal, but I am very thankful that I could trust and rely on them for fair pricing and honest feedback.
