Bill, Anetha, Pepe and the mechanics provided excellent care for my 20 year old CLK 500. It needed an A service and solution of some issues with a few systems. I am amazed that the Seattle MB team was able to solve radiator problem (with a perfect replacement) and a brake wear indicator issue that turned out to be only a faulty sensor (saving the cost of a major brake job). I appreciated the use of a loaner SUV (a GLB model) that reinforced my confidence in MB vehicles. Pepe did an immaculate job cleaning this 20 year old car. It looks as good as new and runs very well thanks to 20 years of MB service. Thanks!

I m on my Third E350 and I always request Bill, service department. He is always the best and that s why I keep going back to him. Professional, able to explain the status of my car to where I understand, gets me in as soon as possible AND always good for a great laugh!!!

We received great service at the Mercedes workshop in Seattle. They took care of our two cars for three years without any problems. When we came back to fix a key issue that another shop couldn't figure out, they gave us a loaner car and fixed the issue the same day. Scot was really nice and helpful.

Very smooth experience from dropping off to loaner vehicle and back to pick up my car upon service completion. Bill Bellecourt kept me informed of what needed to be addressed, his team took car of the necessary repairs. My car is running like a top now. Mark and his team at Mercedes-Benz Of Seattle did a great job servicing my vehicle. He accomodated me with a timely appointment that fit my schedule and with a loaner vehicle. His staff even helped me carry several bags to my vehicle after I checked out. Once home, I realized I left my parking sticker in the loaner vehicle. I contacted Mark and he immediately retrieved it for me.The professionalism of all team members was a breath of fresh air.

Julie was a fantastic facilitator for my car warranty and contacted the warranty company to make sure I received the proper service. I really didn t have to get involved as Julie covered every single base. I appreciate Mercedes Benz of Seattle and their staff for their dedication and support.

I have driven a Mercedes for the past 10 years, and this is hands down the best dealership I have been to. I took my car in for routine service and was treated with politeness and respect (which isn t always the case at car dealerships in general). The advisor, Arby, was upfront about the time and cost of the service, which came out exactly as it should have, without any surprise costs or issues. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, with snacks and coffee while you wait, and even with fresh bouquets of flowers all throughout the lobby. Overall, this is the first dealership I ve been to where I haven t felt like I should have brought my husband with me to be treated fairly. 10/10, thank you to the staff for being kind and respectful.

Bill Bellecourt is super friendly, helpful, consistent, reliable and communicative. We dropped 2 of our cars off simultaneously for services. Bill had our loaner all secured and ready to go. Check in and check out was so smooth and efficient. Staff is all welcoming, helpful and smiles upon arrival. Text messages are so helpful when talking on the phone isn't an option. I have been a customer with MB Seattle for over 5 years and have been bringing my cars to the service for a while. My last service experience with Jason was very pleasant and smooth. Jason kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend MB Seattle and working with Jason was a cherry on top.

Great customer service all around. Julie was pleasant and ensured that my vehicle got the repairs that I requested. She also facilitated transport for me to and from work while my vehicle was at the shop. The service department also took the time to fix a faulty valve in one of my wheels. There s a reason I live in Pierce County but get my vehicle serviced here.

Always received top level customer service from Jason at the service counter. We exchange social currency thru the move if Mercedes Benz. He is a breath of fresh air at Mercedes Benz being that his energy says he s been on the other side of things. I always can get important information from him with the vehicle and he has the best way of communicating with me. Highly professional and an expert in the industry. He s my go to guy at Swickard!!!

I would not recommend using MB of Seattle for services needs. Staff were impatient and not looking for resolutions, proceeded with an urgency to conclude a service without resolve and dismissive about the issue at hand without proper testing and diagnostics. Sheila was wonderful greeted me with a smile and handed me to a services advisor whom barely looked at the issue I described and said it is not something they can do anything about. I have previously experienced the same issue with my wiper blades and had it checked out and resolved at MB of Bellevue and I highly recommend getting your service at any other MB location than this one. [this was just my experience with the 3 individuals I interacted with and not inclusive of the entire services staff]

Arby is the best. Period!I was traveling with my family when my vehicle showed problem , all different warning signal appears on the screen. We were having other issues already, it was big enough to put me in the panic mode. When we arrived at the Mercedez, Arby greeted us warmly, handled everything such a professional way with speedy service. Usually, quality and speed don't comes together ^^ They found the issue quickly, ordered part arrived next day.From the beginning, his service and care was above and beyond, he knows what customer needs, offered even before I ask.Shop was spacious and clean, had plenty of snacks and drinks, and chairs so we were able to wait comfortably while they finish repairing job.I wish Mercedez system allowed Canadian address so I can use their loaner vehicle. The system accpted only US zipcode, thus travelers like me can't use the loaner vehicle.I want to thank Arby again for his exceptional service. It helped me a lot out of my troblesome vacation.

I had a very good experience with Arby. He was really professional and has good charisma. The service was fast, no wait time. My car was also cleaned for free. I also liked the launch, it comfortably and the wifi was good, I could work while waiting for the car.

Great experience at Seattle MB service with Jacob. Jacob was very helpful and accommodating regarding the issue I was having with the vehicle. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and called regularly about the status of the repair.

Excellent service from Arby from the MB of Seattle team. I blew a tire on the road and with his help, I was able to coordinate towing, replacement of tires, and temporary transport while getting timely and clear updates along the way. I recommend MB of Seattle and Arby for his excellent customer service.

My service advisor, Arby, is committed to excellence. Great job. I am very happy with the dealership's service and Arby in particular. James was waiting for me when I walked off the Bainbridge ferry. I think James sold me on the new sport utility he was driving; he is another great representative of the dealership.

Awesome Service Advisors, friendly and helpful staff answering the phones, coordinating further communication and scheduling with the service department team.Arby is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, excellent listener and communicator, diligent in addressing all of my concerns and especially communicating these to the service technician. Arby is extremely thorough, detailed and diligent in explaining all of the discoveries throughout the inspection and providing thoughtful recommendations so I would be fully aware and prepared for the needs of the vehicle.Arby is awesome and the entire service team at Mercedes of Seattle is fantastic.Highly Recommended.
