My experience with the purchase of a 2023 C300 from Mercedes Benz of Seattle was exceptionally positive. The team, comprising Leo, Tiras, and Gabrielle, provided outstanding care and attention to both me and my friends throughout the entire process. Despite our visit extending beyond the dealership's usual closing hours, they graciously accommodated us by showcasing the vehicle, facilitating a test drive, and managing all activities without any hint of urgency to conclude. The level of hospitality demonstrated was remarkable. Furthermore, the efficiency with which Gabrielle handled the financial paperwork, enabling the completion of the purchase late at night on the same day, was impressive. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service received and commend the team for their professionalism and dedication.

Financial Loss and Frustration has been my Experience with buying a Car here!Mercedes-Benz has been a disappointment. I purchased an electric vehicle from them, trusting that they would provide a vehicle equipped with the correct tires for an electric vehicle. However, this trust was misplaced, and I am now finding myself facing financial loss due to their negligence.The tires provided with the vehicle were not suitable for an electric vehicle, causing me to incur substantial costs to replace all 4 tires recommended by another dealership. I found this out after immediately after purchasing the car. Before purchasing the car there was tire concerns brought up but Mercedes-Benz reassured me that the car was in great condition.When I reached out to Mercedes-Benz to address this issue, their response was shocking and disappointing. Also the person I worked with stated he was not aware about the non electric tire on the vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they denied any wrong doing and would not respond to my emails promptly or my phone calls. This lack of accountability has left me feeling really frustrated.I trusted Mercedes-Benz to provide me with a safe and reliable vehicle, but their actions have resulted in nothing but financial hardship and stress. I have missed work due to not having a reliable vehicle and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity and customer service.What is worse I have not even gotten to enjoy my car. Today i found out that, I have to wait until the correct tires are ordered and the car gets fixed. In the meantime I do not have car or means to get to work or run errands for another 2-3 weeks. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is an under statement.I urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice. Their negligence and disregard for customer safety have caused me stress, financial loss and frustration. I would not recommend any of my family or friends to purchase a car here ever. The past week has been a nightmare!

We had an exceptional experience with Mercedes of Seattle! Fedja s outstanding communication and respect throughout the process, Iman s patient demonstration of the car s features well past closing time, and Gabrielle s infectious energy as the finance manager made our visit truly memorable. I had a positive experience buying a pre-owned car from here. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no fronting during negotiations and it felt as though there was a lot of integrity throughout. They set expectations rather well, too. Be sure to watch out for any assumed add-ons when presented your line-by-line, however. You re sure to have a great experience whether you re able to negotiate a deal or not. P.S. I like the new car smell scent you guys put in the vehicle prior to driving off; it s really rather nostalgic

Dealer communicates when they want to dip their toes into your wallet or need a 5 star review.Asked someone to reach out to me for my Repair Orders for the service history of my vehicle which I m entitled to. But not one advisor emailed me.I get it, it s busy. I used to work at a dealer too I don t think I ll be coming back.

The handicap spots are used by the dealership for overflow and the ramp has a car parked so tight a person walking through barely made it. No wheelchair accessibility.Thank you for your response it gave me hope there would be changes. I went back today and found no change in the situation. I have included photos from your parking lot. As you can see every handicap spot is in use by a dealer vehicle, so are the accessible spaces between the parking spots and both entry and exit to the ramp are blocked.

Great staff! Thanks to a Dave, Jermane and Troy for all the help. Team was professional and ethical. They understood that the vehicles at the dealership weren t their personal property and they re in the business of selling cars, not gate keeping like the rest of the dealerships in the surrounding area. Definitely best dealership in the area.

Horrible experience! First of all made an appointment, walked in and no one acknowledged us for like 15 min. When they finally did they said that the gal I made an appointment with and confirmed, was not in! Then they said that they were short staffed and may not be able to help us. That would have been fine if we weren t the ONLY customer in their showroom or lot except for the tent campers on sidewalk. Then when someone finally came to help I was told the car we came to look at was sold already! WTH! Like why didn t they tell me when they confirmed on Monday that the car sold over the weekend?! So anyway we went to Mercedes Benz Bellevue and had a wonderful experience. Seattle lost a sale! Will never go back there again.

Beware of Unethical Practices and Poor Quality Vehicles. It's clear that their priority is profit over customer satisfaction and safety.I recently purchased a used EV vehicle from here and I must say, it has been a nightmare from the start. Not only did they sell me a car with tires that were completely unsafe and in need of immediate replacement, but their overall lack of ethics and customer service has been appalling.I noticed something was off with the tires after a few days and notified the Dealership. They ignored my emails so I had the tires inspected by a professional mechanic. I was shocked to learn that they were in such bad condition that they posed a serious safety hazard. They sold me a car with tires that were not meant for an electric vehicle and needed to be replaced immediately in order to drive!It's clear that management has no regard for the safety of their customers, selling vehicles that are not roadworthy. When I contacted the dealership again to address this issue, I was met with nothing but excuses and a complete lack of accountability.They refused to take responsibility for their actions and offered no solution to rectify the situation. It's clear that their priority is profit over customer satisfaction and safety. I urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice. Their unethical practices and disregard for customer safety make them a dealership to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere !!

Great salespeople and willing to work with you. Unfortunately when I picked up my car there was a dent and a scratch that will require painting. Pretty upsetting feeling when you haven't even had the chance to enjoy your brand new car. My salesman Michael said it will get fixed. I'm hoping they do it right and not a quick patch job. I will keep you posted.

Very impressed with the dealership. A change in circumstances made a significant change to my purchase and the team at Mercedes of Seattle handled everything with a lot of professionalism and respect. They took every step to make the buying process simple and honest. Something you don t get from every dealer. I d highly recommend working with Calvin at any time.

I would not recommend using MB of Seattle for services needs. Staff were impatient and not looking for resolutions, proceeded with an urgency to conclude a service without resolve and dismissive about the issue at hand without proper testing and diagnostics. Sheila was wonderful greeted me with a smile and handed me to a services advisor whom barely looked at the issue I described and said it is not something they can do anything about. I have previously experienced the same issue with my wiper blades and had it checked out and resolved at MB of Bellevue and I highly recommend getting your service at any other MB location than this one. [this was just my experience with the 3 individuals I interacted with and not inclusive of the entire services staff]

They refuse to honor their own online parts pricing and openly admit to a 100% markup on parts. Despite owning multiple German cars and understanding high prices, being asked to pay almost $130 for a $60 coolant line is unacceptable. Their suggestion to drive to Tacoma if dissatisfied with their pricing is dismissive. This dealership warrants a 0-star rating. Mercedes' reliance on cheap plastic coolant lines prone to failure frustrates customers, often leaving them stranded. Rather than charging reasonable Mercedes prices, the dealership exploits faulty parts to extract more money from customers. When I requested price matching with Mercedes of Tacoma, their response was blunt: 'our price is our price.' This sudden change is disheartening. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.Your price is your price and my review is my review!

My car engine keep generate white smoke while driving after got a B service from this place. Today we checked - the lid of engine oil is loosen. What I mean loosen is not about damaged or broken, it's simply never been tightened.Unbelievable, seattle Mercedes-Benz, Good job.

I first want to start off by saying, Jason is the man with the plan. He is the one you want to deal with! He was on the phone when I first arrived but soon became available to help. He is as straight up as they come his energy makes you feel comfortable. I instantly trusted him within seconds of meeting him. He went above and beyond without ever knowing me and that is a true blessing! First impressions are a big thing in the world, I m sure Jason will flourish in anything he puts his mind to. My 21 Sprinter needed its first service & every dealer from Portland, to Eugene, Bend & Salem had 3 weeks to a 3 month wait for an oil change !!! (Mercedes y all might want to check on those dealers)I reached out to Mark in the service dept, in Seattle & he said he could get me in the next day !! So I drove 3 hours north & dropped it off w/ them !!Their customer service was absolutely awesome !! I ended up buying a service package from them & will def. be !!Here is the mind blowing part my van was ready @ 3pm the same day !!I HIGHLY recommend letting Mark & his team servicing your Mercedes in Seattle !!

Called 7 times in a week to get pricing for prepaid maintenance package. When I finally talked to someone after being connected by the general manager, that person in finance never ended up sending me any quote. I called an 8th time yesterday, and finally, I got someone to give me a quote and send me an email copy. Thanks for helping me, Troy! Why is such a simple request so challenging for the dealership? I m literally trying to give you guys money.

It was a great car buying experience until it wasn t. I drove three hours to buy a jeep wrangler from this dealership and Maleah was great to work with. However, the Sales Lead assured me that the Jeep had all of the necessary recondition before hitting the lot such a a proper detail, fluid top offs, brakes, etc and that I would have access to the service paper work. She assured me that the vehicle would not even hit the lot if it didn t pass the safety checks. Upon entering the vehicle for the test drive, the winter wiper fluid light turned on no big deal we still bought it. The next morning upon arrival back home, I noticed more problems. The vehicle for one was filthy, like no one has cleaned it before. The tire thread depth was half of its original depth and should have probably been replaced and the breaks were squeaky. In addition, there was a very distant sound coming from the engine. I asked for service records multiple times from the Sales Manager and haven t received anything months later. I finally traded the vehicle and got in a new Jeep with a local dealership instead. Bummer, I liked Maleah.

Booked an appointment with them and reached in time . Had to wait 15-20 minutes before starting the meeting. Negotiations regarding pricing went well and took half an hour to finalise the deal . Signed initial paperwork and was asked to wait for 15-20 minutes as finance department would prepare paperwork. After half hour , when no one turned out, went to front desk and asked for finance manager. I was informed that an executive meeting is going on and wait 15 more minutes. After another 15 minutes, I again asked for the manager but he was not available. Then l went to finance department where a gentleman told me that these kind of meetings may take long time so better to attend other appointments if any and come back after one hour . So we left to do other jobs in line and came back after one hour . Then finance department was ready to finish the paperwork which took about one hour again. In short , bought the vehicle in 5 hours . My suggestion to the manager of facility is that don t let the customer wait for that long. Same thing happened in next cabin to us and the gentleman had to leave and come back again.
