Excellent service. Great people. This is the best service department I ve ever used, I learned about Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle by word of mouth. So glad I listened and bought my Mazda CX-9 there and have it serviced there.

They are great. A nonsense, chill, and reasonable dealer service center. It's easy to get to and they have a great waiting area. On the con side, they charge over $80 for cabin+engine air filters which you can replace yourself for a third of that, but exorbitant pricing for standard items is common in the industry (which is why you should take your car to a normal mechanic for the basic stuff).

16 years of excellent service at Lee Johnson Seattle Service Dept. Consistently friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, profession service reps and technicians. I've done routine service and also repairs there on my two Mazdas, a Speed 3 and a 6 sedan, and I am always treated well. The techs there know about Mazdas and how to fix them and the reps are very helpful and nice. Highly recommended! Purchased three Mazda cars in total fromMazda of Seattle with two of them earlier in the year.Great folks to deal with, very prompt in replies and I had great experience with both sales (Sonny and Brian) and the service department as well: Ryan is awesome: the most professional, calm and great to communicate service advisor I interacted.Once the showroom moved, the service reception is now in place of the previous showroom and more roomier.

Scheduled service was done in a reasonable amount of time. A new feature was a video of the car as the various service items were being checked; it was very informative. Jon discussed the service results, and at my request he also changed a couple of the car s settings. I hope the Mazda Service Department doesn t move from its current location.

I purchased my vehicle here but now the location is for service only. I had a great experience last week after vandalism on my car. They were quick to help, accepting my vehicle day-of and had it back to me in a couple days.Jon was great to work with from start to finish, was very communicative and I felt like he genuinely cared.They even stood by their initial quote even when they discovered they needed an additional part not initially quoted. Due to the extended time to fix they also gave me a loaner at no charger since I was a previous customer.Not a bad thing to say, highly recommended!

I absolutely love working with the service team at Lee Johnson Mazda! I've taken my 2017 Mazda3 to them ever since purchasing it back in 2020, and I am always treated with respect when I visit. I love that the team sends videos of the work they're doing and gives the "why" behind any suggested fixes, and if big service is needed (like the new tires I just had to get because mine were forming bubbles), they take *great* care of you to make sure you can still go on with life while the work is taking place. I'm so relieved to find a trustworthy, friendly service team in Seattle - I never have to worry when I need my car taken care of.

I asked what oil was used for oil change ( synthetic or regular) and was advised it was regular. Paperwork said synthetic (which is fine.)I liked the video by the technician going through the details of what was seen for potential work needed. Great detail.I had disconnected the remote trunk release on purpose years ago for security reasons. (It is under the flimsy consol cover, I wanted to block access.) The mechanic noticed, and "fixed" the problem. It was reconnected, and then the closure of the trunk was hard. Easily the mechanic came back out and disconnected the remote release and adjusted the trunk closure to be easy "normal" as before. Perfect.I have had my Miata serviced here for 21 years, 157k, I trust them and will be back

Everyone in the service dept was professional and friendly especially Mark. He explained what was needed to fix my car and overall maintenance.i really liked the video made by the technican, Terry took of my car to show what he had done and what needed to be done. I enjoyed a new loaner car!

Ryan is awesome and I love going to this dealership to get my car serviced. They re friendly, their techs provide a VIDEO inspection report recording for you to view whenever you want (so you know they re not lying), and they re always pleasant to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast, efficient service! Video going over all things they checked was clear and concise too. I know they recently moved the showroom, so they're still figuring out how to outfit their new service department waiting room area. Hopefully some couches and other comfy chairs are coming soon!

University Mazda is the best! The video inspections from their technicians are very helpful and let you know how your inspection went and they break down the work they did. Had 90k service done on my vehicle noticed something off with the brake pads when I got home, and they very promptly took care of it. Things don t always go right, but I trust a place with how they handle service after there is an issue. Car runs great!

I came in for a routine oil change. The service staff was welcoming and so helpful. Mark helped me directly. The initial service was performed within the specified time, and a very thorough video was sent to describe other work needed. The total time was well within specified time. Mark was very thorough in explanations of service, and helped direct me to where i could get quality floor mats for the winter. Once again, the service was outstanding. Thank you!!!!

Easy to schedule. Was ready for me. Sent me a video explanation after they had inspected the car. Did upgrades and quickly notified me. My only ding is that despite a huge waiting room, it didn t feel really comfortable. Minor.

Overall, I had another great experience at Lee Johnson Mazda in Seattle. Josh was friendly, efficient, and professional, and my car was done in a reasonable amount of time.I cannot give 5 stars, however, because Lee Johnson has a horrible policy of charging an additional 3% if you use a credit card. I know that they are charged for such transactions, but no other business I know that works with such volume and charges such significant prices does this. Given how much a typical repair is, this policy will certainly be a barrier for me when I need more significant repairs. Despite being a loyal University Mazda customer for *decades*, I will be going to another Mazda dealership for significant repairs as long as this policy is in place.

I did my 30k recommended maintenance and replaced tires which was around $1800. Apple CarPlay also had issues with constantly rebooting and that was fixed as well. Mark did a great job! I really liked the video that he sent of all the things that got replaced and fixed.Staff was very friendly. It was easy to make an appointment online. I wish they posted the prices on their website so it wouldn t be a surprise to see $750 price for the 30k maintenance and maybe cleaned the outside of the car as well :) otherwise great service!

Bought a used car and took it here for an inspection ready for the worst case scenario. They overnighted a part I needed at no extra cost and quickly setup a follow-up appointment, saving me money by not bringing it in the shop an additional time. I was sent videos discussing the state of the car and given options on what services to perform without any pressure. They fixed up a couple minor things and greatly reassured me by letting me know it's in good shape!

Terry did a fabulous job of taking us step-by-step through the problem with our CX-5, showing us exactly what was causing them. The video that was sent to us was extremely helpful in understanding that all the parts being recommended for replacement truly did need them.The service at Lee Johnson Mazda has been stellar, and I have never felt like I m getting a hard sell or being over charged. I highly recommend them to any Mazda owner.

The team here is transparent and walks through each recommendation they have for a fix via video that you can review. You can even approve of fixes from a website that includes the estimated costs.They are friendly, keep you up to date with how the servicing of is going, and earned my trust. I went in for a key fob and they did a free inspection, told me my brake fluid was dirty, I needed a new tensioner, and my drive belt is fraying.I had just gotten the belt replaced a week before which they did not know, so I took it back to that mechanic they said everything is fine. I took it to a third mechanic because at this point I don't know who is right and they agree everything is fine.I call this place back and explain the situation and they stick to their guns and say, "if you take it to 4 shops you will get 4 different opinions", which in general I agree with but right now it's 2v1 in favor of the car not needing the $1000 worth of work.

I purchased my 2017 CX-5 fromthem in 2020 and had a great experience. I ve taken my car for there for routine and urgent service. I also appreciate the inspection videos! Overall, Lee Johnson Mazda Seattle is professional, thorough, yet quick, and customer service oriented. Highly recommend!
