By far the best auto body shop. Their quote was far lower than the 5 other body shops I went to to get an estimate. Very good customer service, they fixed my car fast and it looks better than it did before my accident. They even were helpful enough to fix a problem with my blinker which was not even in the estimate or what I payed for. Highly recommend.

Normally, I don t post any reviews, good or bad, but this time is an exception. I brought my car for some body repair. Earlier Peter gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. Actually, I believe that in any other place I would have to pay much more and most likely I would have to leave my car in a shop for a week. That was not the case here at all. The work was completed much faster than I thought it would be and I was amazed how beautifully it was done. My door and bumper look now like they just came from the factory. They also have nice customer service!

This is a beautiful shop I ever seen around this area easy estimate very good communication great customer service quickly quality skills professional so I like this shop and I will recommend you to contact them once and see the service they do

You may not feel when you first go there. But Peter and his team is super. Highly qualified. Ver reasonable price. And you will see Tesla, bmw, Audi,Lexus there. Very happy with his work and price.

I went in for some front end damage on my vehicle. Peter was very kind, respectful and straight up...everything you want when you re just trying to get ur car fixed and you know nothing about this kinda thing -_- He treated me like his main priority and had me back on the road in no time. He s awesome.

Did not have a good experience there, at all, from the very beginning. And, I gave them a few chances, more than enough chances. As I was referred to them by my doctor, and they are a small, local business. Unfortunately, I had to call them, and do all of the communicating with them. Never once heard back from them, after emails and calls.The story has many details, but basically, I sent an email (to the email address on their business card. Sent them pertinent info about the collision and damage, along with a request for service/appt., after 1 week, hadn't heard anything back. Emailed again, to follow up. A week later, still didn't hear back, so I called them.Got a hold of Peter on the phone right away. Conversation went well, everything seemed good, and they were on top of it. According to Peter, as of last Weds, I sent him the info he requested, and everything was to be set up for the rental car while my car was in the shop, and to bring my car in today, any time after 8am, no certain time (I even asked to make sure).Called last Friday to confirm for today. He said yes, and all was good, bring car, any time after 8am, and we'd do paperwork for the rental then, and go from there.Showed up there around 11am today. Was told by another employee (who was sitting in the office, and I had to approach him for help). When he came out to help, he said that Peter wasn't there, he'd be back by 12, and that's it. He didn't have any info for me, and Peter would be back by 12.So, basically, I was expected to wait, or come back, even though I was supposed to bring my car 'any time after 8am on Monday'. 'All was set up'Come to find out, because another customer had pulled up, went inside, and was blocking my car in. Peter WAS actually there!!! He was in the back of the shop, talking to the guy who told me he wasn't there, and would be back by 12.Introduced myself to Peter, and he acted like he didn't know why I was there, or who I even was. Then he asked me which Dr, which car, which insurance company. Then didn't even know the correct name of my doctor, who gladly referred me to them, who has done personal business with them in the past.I asked if he got/read the email sent last Weds. Advised him the information was all sent on tje email, which he said he got, and everything was set up.Well, then he tells me he is waiting to hear back from tje insurance company. So, after I was told ot was; NOTHING was/is set up. Wasted my time and energy trying to get my car fixed there, all for naught.No work is being done to my car by them. Bad communication and lying directly to customers is a no-no. The owner doesn't communicate with his staff or customers.Peter said straight to me that they "are very busy", that "we don't own the insurance companies" and "you are not the only customer".Well, OK Then! If that's how you feel, and treat clients, No thank you!Good thing though, customers don't deserve that, especially wjen you are bringing them business. If they're too busy, I don't have the time for nonsense.Especially because 'they are not the only sjop'. Very disappointing, and a waste of my time,. Just trying to get my car fixed after a no-fault collision (I was rear-ended). And it is through a claim, so they would get paid well for their work.Will never go back there, and will not recommend them to anyone. Very disheartening... Other local, family-owned shops will appreciate the business, and treat clients respectfully.

I have been waiting for my car for two months, I was told my car is ready then when I pulled up to the place, nobody is there. Worst place ever. Do not take your car to them, you will regret it.

I won't recommend this place. They probably do good paint job but they make you wait too long to get your car ready or to get your car in for a job. The worse thing is that owner is never there. Go else where and save time.

I have had Pete fix my cars for 30 years. He is always busy, always helping others before himself. If there are any bad reviews it is only because everybody always expects Pete to help them first,and he is only one man.You are the best Pete Thank You. JUSTIN Flittie
