I had my car towed from work to Les Schwab after parking and seeing that my tire was flat. They found the weight that balanced said tire inside, and it shredded the tire from the inside. So they replaced it for free. Thank you

The team at store#373 in Seattle really helped me out. I was dealing with a family medical emergency and when I came to my car I had a flat. I was able to put air in the tire to make it to the shop. Unfortunately my tire couldn t be fixed, but the team was able to move me up to the front of the line and get my new tires on and get me back out the door so I could head up to the hospital in Everett. I especially wanted to thank Steve who was the salesperson that worked with me. He recognized I had an urgent situation and help make sure they could get me in and out as quickly as possibly. Very much appreciated for the hard work, quick turnaround, and going the extra mile on the customer service. Helped make my difficult day a bit easier.

I blew a tire out a few miles away today, and rolled in on my spare right before the store closed, desperate for help. I do not live anywhere near Seattle and I would have been stuck if I couldn't get a replacement.Everyone was really nice to me, from the first guy who helped me out, to the guy who pulled my car in, as well as the girl at the front desk. They got me taken care of and back on the road very quickly. No one made me feel any kind of way even though they were about to close. I really appreciate the kindness and the professionalism, I highly recommend this Les Schwab.

Placed order and paid in full on 24 Nov over $1300. Tires were on back order, expected in January.No update from store so I called them. Called corporate when store said they didn t see my order when no one called me when the tires were supposed to have come in to find out the store had cancelled my order.I will never use this store again.Corporate was very helpful and I will continue to use my home store in another state as I travel often.

The last time I came here. To get my tires rotated and balanced. They did neither one of these. They made me wait all day. Literally from 9am till 2pm. I came the day before and let them know I was coming the next day for those specific things. I was told to come in early am hours. Did that. The manager of the day that day. Spoke to me as I was next in line. I waited in line for like an hour. There were only a couple of people waiting. He told me that I wouldn't be in till 2. I told him what I was told. Previous to my coming to the counter and waiting for the long time. I herd the person tell the man who was in front of me that his vehicle will be in at 10. I felt like I was being racial profiled and disrespected. When the car was in the garage they did nothing besides take my tires off. And put then back on. I went immediately to another place and they did what I asked without a long wait. No bad feelings from them. And a woman did the work in the garage by herself.

I have had only positive experience with this one. Great staff, good service, good expertise. The only downside is that they do not have all the possible tires and you may be forced to get some other brands (e.g., more expensive). A 4.5* would be ideal score, but since I cannot do that, I am rounding up to 5* since I think the 4.2* review score does not do it justice.

I had an honest disagreement with them about my tires. In the end I was wrong, but they gave me the disputed service for free. They wouldn't accept my money even when I insisted on paying them. This is old school customer service. I will never buy tires anywhere else. That free service is going to make them thousands because I am a customer for life.

Excellent customer service. I brought my car in for a flat tire repair right before closing and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes, free of charge.Thank you to the folks who helped me tonight and made it a seamless, stress free process.

Friend got a flat tire on the way home from work(screw in tire). Stopped in to get help and they said they weren't doing anymore service for the day. On the website it literally says "Walk-ins are always welcome" It was a little after 4pm, I understand if they were looking for brakes or something but this was a flat tire. They asked how they were supposed to get home, girl at the counter shrugged and said "sorry". Friend had to drive home on a leaking tire, horrible customer service. I know 2 people not buying tires from you anymore. Maybe you're just so busy, you don't even care.

These guys are top notch! They got us in immediately on a Saturday for a punctured tire when others told us to wait until Monday. And their work was fast and excellent. We will never go anywhere else!

Took my car in to swap over my summer for winter tires. THey said thay "can't do it because the car has spacers". They have done it for the last four years or so. Their service has gone really down hill at this location. Something has changed here and not for the better.

I decided to try Les Schwab as I heard they had better service than Discount Tire despite being more expensive. So I picked the tires I wanted online and set up an appointment to have them changed nearly a week early. Today I left work early, but when I got here they didn't have the tires in. Now I have to wait until Saturday, and spend my Saturday at the tire shop. Off to a bad start.

Always good service. I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 45 years. I use to pull a 40 foot horse trailer more than 100,000 miles a year and Les Schwab always took care of my needs for the trailer and towing truck all that time.

I was very upset having had two flat tires in the past two weeks since moving to Seattle. I arrived at this location 15 min. before closing and I was legitimately worried they wouldn t be able to help me fix my flat tire. No other stores were open in the area. They helped me right away without hesitation. The gentleman who helped me asked for my keys right after hearing my story and speedily patched my tire. It was such a smooth process. I m very grateful and this review was the least I could do.

Ive been going to Les Schwab for all of my tire needs for years. At all of their locations they are efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but they're busy for a reason. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they have a wide range of options to choose from. The fact that they provide complementary repair on any Les Schwab tire that's repairable is so appreciated and really allows me to feel confident when purchasing new tires as well.

He brought the wheel and showed me where it needed to be repaired; such repairs took me more than 10 minutes. I waited over an hour and the wheel was never touched.

The staff at this Les Schwab are really easy to work with. They make the entire experience pretty simple and straight forward. I've always been a loyal customer at Discount Tire but when they discontinued the wheels I had bought on my truck and didn't have any similar, I ventured away. It was a painless experience getting similar looking rims from this location, though they took a little while to come in which is understandable since they don't stock whole inventories at every location. All-in-all would recommend.

I had been turned away from 3 different car mechanics before coming to this shop. They were able to fit me in right away and assess what my car needed within the hour. Staff was very friendly and communicative, would highly recommend!

I m always so impressed with the level of service at this location. As someone who is admittedly not a car kind of person I m usually intimidated when having to do any sort of maintenance on my car, let alone managing a flat tire. The employees at this Les Schwab location are friendly, helpful, professional and understanding.

Sad to see such a historically reputable company resort to the kind of hard selling and upselling I have observed. Each person who walked in received the same exact spill, all your tires are bad, your alignment is bad. Sure........get out of here. Will be going down the street to Costco to deal with a company who is not so depraved.

I had the best service experience! I was able to leave my very flat tire overnight. They called the next day to say it was ready. No charge! I didn't buy my tires from Les Schwab, but have in the past. The service was outstanding, even though they were super busy they put the tire on which saved me from having to change it myself in the dark no less. Thank you!

Great service and respectful & pleasant staff. I had a tire emergency and they hooked me up. I always get my tires at Les Schwab. They stand behind their products and labor. I had to wait two hours, but it couldn't be helped. They were busy. The staff recommended a local restaurant/bar where I walked to have dinner when I asked about nearby establishments. All in all a good experience for an un-fun situation.
