Sensational, service! We were helped by Ulysses when we needed to get our oil levels checked. He offered to look at it for free, since it only took a minute, and even offered to top up our oil. I know that s not usually how it goes but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and super polite. When we run into trouble, I m coming here next. Fantastic!

Big shoutout to Chandler and the Team. They went above and beyond to ensure my new car was taken care of. After finding out my oil levels were too high, the Team worked hard to resolve the issue. They were patient and had great communication throughout my appointment. Overall great experience at this location!

My car needed to have the ignition coils replaced, and after a rough time with getting the spark plugs replaced they let me know that it would save me money to buy my own coils to bring in and get put in. When I went back a few days later with coils, they were super quick and helpful getting everything done and didn t charge a service fee. These guys are great and really want to help while saving you money!

The service was good and reasonably efficient but I was charged more than $110 for oil change/top off and it s just not worth that to me. I asked for the cheapest oil but I don t think that s what I got. Will be finding somewhere else next time or doing it myself.

In past visits, the person in charge has always gone above and beyond to give me good service. But today, I thought every employee performed excellently. Some were new members, but they all took their work more seriously as a whole. I hope this is the new trend for the 45th St team. It looked and felt very professional.

I had a great experience with an oil change. There was a wait but I was in and out in less than an hour! Reasonably priced, great staff, and efficient. Make sure to use a coupon from their website!

I did oil change for my crv this morning, I was impressed by the speed and quality of the service. I arrived at 8:20am, and they get the job done within 20 mins, also never tried to upsell anything. Not to mention their price is competitive in the area. They also have restroom at the waiting room.

I have found this place fast and efficient. I've used them twice, once to change a dead battery (call ahead to see if they have your battery) and to change a headlight (they didn't have the part but installed the part from the store for free). Haven't seen them with a long line yet, even on a Saturday.

Friendly service with attention to detail. I did have to wait about 20 minutes to get in, but was greeted and "checked in" right away. I appreciated being able to find and use a coupon during service.

Friendly, helpful staff. In my experience, it s best to limit service to oil and filter changes. Anything beyond that has gone wrong.

After an oil change they didn't put an O ring on the gasket, leading to leaking oil for months while I was unaware of what was causing it. They recommended a place to me for brake work where the calipers were left permanently closed, causing serious wear on the engine. I don't believe these actions were done maliciously but rather by inexperienced mechanics. You are rolling the dice going to Jiffy Lube. Go to a real, experienced mechanic if you aren't going to do the work yourself.

My husband and I decided to go out to get our oil changes at the same time. Unfortunately, I avoided this place for the longest time because someone told me that they had bad customer service, but then I realized later that maybe the person was just a jerk.These guys not only let us leave our cars for the service while we went out for lunch, they also did a comprehensive check on our cars to let us know what maintenance was needed! I loved that I didn't need to ask for this service.Nice to know of a Jiffy Lube that adheres to their professionalism; I prefer to commit to one location.

This was my first time to this shop and even though they were short staffed today, I believe they went above and beyond to get my engine oil and air filter fixed while addressing my other queries.I felt positive good vibes in this place! Had to get an oil change last minute today. They were pretty busy, and I had to wait a while, but I could tell they were all working so hard to get everyone taken care of. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful; the gentleman who managed my service did a great job of explaining upcoming maintenance needs on my car. This is a good Jiffy Lube. Many competitors have long wait times. When I called ahead here, they told me best times to avoid a line. Very fast service. Working the night shift in ER, I always find my oil changes to be overdue and a hassle. I finally had a day off where I decided to do all maintenance on grown up things I have been avoiding. I visited this location and could not have kinder words to share about the staff!My VW required a filter they had just ran out of, and they went above and beyond to make sure one was delivered within 20 minutes! Though this was no inconvenience to me, the staff went out of their way to apologize for any hassle and kept me updated on my car every step of the way.Though I have been to Jiffy Lubes in the past, I had never had an employee take so much attention to make sure that my car was synced with an electronic reminder for oil change in addition to the sticker!You cannot beat the price, convenience, attention to detail and customer experience of Jiffy Lube on 45th! I will definitely be back!

Seth and his team were amazingly helpful, kind, and fast! Like any jiffy lube, there s a bit of a wait depending on when you drive up, but they were speedy once they started working!They even put on the wiper blades I had sitting in my car and showed me how to replace the cabin air filter! They re super kind folks, and this will be my go to for all oil changes moving forward!

It s so easy today to hear about places that give bad service or try to mark up extra work needing to be done. I took in my (purchased used) 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. I did not know the date of the last oil change from when it was before my purchase, and I knew it needed a new battery and a few other small things. I called ahead of time to see if they would have the battery I needed. They told me they were not sure if they had it in stock and said if they didn t they would direct me down the road to the O Reillys but they could certainly handle the oil change, etc. Super clear with the options what the prices would be all those sort of things. They didn t try to upsell me or make anything overly expensive. They were never derogatory or treat me like a stupid woman who didn t know what I was talking about. I was treated with appropriate respect the entire time it was done quickly and I got out of there for the exact price that I would ve expected for a routine oil change, and one quick fix that I was expecting. I asked if they could take a look at the fact that my windshield wiper fluid seems clogged and afterwards he said it s not clogged there s a hole in your windshield wiper fluid tank. You can get a new one, super easy install, or honestly, some water proof tape underneath on the hole if you don t want to spend the money on the part. He made it clear. He suggested professional repair though. Totally recommend for a fast and respectable place who treats customers with respect and didn t try to rip anyone off.Service: Oil change

I've been using this Jiffy Lube for two years now. Every member of the crew I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind, and cool.I am not a car expert whatsoever, and they always explain what they're doing and why, and have more than once told me I don't need to necessarily do this or that thing that I was worried about, and that a cheaper repair/alternative is possible; they are always honest and never tried to cheat me out of my money. I'm pretty sure they've saved me money more than once.I wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop. As someone who has anxiety around car maintenance and has had bad experiences getting their car worked on in the past, I was thrilled with the service provided at this location! Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful and made me feel immediately like I was in good hands. They were a bit backed up when I arrived and apologized profusely for the wait. In all, it took about 2 hours to get through the line, get an oil change, tire rotation, filter replacement, and a surprise squirrels nest cleaned out. Despite the wait, I'd happily come again because the quality of service is incredible.For those unfamiliar with Jiffy Lube, you follow the arrows in the parking lot to line up for service, wait in your car, and a crew member will come to you when they're ready. No need to park and walk in.

I visited this Jiffy Lube about a month ago and the care I experienced was exceptional. I came to Jiffy Lube in a distressed state because I made a rookie mistake when trying to do maintenance on my car. The fine people at this location calmed my nerves as they walked me through the steps of how they were going to fix my car. They answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond in the service they provided. If it wasn't for the help I received from this Jiffy Lube, I would not have a car on the road. Their work is bad. My car leaked and they never emailed me a receipt even though I requested one and they have my email on file. Update: a week later my car started leaking oil. I went back and after inspecting it they owned up to it and said they would do it again for free. They blamed the oil plug. They were so nice about it I bought them Donuts. 2 weeks later it started leaking again. Rather than going back, I took it to the dealership and it hasn't leaked since.
