I had an excellent experience at JE Wheels and Tires. I needed four new rims and tires for my 2017 Escalade. Ed helped me make the best choice based on my budget, quality and compatibility. I purchased four beautiful rims and Bridgestone tires. The car rides so smooth and the rims are beautiful. I was in and out in less than an hour. I recommend this tire shop to anyone that wants to support a local business.

Went to this store to fix an issue with one of my tires. They did a great job with an affordable price. The other store that I went to before I went to JE wasn t busy at all, and I told them what the problem is. they looked at me and told me it will only take 20 minutes and he will only make 25 dollars for fixing it, kind of hinted that it is not worth his time. And I told them I can pay a little extra because I really need the car the next day. He didn t seem very interested, and I told them sure I will buy a tire as well, then he said he can do it. But I had to make an appointment for next day, and they don t have used tires so they estimated something around 300-400 dollars. I left immediately and went to JE to try my luck, you know what? Guys here are very nice and friendly, also very efficient with their service. Took them about 20 minutes to fix the problem and I got a used tire for a good price. No appointments needed, no wait, just figured out the problem and worked on it, within half an hour I got my car and spent less a hundred dollars. Definitely recommend this place. Good job guys and hope your business gets better. Thank you for saving my time and money.

Went in to get 4 new tires for my SUV that are 21 inch and a unique size. JE was able to get them in a couple of days, around 30% less than Les Schwab and Firestone.They got me the same Pirelli tires that were on my LR, and were quoted by the other shops.Enrique at JE was knowledgeable and provided great service.I not only highly recommend JE, but I went back the next week to get a tire for my wife's car after getting a flat tire.This time, the price was half the price, and JE got the new tires on in about 10 minutes.We will only go back to JE.

Excellent service. We came in right at closing with a squealing tire and not knowing if we could safely drive our car. One guy jumped in our car to diagnose the problem and then back at the shop they quickly aligned the wheel and let us know that brake pads nearly out and cheapest route forward. They are not a mechanic so couldn t fix the issue but as we drove out the noise was gone and we felt so much better knowing what the issue was and how to move forward.Highly recommend and will come back for tires.

I brought in a flat tire hoping to get a replacement (195/65R14). They didn't have any used tires in the size I needed so I purchased a new one. After bringing the tire home, I noticed it was the wrong size (185/65R14). I called them and they said I could bring it in to have it exchanged.Two days later they have the tire in stock and I return to pick it up. Before leaving, I thought to ask about how well the wheel balanced and discovered they forgot to balance it. No problem, 5 minutes later and I get it back. I should have checked the numbers on the tire too, because when I brought it home, I discovered it was a 195/60R14.I had hoped JE Tires would get it right, but after missing the mark twice, I won't be going back again.

I had an emergency deflated tire situation driving up from Oregon. The associates were very kind, transparent, and friendly about repairing same day. It cost $39. Thank you!

We were in a real bind with a nail in our tire this Memorial Day weekend - these guys were outstanding - ordered the tire we needed and replaced it the following day - good honest business, nice, professional, friendly and the sweetest puppy that my husband loved on while waiting on the repair. Thank you JE Tires! Highly recommend!!

These guys especially the owner don't know what they're doing. Total amateurs. I saw them mess up 2 different cars and ruined a 3rd customers wheels. What a joke

If you're looking to avoid the 1-2 weeks for an appointment or long wait-times that are common with the corporate chains, JE Tires is a great option. I've been there twice [once for a flat and another trip for the replacement of all 4 tires], and Enrique and the team at the Aurora shop were efficient and great to work with.

I'm very glad I checked here for my tire needs. Had my tires ordered, delivered to them and installed in one day. Good price for good tires. I'm going to tell everyone to check here first when looking for a reputable tire shop.

Great service! They fit me in on my lunch break the day of. I hit a curb and thought I had a flat- turns out the tire was fine and they were such good sport about it. Fast and friendly :-)

Excellent service. They get really busy but they still try hard to help everyone as best as they can and give helpful information and options for wheels and for tires. Definitely worth checking out.

They got me back on the road in 15 minutes with a "No problem, anytime" after every tire place in 3 miles told me to come back on the weekend. Friendly and attentive staff with two very nice shop dogs who love to play.

Enrique and his crew saved the day! Not only did Enrique get me in right away for a minor emergency job, but he was very approachable and receptive about the situation. No matter what questions I had, he knowledably informed me and provided excellent customer service! If you're in the area and need tire work done, don't hesitate!

why can t you do 0 stars..This is has to be the worst place i ve ever had to come in contact with. i arrived at 1:35pm, was told it would take 20 min. i came back at 2:35. hadn t even been touched. meanwhile, 3 other cars came and and were worked immediately.i continue to wait, now it s 2:50. i look across the street and the man is walking across the street with food! it is now 3:06pm and he is finally putting it on after jollying around talking to everyone. i will literally never come back here and will make sure everyone i know they shouldn t either.

I appreciate that they were able to immediately repair my tire which had a nail, however I feel that they charged me way too much ($25) for the service that most tire centers offer free of charge.Felt sketchy at the location.Also no employees had a mask.Will NOT be returning here

Just sharing my experience. Went to the Ballard location and they called the Aurora location and they stated that they would take me in to get my tires mounted. I left straight to go there and when I reached their they said that I took too long (18 minutes since there was traffic) instead of the 10 minutes they told me I takes. They said they were closing in 15 minutes and only agreed to do the work now for an extra $55 on top of the quoted price. They might be a good shop but sharing my extreme frustration as I followed my end of the agreement and I have a drift event in the morning. I have gone to the Ballard location and am happy with their service but I can't say I will be coming to this location after this one incident.

Co-Owner Eddie went way above and beyond good customer service in trying to find an obscure tire to replace a flat! He gave me a great deal on a new set that Enrique and his staff handled professionally at this location. Definitely recommend supporting this great local company.

Came in and told them I didn't want anything fancy, just a couple replacement tires. Waited about 5 minutes while they looked in the back and got a great price! No one tried to sell me anything extra I didn't need or up sell me on "fancy" tires or talk down to me because I don't know every technical thing about tires like at the other places I've been to. Great overall experience and quick service. Def. recommended.

Very busy place. However the staff takes the time to consult, look at your car and gives advice. They took all the time I needed to educate and assist me. Fast, professional service. These guys were great! Great customer service. Everyone was super helpful and kind and explained everything really well. For a tire shop, it doesn't get any better.

I took my Honda Fit in to have some new tires put on rims and installed on the car. The customer service here is outstanding, they are attentive, polite and know their stuff. I cannot recommend JE Wheels enough, the service is fantastic. I plan on recommending them to everyone I meet looking for tires or assistance with tire issues. Great folks. These guys have been awesome to me. Very honest, hard working group of people who keep the professionalism up, which i appreciate. I purchased four TOYO AT tires for my truck, the salesman helped me pick out options on their B2B site and got my tires in ASAP. Put them on in a time sensitive manor, and even drove my truck down to my work (about a mile away) just so that i didnt have to go pick it up. Awesome customer service, thank you my dudes!!!
