My experience with Haury's Auto Repair was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the level of service I received was deeply unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Firstly, Haury's failed to provide transparency regarding potential out-of-pocket expenses, neglecting to warn me about additional costs despite assurances that everything would proceed smoothly. They also refused to work with the insurance, a fact that was not disclosed until after I had already left my vehicle with them. I strongly advise future customers not to sign off on any paperwork when dropping off their vehicles, as Haury's refusal to work with insurance companies can result in unexpected out of pocket expenses.Communication with Haury's was abysmal. Despite being informed that the repair work on my car was nearing completion by the end of December, I later discovered, a month later, that Haury's was unable to place the necessary parts order. This lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.Furthermore, Haury's fails to itemize labor by the hour and charges you 150$/day for storage, which are significant red flags.I also urge potential customers to check reviews on Yelp and Reddit before choosing Haury's . The dismal reviews/experiences shared on these sites align with my own experience and highlight the recurring issues with Haury's service quality and customer satisfaction.The final invoice for my repairs for was 13,339$.I would strongly advise against using Haury's Collision for any automotive needs. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, refusal to work with insurance, and exorbitant fees make them an unreliable and unsatisfactory choice for vehicle repairs.

My 1989 Mitsubishi Pajero was in an unfortunate accident. After being turned away from a few places and being told no one will work on that, I found Haury s. Sam eased my mind and said of course they would work on my truck. I was so thankful, I love my truck and couldn t imagine having to give it up. I picked up my truck this past week and it looks amazing, beyond what I expected. I was nervous since it s an older vehicle, and wondered how it would look when finished. I m so happy with the results! Thank you Zack and Sam for making this a great experience. The team did a fantastic job and I couldn t be happier. Photos of before and after are attached. I ll also mention the door was replaced and had to be painted to match. It looks so good!

Even though the insurance company decided to total my car, Haury s was incredibly helpful to me in navigating the insurance issues that arose during the claim. When the car was initially brought in, the folks at Haury s could tell that it was likely a total loss, and told me so instead of trying to convince me to undertake expensive repairs. To me that indicates that they put their customers first and focus on building relationships, not making a quick buck. The folks at Haury s have been honest and supportive throughout the entire months-long process. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I would trust them completely to do right by me.

Haury s is top notch! They are informative on all aspects of a collision repair and professional. They guided us in the process of dealing with our insurance and the process. It sounds funny, but I hope to not see them soon :). If I do need repairs done, I will be going back to Haury s not to mention exploring what other services they have to offer.

I chose Haury's for my car that ended up being totaled. They were very transparent about the struggles I might run into with insurance, timely in getting me an estimate, and communicative. I'm sure if they wouldn't work on my care, they would've done a great job. Regardless, I trusted them through the whole process.

I would avoid this place like the plague! After reviewing an estimate shared online from this shop, the owner is getting robbed. The insurance company owes for reasonable repair costs . Charging the insurance nearly $20 to set up a bumper on a stand . I never imagined! I am a former Geico field adjuster and am a current body shop GM. I know crooks when I see them. I m happy for folks to make money, but this estimate was egregious. They also broke protocol for insurance when the at fault parties insurance reached a policy limit and the vehicle owner had to go through their own carrier. During that time the shop should have stopped repairs and partnered with the new insurance company and made sure they were good to proceed with repairs. They did not do this, knowing they wouldn t get approved by insurance and are now holding the car charging $150/day storage. Crooks! Run away unless you have money to burn.

Best experience ever! They took such great care of my precious Mazda CX5. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver on my way to work and there was quite a bit of damage. Since they are Mazda certified, they get it done right. The office manager Samuel kept me up to date and made sure I was taken care of! A thorough inspection of my car was done, parts were ordered efficiently, and painted perfectly! You will not find a better painter than Anthony.

I visited Haury s after a small incident involving my new BMW. Right from the first visit, the difference was evident. I had visited an insurance recommended shop and also another BMW certified shop before coming here but the level of detail with which Sam explained the process and caveats that might come along the way, was much better than the others. Since, it was a new vehicle, I wanted it to be repaired to new-like status with all OEM parts and factory repair techniques, hence I chose this shop over insurance recommended ones (even though I had to wait a few weeks before they could take the car in and were more expensive than others)The work that they did is amazing and the car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. During the entire process, they were always available to answer any questions. They also fixed couple of minor unrelated damages with no additional cost ! Their labor rates might be higher than what most insurance carriers would agree to pay but it s worth the money.

I was hit in my 2 week old 2023 Rav4 with upgraded paint. Sickening, head shaking situation and with parts shortages and shop shortages all over Seattle it wasn't pretty.Haurys lessened the stress by being so knowledgeable about the whole process while I focused on my injuries.This shop is very professional and organized. Very knowledgeable about insurance billing. Excellent paint job. Sam provided the best customer service and was amazing when dealing with poor insurance customer service.During an exhausting months long insurance battle, Haurys never wavered and was a great partner while i fought the fight. In the end, rates fell fairly within insurance guidelines and after all the dust was settled, and a professional appraiser was brought in, the full $22k bill was paid.Thank you Brad and the rest of the Team! We've had to use Haury's twice for back to back collisions to our Honda CR-V. Haury's is very accommodating, communicative and does a great job. The only issue I can even begin to point to is that their billing software doesn't differentiate parts and labor in the way most body shops will to show how many hours of labor each section's work would require. But the work they do stands up well, and they are more than willing to help their customers understand the damage, their options, the process, and work with the insurance companies to help get things sorted out. I can't really say I hope to work with them again but if my car gets hit again, I'm glad I know where to go.

Haury s repaired my bumper and fog light after an accident. They were super professional and communicative throughout the process. Even in a time of supply chain shortages, they fixed my car quickly and let me know timelines. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new. The paint is perfect. It was clean and sanitized. Great shop!

I would steer clear of this shop. Took my 06 Crown Vic in after getting rear ended. When I went to pick it up they had the back of the car parked in the bushes so I couldn't see the repairs. When I got it home it was clear why it was parked that way. The work looked like a little kids art project. I mean the bumper cover had not been replaced. Instead they just sort of painted over it. It looked awful and was all ready peeling. So of corse i took it back and they tried telling me I got hit again. They refused to fix it right in the first place so clearly all they want to do is argue.

Can not say enough wonderful things about Haury's. They did a phenomenal job repairing my car. Everything was done just right. No step was missed. The paint was flawless. The seams matched perfectly. The repair looked better than the rest of the car. Just beautiful work. I feel confident it has been repaired to the highest standard and is safe to drive. Besides excellent work on the car they held my hand as I battled my insurance company to get full coverage for repairs. Very grateful for the customer service and work done. Hopefully, I will never need to return here for a car repair but if I do, I will return without any hesitation. Thank you Haury's!

Haury's got my GT3 back on the road after it went off on a track day. Everything about them is professional, and the experience was terrific. From the initial call with Jeff while at the track, to working with Zac through the insurance process and the repair work to Hai working late to get the car out the door on time, they all leaned in. It was a complex job, and their attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. I just dropped the car off for PPF and the installer was raving about the paintwork. If you are in the Seattle area and find yourself needing repair work done on your Porsche, Haury's is top shelf for that work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

Seamless with insurance of carrier who caused damage. 2012 mini cooper - part waiting issue and trouble sending pics and attachments to yahoo email which put the work behind a few days but the work done was well worth the wait - my mini looked when I originally bought it!!!

I hit a deer coming home from a camping trip in north Idaho in July. Needless to say, it did a whole lot of damage to the entire side of my truck. No big deal right? That s what insurance is for right? Wrong! What transpired over the next few weeks was the giant run around game with the insurance company. They kept referring me to body shops that either wouldn t call me back, or really wanted me to know under no circumstances was this going to happen anytime soon nor did they really need the extra business. So frustrated I called my local Ram dealer and asked them if they had any suggestions. They said I should have it looked at by a factory certified body shop. They told my that Haury s was factory certified for new car repair. My truck is a 2022. This is where my experience went from bad to really really good. haury s was awesome!! They got me right in the next day. They had a written estimate to me by the time I got home. I was not looking forward to calling my flaky insurance agent and giving him the estimate. This is where the service really kicked in. The guys at Haury s explained to me how the insurance company work, and they would literally take it from there and they would handle everything. And that s just what they did. They got my truck in within a few weeks. I got it back a week later. I didn t have to spend hours on hold, my truck looks perfect. I didn t have to talk to another insurance adjuster they took care of all of it. I can not recommend these guys enough. The way they handled ever detail was amazing. Oh, and speaking of details, they detailed my truck for me before they gave it back to me. Bravo guys!! Hopefully I will never get in another accident, but if I do, these guy are the best and I will never go anywhere else!! Thanks again!!Service: Painting

When my 40th birthday present was crunched in a parking lot while I was attending a concert (before I had even driven it 5 times!), I was angry and confused. Never having used an auto body shop before, I didn't know where to go. I started calling shops near my house. They either wouldn't work on that brand or that vintage and if they did, they couldn't get me in for 3+ months to even give an estimate. I started asking where these shops would recommend I go. Haury's was mentioned multiple times, even though it wasn't close to where I was looking. The shop was very accommodating, helping to guide me through the confusing insurance process and even somehow managed to get me in right away. They were very communicative and helped me deal with the insurance agency when the check came in 20% less than the estimate. While I hope I never require their services again, I know who I would call first if I did!Services: Painting, Paint repair

Brought in my 2004 M3 into Haury's to have a new trunk lid painted/installed w/ the quarter panels blended as well as a full body buff/wax afterwards. They estimated the time required for the job well, with no unexpected delays. Their estimate was very reasonably priced. They were diligent in keeping me updated on the progress throughout the week. Communicating with them was easy as they were easy to reach and responsive. Overall had a pleasant experience bringing my car to them for this job, and would certainly recommend them for any paint/detailing work.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

After attending BMW Club events at which Haury's presented, I was impressed and determined to use Haury's when the need arose. Well, unfortunately the need arose in August of 2023. Knowing it's difficult to get an estimate by dropping by, I called and emailed. I've called and left messages four times, and emailed twice as the website requests. Apparently Haury's is so successful that it doesn't need the business, as I've never received a response. I can't get through on the phone without being sent to voicemail (which is ignored), and emails are not returned. So, I'd give it zero stars if that was an option - not due to quality of work, price, or any of the normal criteria for a review - but because Haury's doesn't have the courtesy of at least returning a call or email to say it it is too busy to take my business. Sorry, Haury's - normally I think it's better to say only nice things, but being in a not-at-fault accident is stressful enough, and it's even more frustrating having a business completely ignore an attempt to give it the opportunity to serve.

I came to get a passenger side window replaced in a vw jetta. Took a month and almost $700. For comparison, I've had a mercedes window fixed about a month before this and it took 2 days and $350. Yea I had to ride my bike for a month in the rain while I waited for then to fix my jettas car window.I knew I was in trouble when my insurance called me back to tell me they were able to get everything set up with the shop for me to bring it I'm that day and start work. So I got in my car and called the shop in route, the shop said they couldn't do it and would need about 2 weeks so they would put me in the calendar. So I drove home and waited.When I came back for my appointment, no one had any record of my appointment or any past communication. They told me I would have to wait another 2 weeks. So I left the car. It took about 3 more week amd I had to message and call more frequently after week 4 to get movement.In the end I got my window fixed, but makes a weird noise sometimes now. What a waste of time. Had I known I would have skipped insurance all together and paid from pocket. I'm very sure they bumped they prices and times to milk insurance. Almost $700 for a window fix.

Haury's is unlike any car repair place I have worked with. It is friendly, accessible (explains everything including mixing paint to cover a damaged part of your car), is clearly more then competent and very honest. I left with a smile.

I recently worked with, or may I say was graciously assisted by, Sam at Haury's in getting the repair estimate process going for a brand new, high-value BMW that was unfortunately involved in a major accident. Every other BMW certified repair center in western WA quoted me literal months before they could even accept my car to be looked at.I called Sam in a panic and they calmly explained they see this sort of thing fairly often, and even though Haurys was packed, that they would see what they could do. Sam pulled some magic strings and was able to get my vehicle in the next week for a complete repair evaluation (even though it could not move on its own and took up valuable shop space), which was beyond expectations by a mile.Haury's quickly completed the literal 10 page estimate within 72 hours (using ONLY OEM parts, as expected) and sent for my insurance to review. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss and they declined to move forward with repairs. That said, I know that if I had, based on everyone that I spoke to during this process, that Haury's would have knocked the repair out of the park all the same.I am so grateful I found Haury's and gave Sam a call that day, and you will not be disappointed in doing the same! I look forward to working with them on another project in the future.

A long road it has been as it has taken a full year for repair on my 2014 Audi R8! However this has been no fault on Haury s as the long wait was largely contributed by a parts shortage thanks to our global pandemic. Once all the parts were sourced, however - things moved quickly and the final product is just amazing. I cannot stress how happy I am to have my vehicle back, and in a condition that I thought was not possible. They fixed her back to proper OEM conditions! I highly recommend Haury s for a level of professionalism you won t find anywhere else. Definitely ask for Brad as he will communicate you every step of the process. They do my BMW for more than a month. My car has few scratches due to someone hit my car in a parking lot, and there were not major things (the damage on the picture attached). In the first week of work, they only took apart the front bumper and fenders. In the second week, they built up a supplement list. In the third week, they contacted my insurance company and ordered parts. In the fourth week, they received parts and plan to reassemble the car. Week five: they worked on my car. Week six: I am waiting for updates regarding their success or not in repairing...What service can be poorer than this collision center provided?! Avoid them!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam at Haury's Lake City Collision, and I have to say, the customer service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door, Sam made me feel welcome and assured me that my car was in good hands. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and was always available to answer any questions I had.Unfortunately, my car was ultimately declared totaled and unable to be fixed, but even in that difficult situation, Sam was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process and provided guidance on what steps to take next. I really appreciated his honesty and empathy during what was a challenging time.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Sam and the entire team at Haury's Lake City Collision. They truly care about their customers and it shows in everything they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repair services. From the moment of contact with the guys at Haurys they ve been nothing but helpful in getting my BMW M3 through the repair process. My insurance unfortunately deemed my car a total loss so I wasn t actually able to have them repair the vehicle. This was my first insurance claim I ve ever dealt with and Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process and offering advice on how to deal with the insurance company. I have friends that have had their cars repaired here and the work is absolutely on par with the manufacturer specifications. I would absolutely recommend having the team at Haurys help you out if you ever are in need of any body work.

Haury's provided a thorough, timely, and detailed estimate for fixing my car to like-new status, which was critical in dealing with the insurance process in my case.More importantly, they provided expert consultation on how to deal with the insurance process, likely outcomes, what the next steps would likely be.... all stuff I just don't have any experience with. I've been driving for over 40 years and I've never had to actually use insurance. So the process was baffling, and keeping track of the pitfalls was kinda scary. Haury's essentially took time at ZERO benefit to themselves to explain how it would likely go, even though one of the likely outcomes was that the car would be totaled and they would get no business out of it.In this case, our car was parked in front of our home, and got badly damaged by a car transport trailer that never should have tried to come up our narrow street.Here's the thing, I ended up NOT using Haury's, because, in the end, my car got declared totaled by the insurance company I was dealing with, so everything they helped me with (repair estimate, several consultations over the phone, answering my fraught questions) they ended up doing for FREE.When the dust settled and the insurance company took away my car and replaced it with a deposit to my bank account, I bought the Haury's crew a pizza. They probably deserved more, but I wanted to at least do something!

Nothing but positive things to say about Zach and his crew at Haury's. Extremely professional group and excellent customer service. They are experts at dealing with insurance and took the time out if their day to answer all my questions and guide me through my accident and ultimately saved me thousands and whole lot of headache. I would use Haury's again and will be referring everyone I can to them. Clear and open communication and very high quality repairs.
