Paul and Yuchu at H&I have been exceptional to fix our car quickly and affordable! Our Mazda CX-5 is looking like it s brand new! Few years ago, they did a wonderful job on our BMW, and this time we went straight to them, not even looking for competing estimates. Yuchu and Paul have made us comfortable both times and they were very patient at explaining the cost estimate to us! While initial estimate included everything to make the car back to original shape, we asked for only some of the fixes, which they were happy to help with! And they even cleaned the car for us, which we really appreciate! They are truly a gem, and while I hope we won t have any more car issues, I know where we will go if we do!

These folks are amazing and so efficient. I hit a car and both me and the owner went in for a consultation that was super straightforward. I appreciate how fast they worked on the car and everything turned out great with the repair. They quoted me before we started the job and I paid that amount. Cannot recommend these people enough as they re so professional and good at all types of car repairs!

They repaired my 2019 Honda Insight after it got hit. I had given the insurance companies pictures of the damage and the insurance made an estimate.After seeing the great reviews here, I called H&I. I scheduled a quick visit with them so they could validate that the estimate was reasonable and scheduled a time for them to repair it. Yuchu warned me upfront that there was likely going to be some internal damage that the insurance company didn't account for.When I took the car in for the repair visit, they had worked with the insurance company to get the additional damages covered and the rental car extended.They finished the work well before the rental car was going to be due. The repairs look great to me, and they went above and beyond to take care of things I wasn't expecting them to.The best part was that Yuchu brought out their dog to wave bye to me. It brought a smile to my face.I feel the people at H&I are willing to go the extra mile and care about making their customers happy. I wouldn't hesitate to bring them more business.

Excellent experience! They fixed extensive damage to the front of my Mini Cooper; it looks brand new! They are super knowledgable, careful, and very helpful. I highly recommend H&I!

Banged up my Mazda CX5 and looked for a while for a repair shop that could fix it in a timely manner before finding H&I. They were great and very communicative and got my car fixed in 3 weeks when others wanted me to leave the car for maybe months.

Incredible experience. They were so communicative and so good with the insurance company (they were deeply impressed as well). The work they did on the car was perfect. Highly recommend. Don't be off-put by their location or lack of presence (small shop).

I really had such an awesome experience here, with Yuchu specifically. She was so helpful, communicative, and prompt. I never expected to receive such good service from a body shop. Last month, when my last car was totaled (lol), I went to caliber collision. It took me 6 weeks to get in. H&I looked at my car within a week, always communicating directly with my insurance and filling me in. Thank you so much, Yuchu! You re the best.

I highly recommend H & I Autobody! Yuchu was very communicative + accommodating when giving me updates about my vehicle. Paul did an amazing job on the repairs & had it done efficiently. Great experience & customer service. 10/10!

I had such a good experience with H&I! They repaired a number of damages on my Subaru, including replacing my bumper and front fender. They went above and beyond by cleaning the car inside and out and touching up some of the smaller cosmetic damage for free! They were communicative and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I will be returning for all my future auto body needs.

Paul has the top notch skills and is willing to travel the extra mile to help me fix my car in most economical way. My car s bumper was slightly bent, when no other auto shop was willing to take it in without replacing the whole bumper, Paul helped me save the piece and saved me hundreds of dollars!They were very honest and transparent with us about the cost and the repair results, but the repair is exceptional, my car looks brand new. They have to repaint the fender, and even though red is extremely difficult to match, they matched the color perfectly. (See before and after!) I really appreciate their service!!

I needed a new head light on my car. I called this morning and the owner told me that they could install one if I went to the shop. These guys are great. Even though I have passed by their shop hundreds of times, I did not know they even existed as they are kind of set back from the vision lines. They installed the light in a prompt and efficient manner. The cost was super reasonable. I think this business is excellent and I now know where to take all of my body car type of issues in the future. I feel fortunate that I found this business.

My 2016 Kia Soul was broken into and the dash ripped apart in an attempt to hot wire the car (before realizing it was a manual). D&I fixed it quickly when other shops reported that it might take months to get the right parts. They returned my car cleaner than it was when I brought it in, and overall really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience. Yuchu was extremely helpful in getting my car in and out as fast as possible after I was in an accident damaging my door. She let me come by for an inspection, let me take my car home while she ordered the needed parts, and told me when to drop it off. It took less than a week for my car to be fixed once dropped off. The shop was also good at handling claims through insurance. They even washed my car for me before I picked it up which was greatly appreciated! Definitely will come back here if I ever need to! :)

I highly recommend H&I for autobody repairs. They did a fantastic job fixing my Kia Sorento after a front-end collision. The team was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. They paid great attention to detail and even fixed a few other minor issues with my car. Really good experience with H & I. We needed to fix a dent and paint scratches on our Honda. I called around to three other places and H & I had the lowest estimate and fastest turnaround time. Paul (the owner) was very open with me and willing to work within my budget. I dropped off my car with them on Tuesday afternoon and picked it back up on Saturday morning, and the fix looked great. Very happy with the service quality and speed!One heads-up: It took me a few tries calling them in the beginning before I got through to book a initial estimate. I have come here for many different incidents and accidents and have always been more than satisfied with the service. Recently I moved to West Seattle and, with the bridge out then, tried another shop to help with some new scratches I put on my car, and I ended up paying a lot of money for very little. I decided to bring my car back to H&I and they completed the work, doing a better job for less. I highly recommend them for any auto body work!

Great experience with this auto body shop! Geico didn t want to pay for certain things, but H&I made sure it gotten take care of. Not only did they completely repair all damaged from the accident, but they also did touch painting in other areas of the car that needed it. If that s not enough they washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. When I got my car back, I felt like I was getting it fresh off the lot for the first time. Thank you H&I Autobody. I ll definitely be coming back next time I need body work done on my car!

Took my car here after some pretty bad damage to the front bumper and headlight. There were able to give me an estimate sooner than any other shop in the area and worked with my insurance to get parts. They walked me through all the repairs they were planning and got the job done quickly. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Had an absolutely lovely experience! Needed a mirror replaced and although they were swamped, they said they could fit me in due to the criticality. The part came in within a weekend, and they installed it the day it came in in about 20 minutes. Super nice and friendly too! I will go back!

I was able to drop my car off for a collision estimate on very short notice. Yuchu was very communicative and clear with me on the status of the car. They also took care of communications with Geico and were transparent with me on what they were doing. Very honest shop and I am thankful that they were very quick and thorough with assessing the damages to my car, and sharing the progress with me

I've gone to H & I twice and was always extremely pleased with the service. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and have a cute dog running around! They fixed a few minor things on my car out of the kindness of their heart and wouldn't accept payment for that or for figuring out what was wrong with my car's locks. Would recommend them to anyone! I went here to have a mirror replaced on my car. The staff are super friendly and worked to get me the best deal on parts. I went here after an accident as suggested by my mechanic (Lioe s in Beacon Hill). H&I worked directly with my insurance (GEICO) and handled all that for me. The damage was mostly exterior (heavily dented door, wouldn t even open, etc.). They did an excellent job repairing everything, matching colors, and being communicative. A rogue shopping cart smashed into my Honda Fit s drivers side door and it would only open halfway.H&I evaluated my options and gave me two quotes: one to replace the panel and paint, etc; that was for $1100. The second was to push the dent out and deal with the fact that it wouldn t look perfect ; cost, +/- $200. I didn t want to involve my insurance and given the reality of driving in the city and that it s all too common to get scratched and dinged, I chose the $200.00 option. My car was repaired in less than three hours. When I picked it up I could barely see a slight dent. Small scratches had been buffed away and the car looked like it had been washed. Door opens perfectly. Final bill, $158.00. Highly recommend this business!Service: Body & Trim
