Alex is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Ground Vision Performance to any Mercedes-Benz owner. If you want excellent communication, upfront pricing and explanation of costs, prompt issue resolution, and service completed in a timely manner this is your place. My GLC63 AMG got new brake pads and rotors all around and I'm very happy with the solution he suggested. I'll be a repeat customer without a doubt.

Alex has been a Mercedes specialist for many years and has been the type to always go out of his way to help anyone in need! Wouldn t hesitate to take all my cars to have him work on them! Definitely one of the top in the business with dealership training and experience, and with out the dealership cost!

Alex was outstanding. He was able to complete a full car inspection, an oil change, a transmission fluid change, and all of these tasks on the same day. He was accommodating of my work schedule to get the servicing done and was very educational about the entire procedure. I'll return and have Alex service my autos without a doubt.

Alex was absolutely great. He managed to do an oil change and a transmission fluid change as well as a full vehicle inspection same day. He was very informative about the whole process, and was flexible with my work schedule to get the servicing done. I found Alex @ GroundVision Performance via referral from a friend in the local Mercedes community. Alex is renowned both locally and online for his knowledge and experience - he's my go-to for my AMG. I came here to debug an issue I was having with coolant missing and Alex helped me narrow down the culprit by applying tests and technical logic. Don't let the location fool you, his shop is impeccably clean. I'd recommend coming here before you settle for the dealer.

I highly Recommend Alex and his Shop, Ground Vision Performance, for any work you may need on your Mercedes. I have been bringing my SL 55 AMG to Ground Vision Performance shortly after Alex first opened it and have been very impressed with the service, quality, professionalism, and honesty that he provides. Everything from a basic service and oil change, to a complete brake job, diagnosing and repairing the always fun ABC suspension issues, to the replacement of my Supercharger that was covered under warranty. Alex worked with the warranty company and myself to get me back on the road again.Alex is always helpful in trying to explain what is going on with the vehicle and gives suggestions as to what options there are available to get you back on the road again. I feel his knowledge of Mercedes is far above any of the other shops I've been to. Not to mention that his rates are competitive and fair. He is the only one i trust to work on my SL besides myself.

I have the pleasure of Alex at Ground Vision Performance as my AMG s sole auto technician. I would not trust anyone else with my beast, and recommend him to any Merc and/or AMG owner that may be looking for a shop for their German machine. And he also handles non-Mercedes cars, for those of you that haven t had the pleasure. Alex is trustworthy, and is not one to try and oversuggest (something that is always a concern for those looking for a new mechanic). From a simple oil change and service to ABC/suspension work to replacing pulleys and pumps, Alex and my car have been through some wars, always triumphant in their endeavors to maintain my SL as the epitome of the best.

Alex of Ground Vision Performance is extremely knowledgeable of luxury cars, and in particular, Mercedes-Benz vehicles. He can undertake repairs on complex systems such as Airmatic, ABC, etc. and is also extremely handy with more typical repairs such as fluids, gaskets, hoses, belts, brakes, as well as performance enhancements. Alex has demonstrated through repeated work on my cars that he is a person that can be trusted and very fair with his diagnosis and pricing with no upselling of products. I would not hesitate to send my friends to Ground Vision Performance.

I have been bringing my Mercedes-Benz CLS 55 AMG to Ground Vision for 2 years and have nothing but praise for Alex and his team. Alex is honest and transparent with repairs and maintenance work. He is also a top certified mechanic at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. Alex brings the standard Mercedes-Benz practices and expertise into his own shop without the dealership markup. If what you need is the best service for your European car in the Northwest, Ground Vision Performance is the place to take it to.

i drive a 2007 e63. and I had called Alex after I was refured to him by a couple of people to do my brake work. well I thought it was going to be like everyone Els I have all ready called and said it's going to take a couple of weeks to get the parts and the outrageous pricing we all know. but I was wrong Alex had parts and everything ready with in min and the pricing . me and alex went over a couple of different options for my car and I chose one that he supported and my car was finished before I got off work the next day. not only did Alex do a amazing job he is very well skilled and knowledgeable. he is and will be my Mechanic for life. I would recommend Ground Vision Performance to anybody with out any hesitation

Alex and his team at ground vision are truly professionals. The biggest attribute with a mechanic to look for is someone you can trust. Alex and his team have that! I was recommended to him through a friend in the Mercedes community. Alex came to me for a mobile diagnosis of my CLS 500. I had an SBC unit malfunction. He immediately informed me that it was covered by Mercedes and I need not worry. He also pointed out other preventative maintenance which could occur at no cost to me through the manufacturer warranty. He did not have to point this out but the fact that he did is what sets him and his team apart. He then recommended which tech to work on my vehicle at the dealer and reached out on my behalf. All in all, he saved me over $3,000 on the SBC unit alone. You cannot go wrong with choosing ground vision performance for your vehicle. Knowledge, Honest, and Caring staff. People you can truly trust to go above and beyond for you and your vehicle!!

I just acquired a Mercedes and reached out to local MB groups in social media about the best way of ordering extra keyfobs. Alex reached out and provided me a competitive price and saved me an extra trip to the dealership to score me these keyfobs! Knock on wood if I have a problems with my MB, Alex will be my first call!

Was concerned that my dealer was "upselling me" on a list of to do items for my 2006 AMG C55. Want to keep it in top shape, but still. Alex reviewed the items which had been suggested and let me know which were in fact needed now and some did not seem to be. He also spotted a few issues which were not costly but important. It is this personalized attention that I want for "my baby." Thanks Alex.
