I got into an accident and this was the nearest body shop where I got into my accident so I came with absolutely no expectations but also happen to be the best experience I ve had thus far in the body shop industry. The team here was very thorough and meticulous in their work and exceeded beyond my expectations in terms of quality and time. I ve been to other body shops but this has been by far the best experience. Getting into an accident where it was not my fault sucks but I m glad that my experience with fixing my car was easy all thanks to the team at Greenwood! ! (Before and after pics attached)

Great auto body shop! I scratched the driver door of my car against a pole in a parking garage and wanted the door repaired within a week before my road trip. Not only did Jay give me a fair estimate but he was also able to fit me in right away while other shops were scheduling me months out.

Fantastic experience! They communicated with insurance, did the repairs within the cost parameters insurance gave them, and did the whole job in half the time they projected! Highly recommended!!!

They gave me a fair estimate on an uncertain job. It was done in a reasonable time and for a small discount off of the estimate and the car looks like new and the doors don't stick anymore. Highly recommended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Jay and his team are exceptional and ultimate professionals. Jay laid out all the needed work and provided insurance guidance in a professional and calm manner. I was told that the car will be ready within a week, and I got a call within 5 days that I can come for pickup (thank you). They gave accurate free estimate and did repair within that number. They also polished off a scratch on the car which wasn't part of original work, free of cost! Highly recommend anyone seeking collision repair or paintwork.Service: Body & Trim

I required body work to my car after a windstorm dropped a large branch on my car door this past winter. Jay from Greenwood Collision worked with my insurance company and my schedule to get the work done on time and on budget. Fantastic!! I needed a side power mirror replaced, Greenwood Collision was able to get me in the same afternoon and I picked up my car the next morning. Not only is the mirror perfect, they banged out some dents in my fender and made it look 10x better. The price was very fair and they went above and beyond. I am just thrilled with the service and will definitely use this shop in future. Also, the owner and employee I spoke with were both very pleasant and helpful. A+Service: Body & Trim

They are such a great place! I ve been to other repair shops that were dismissive, and clearly trying to make more money off me due to my lack of knowledge about cars. Greenwood keeps it straightforward and honest, and always made sure I knew what was happening with my car. Such a friendly and responsive staff, willing to answer any questions, and helped me find ways to save money on my repair. Love them!

Took my car in to get the spoiler painted before I took it to CarMax. Jay and his team did a GREAT job fixing my car up, and even gave it a wash/clean. It basically looked brand new.Price was very (emphasis) reasonable. Shoot him an email with a picture and what work you want don.Highly recommend.

Friendly employees, great price, speedy work, fantastic service! :)I shopped around for quotes at four different places before getting my car fixed after a fender bender, and these guys gave me the best quote on top of taking the time to explain to me everything about the fix job. My car looks fantastic after their work, couldn't be happier with the service!

Took My daughters Volvo that had been in a wreck to Jay at Greenwood auto body. He looked it over, gave me a quote and time frame. The car looks like it's brand new! We had a small but nasty dent on the edge of the driver's side door (got hit by a bus while opening the door). Car isn't worth spending a lot to fully restore, but we were concerned about water intrusion from a damaged seal and wanted to have the worst part of the dent roughed out. We brought it in to Greenwood Collision for a quote. The technician met me immediately and spent several minutes roughing the damage out - and sent me on my way after about 10 minutes and didn't charge us anything, even after I repeatedly offered $20 cash for their time and trouble. Great experience, they were so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Excellent!! They saved my wife's car (a 2005 Mazda 3 with only 50k miles on it) from being totaled by our insurance company and they did it for less than they originally thought it would cost. When we got the car back, it was -perfect- down to every little imaginable detail. I could not have asked for better service or more friendly people. I cannot thank them enough for their help with my wife's car. You cannot go wrong taking your car here!

I got my Mini back in a spotless condition! Jay and his team get a 5 star for their top notch service. They not only repaired the primary scratches but also went above and beyond to touch up the minor issues they saw. They also cleaned the car inside and outside.

Highest possible recommendation. Call and make an appointment. This place is brass tacks. I found them to be prompt, professional, and most importantly up front and transparent. I know my experience is extreme, but they replaced my passenger side mirror in 15 minutes! At a crazy competitive price. I was out the door in 20 minutes total. Mind blown. I'm making another appointment for some repairs I've been putting off.

I brought in my car after it had been damaged from being hit. The side panel was scratched and dented, but Greenwood Collision very quickly assessed the damage and assured me they could fix the issue.I am glad that I brought my car here, as they did a better job than I could have imagined! The dent now looks like it was never there, and they fixed the scratches from the collision.They also went above and beyond to fix an unrelated issue on my car, and did a fantastic job on that as well!The paint match is excellent, and they cleaned my car inside and out before I came to pick it up.The service was friendly, quick, and excellent! I would not hesitate to return there if something like this happens again!

These guys were great! There were some problems getting our car done on time, because they had to wait on inspectors and parts, but when I told them we needed it by a certain day because we were moving across the country, they put in the extra hours and finished it for us after closing. Plus, when we got it back, it was polished and the inside was vacuumed. My only regret is that we are moving and we won't be able to bring our car back here again.

Brought in my 2018 WRX after it got rear ended! I thought they would have a hard time getting the paint to match with a new rear bumper, but boy I was wrong! Super fast service, and very friendly! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. GREAT service and unbeatable price. I have brought 4 vehicles here for something small as engine oil change to big job like replacing timing belt and water pump. Never have I felt like I was being ripped off and always felt satisfied with the results.
