Grease Monkey was able to change my headlights after jiffy lube told me they d have to take the whole bumper off to do it and so wouldn t be able to. They did it quickly and efficiently, without having to disassemble the rest of the car. The staff were friendly, professional and happy to walk me through what needed to be done. Very pleased with the service I received!

Went in for an oil change and was able to have my car serviced that day. The oil change took about 10 min, and the team at GM let me know what was going on the entire time. Prices are fair, and the workers do an amazing job. The team at GM really seems to enjoy working alongside each other. I overheard a team member offering to buy his co-workers snacks while I there, and a manager was onboarding a new hire with a lot of care & empathy. I'll be coming back here again!

The team there was great! Very efficient professional. They forgot about my wiper blades, but then they installed them for free, highly recommended. MJ is very professional and made things right the team work there got me in and out in under 20 minutes.

We had a super great experience last weekend when Gavin helped us out in a flat tire situation! I had already heard this was a good auto shop, but it's always nice to see that for yourself! Thanks for the fast and generous service.

Grease monkey always just pulls me in and gets started right away. They do a great job and don't push you to buy something you don't need. But they let you know what your car will need to keep it running for the long haul. If you think they deserve it don't forget to tip them! Solid they deserve it. Thank you grease monkey. Just got my oil changed and I was in and out within less than 15 minutes. They suggested a different oil which wasn t in my budget so I had to pass this time, and they weren t pushy about it and honored what I wanted. They were nice friendly and efficient I would highly recommend this location!

Abey and Alan make sure everyone that comes in feels as though they are helped and taken care of fully. Not only is it great to see a woman working in an auto place like this but also for them to work together so well is really encouraging to see. They made sure I was in and out and had all my questions answered would highly highly recommend this Grease Monkey to anyone who wants to get their stuff done right and have a lovely chat with them as well!

Went and got my oil changed today, when they removed the filter they spilled oil all over the engine and it started to burn on my way home. Had to turn around and spend an extra 30 minutes of my day to have them check it out. Manager was not apologetic and didn't offer and sort of discount due to the inconvenience. Mistakes happen but it's quite alarming when your hood starts to smoke.The staff was also arguing and throwing things at each other during my oil change. It felt a little unprofessional.I would recommend that you spend a little more money and go to the dealership, they will take their time and provide you with quality service.

The service was fast and efficient even though it took longer than expected because there were several cars ahead of me. It also was more expensive than I had to remember it being in the past. I offer them a $15 online coupon but it didn t get applied to my final bill. Other than that great experience.

I had such amazing service today! I mentioned I had a coupon, and the lady at the front told me she had a better coupon for me because us ladies have to stick together (amazing!) Service was super fast and my dog even got a treat and some love at the end.

The team was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy unnecessary things (looking at you Jiffy Lube ) and the service was super quick! I was in and out in 15 minutes. I'll be coming here for all of my future oil changes

I had an awesome experience at Grease Monkey in Ballard earlier this week. The team got me in immediately, had my account pulled up, gave me gentle suggestions, were very swift and professional. It is also really refreshing to see the automotive industry become more inclusive, watching women work on my car was really inspiring! Thanks Grease Monkey!!

I am disappointed by not receiving the car fax info as promised via email sign up by the rep on my first visit. My most recent trip was quick, however my windshield wasn t washed as stated in coupon code, nor car vacuumed.

It was a friendly group of workers who were clearly enjoying working with each other which made it very pleasant to be there, however on my receipt they claimed that they had gone over my windshield wipers and radiator and windshield washer and i really did not see any of that. I know they didn't check my windshield wipers because i know i need new ones. It was disappointing on my receipt it said everything was checked and it was not.

Very caring customer service, you can trust these guys: Donnell, Allan and Dashawn. They were very friendly, clean, efficient and fast. You can tell they love what they do, and they value their work! If you have any problem in your car, bring it in and they will give you an honest diagnose.

Allen, Abbey, DeShawn are all professional, friendly, efficient, and know their industry well. I got my oil changed early morning at Grease Monkeys in Ballard - Seattle, Washington. Came in for a routine oil change and they immediately found a mistake by the previous major oil change place I used. The wrong oil plug had been jammed in, causing a slow oil leak over the past few months. They also auto-included the current $20 discount without me asking. The staff was friendly and I was out of there in 10 minutes. It will be my new go-to oil change place.

Friendly, fast and informative. They provide you with updates on your vehicle maintenance and print it out for you to follow up at your convenience. They also check to see that all of your signals and lights are working.

I don t have super high expectations for an oil change place, but some of the guys were unpleasant to deal with. As I was driving off I noticed my tire pressure light was still on. When I got home I checked and a couple tires were underinflated and one was super overinflated. It makes me wonder how competent they were with things that are less immediately obvious.

Went to get my oil changed per the sticker on my windshield and was informed that they did not have my type of oil until the end of the week. They could give me a higher grade of oil, but I would have to pay the higher price, so I declined. don t think I ll be going back

Staff was rude and vulgar; did no give clear directions on where to put my car, argued with each other at a high volume. At least it was fast. Usually I like Grease Monkey locations, but I can t say I ll be back.

4/11/24 update - Once again, the team at Grease Monkey was amazing. So friendly and I even got to meet Marvin this time!The staff are so friendly and professional. They even tell me when I don t need to do something instead of trying to upswell me. I love how I know my cars are well-taken care of when I go there.

Wow. I can t sing enough praises for the team I just dealt with today. My battery was completely dead, got it jumped several times and no luck. Despite being minutes from close they took my vehicle (I purchased a battery as, they didn t have mine in stock) and they replaced it. They answered all of my questions and were just so kind. I can t thank them enough or say good enough things about them! Y all have a customer for life :)

Amazing customer service they looked like they really enjoy working here I loved the happy banter and communication so I knew what was going on the whole time and I was happy to see a woman working there who was very informative and gave me a list of recommendations and I didn t feel pushed to do anything and they didn t make me feel bad for not knowing some services I will gladly only come here from now on!!!

They changed the spark plugs of my car. But my car stopped working. It vibrates constantly and your service does not accept your mistake. I'm thinking of getting it repaired, collecting the reports, and troubleshooting again.

Cheerful and funny team seeing to work very well together. Very reassuring to hear them call out the status of the car and confirm with each other what they were doing.
