Great experience. Annie was very helpful and provided answers to all my questions. She made sure we contacted insurance so that we only had to pay the deductible. Called mid-day on Monday and they were able to replace my windshield the next day. Dropped the car at 11 and it was done in two hours. Fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very efficient! Our car was broken into early in the morning on Black Friday. While most auto repair stores were not able to fix it until next week, Golden Auto took our car in before noon and was done within a few hours! They kept us update via text the whole time with great customer service. I also love that they have a warranty policy just in case. The price was less than $330 which was the cheapest quote we found. Overall amazing experience!!!! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Golden Auto Glass Service., and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service - they were dialed in. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional attitude from the owner.Annie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues.The process from estimate to work being done to payment was smooth, quick, and easy. She was professional and sweet.The work was done promptly and to an incredibly fast, with a level of attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Annie.Overall, I cannot recommend this is place highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service truly set them apart, and I will certainly be returning for any future automotive needs.

As a night shift nurse, the worst feeling is getting to your car after a 12 hour shift and finding a window smashed. I was tired and stressed thinking about how I was going to replace the glass window before I had to return back to work the same night. I found Golden Auto Glass through a Google search and read the reviews. I had a similar experience to many of the other customers. I spoke with Annie on the phone and she communicated pricing and the ETA for the finished job. I appreciate that they re open on a Saturday and said I could bring my car in right away. I dropped my car off around 9:30am and picked it up about 2 hours later, super fast! I would recommend Golden Auto Glass for a quick, quality repair. I waited a while to write this review, but here's why. I had the back glass of the family minivan replaced when someone smashed it out along with other cars in our neighborhood. The owner was great, got us in quick, price was fair. After the job was done, the hatch where the glass had been broken made a ton of noise, like there was still broken glass in there. I stopped back, and they said that they had gotten all the broken glass out, and that there was nothing that they could do, because it wasn't accessible. After about 2 years of this annoying crunching sound, I just popped the panel off the hatch, and there I found AN ENTIRE HATCH FULL OF BROKEN GLASS. They hadn't vacuumed ANY of it out before installing the new one. Also, it took me 5 minutes to take the internal panel off to access it. Another window was broken this past year, and obviously I had another company replace the glass, and the other company vacuumed the broken glass from the van, as well as the ground outside of the van. I wouldn't use Golden again. Not after bad work, and then not making it right.

Lovely small business close to my home that was able to replace my windshield the next day. Annie, the owner, was very helpful in explaining the cost and how to work with my insurance. Would definitely go to them again, though I hope I don t have to anytime soon!

Called at 10PM on a Sunday to get a quote for replacing a window that got smashed, they were the lowest priced and Annie was able to get us in next day at 1PM. Turn around time was under an hour and no problems at all. Recommended!

I d give it 4.5 because at first the was an issue with the glass not fitting so I had to come back to fix it later and the main lady was a bit hard to understand. However she was trying to accommodate as she could. I noticed my car window broken on a Friday afternoon and this is the only place that even had the option to come in on Saturday. She says she had 2 windows fir my model but I e of them was for wring side, another had this bad fitting size. She let me keep the bad window till Monday, when I had only 1 hour to fix it, and I paid in cash only after that (to avoid 5% charge). Also they vacuumed everything.

I am grateful I had another friend recommend golden. My car window was smashed recently and the big name places wanted me to wait for a month for a repair. But golden got me in the next day after I called. They were so kind and communicated so well. They also had a better value than what I was going to pay before. Sadly my insurance deductible was too high done didn't do much on the claims end. But def recommend!

Do not go here!!I came to Golden Auto Glass with a broken windshield and side window, and left with almost $3k in new body damage, and a windshield that was not installed correctly (not sealed at the bottom, air coming in from engine and flexed outward if you pushed on it a bit) and needed replaced immediately.The work done to the vehicle besides these issues was extremely poor, with sealant spilling out everywhere, interior trim not reinstalled properly, scratched interior, and dents, rubbing and scrapes on my cars body all around the windshield. I took my vehicle to a body shop and they were blown away by the amount of damage caused during a windshield replacement - $3k to fix - More than the damage I came to Golden auto glass with in the first place.When I came to Golden Auto Glass with these issues and quote they did refund the windshield but have ghosted me on covering the exterior body damage they caused, despite me having shared clear before and after photos that show the car was not damaged before their work.Also, their "key drop" is just a mailbox anyone could reach into and grab your keys out of if you drop your vehicle off after hours. Not something I felt great about in Seattle.Avoid going through this mess and take your car somewhere else - there seem to be many options in the area.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Annie is an awesome business owner that runs her business very effectively and has competitive prices in an industry that has much more inflated prices. I have a good experience every time going there and continue to refer people there as often as I can. Highly recommend

Had my window smashed and called them 15 minutes before they closed. They stayed late so I could drop my car off and keep it in the garage overnight to have it worked on the next day. Plus their quote was the cheapest price in the area. Would definitely recommend.

What I Love is the fact that the price is Lower than my Insurance deductible! I have used their service for the past 4 years now. Great work, service and staff! I also brought in my nephew's BMW to have his window replaced. Great work!

Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for my vehicle immediately. I did have to wait about 2 hours for repair and installation. But I'd rather wait extra time for the superb service that was provided. My vehicle was well vacuumed out. I did not find any broken glass debris. The new window matches the rest of the glass just fine. Annie was very apologetic of the extra wait time and informed me of what was going on. Once the repair was complete the technician came out, apologized for the delay, greeted and thanked me and went on his way. Once I paid I went outside to find my vehicle ready to pull out onto the street. I highly recommend this place.

They got my replacement done fast and cheap, can't really ask for anything else. Their waiting room is comfy too, but there's an Asian fusion restaurant across the street that's absolutely where you want to wait.

This is my second time having to have a window replaced and they were able to fix it, not just "same day" but I called in and was helped within 10 minutes & 90 minutes later, I drove off with a new aftermarket window on my 2018 jeep Wrangler. Not only was it the lowest price among my choices, but it was friendly, fast, & *literally* "service with a smile" ... I would definitely give them my business again if needed.

Me and my girlfriend were traveling from the Oakland California area to Seattle and we were headed back to Oakland and someone smashed the glass when we stayed at a parking lot at a hotel these people got us in and out within an hour they were so kind they work so hard I tipped out the gentleman who did the work $20 thank you so much you guys you guys are great

This place saved our camping weekend! When no other places could take our Jeep on the same day, these guys went above and beyond. They not only found an OEM glass but also did a fast and perfect job. Highly recommended!

Had my window smashed for no reason in typical Seattle fashion. Insurance referred me to Safelight, but that was going to take weeks to even get an appointment. Looked up local shops and this place had a good reputation.Annie, the lady who runs the shop, was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. She was accommodating to my work schedule and let me come in an hour before closing on a day of my choice, which was less than a week from when I first called. I only had a small triangle window on my car broken, and they were able to install new glass within about 45 minutes. There was no problem with the workmanship, and service was quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place, and will come back again if/when my window gets smashed again, haha.Service: Auto side window replacement

Just had my windshield replaced by them. Annie gave me a fast quote and got me in right away the next day. The work was top notch. Sad to say I have had so much experience with replaced glass but it s sitting nice and no leaks. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Support a local family business!

An easy windshield chip repair turned to be a nightmare. The work is the worst I have ever seen. After repair, the windshield surface is not smooth: there are debris/ dust trapped inside the resin. I know the repair can t be reversed. So, replacing the whole windshield is my only option. That would be 2000+. Maybe I got the bad luck, but lady. If you don t know what you are doing, please don t come out and damage cars. I blame myself for coming to your shop.Service: Auto windshield repair

I came here for a broken tinted car window and they did a great job for a very affordable price. The even vacuumed up all of the glass that went everywhere! Very grateful

My car was broken into days before I was leaving for vacation and I needed the back window replaced ASAP. I called several places and they didn't have appointments for a week or more. I'm so glad I called Golden Auto Glass, as they had the window in stock and were able to service it same day (finished in <5 hours). They were also very thorough in cleaning up the glass that was left in my car. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I have had two window repair situations in the past few months and both times Golden Auto provided amazing repair service. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and super quick repair turnaround. They will be my first call for any future glass repairs!

great experience. Very responsive on the phone. They were able to service my car about an hour after our the initial call, same day.Toyota Camry 2015, front passenger side window was smashed. They charged me $259 +tax for the replacement and cleanup (much cheaper than the other quote I got when calling around, $385 +tax). FYI they have a 5% fee for credit cards, so cash is cheaper

I called this business the day after someone smashed the side window of my brand new Honda CR-V. The folks at Golden Auto Glass were able to schedule an appointment for me that same day! So grateful for the fast, friendly, quality service at an affordable price. They also vacuumed out the glass from my car.
