I LOVE Fix Auto and won't go anywhere else. Ben and all are great to work with. Straightforward and I think fair. The work was done when they said it would be (yay no supply chain issues) and my pony is back to her old self. I feel like the work is honest and good quality.The only thing that is tricky is that they don't always call back when they hope to, but rather than getting frustrated, I just reached out and moved the project along since I didn't want the repair to wait too long and everything went well.Thanks so much to the folks in the office, Ben the estimator and the repair staff!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car is an old 2001 Toyota Carolla that had right front damage from a collision.Fix Auto was one on the preferred companies provided by my insurance company. I was informed it would be a while to repair with an older vehicle, trying to find parts and repair a 22 year old vehicle with only 64500 miles on it.Allen and Jody kept me informed of the progress when I called for updates. The repairs took a month to be completed, but I am completely satisfied. To be honest it took 3.5 months to get into the shop, but I was told upfront it could be this long.The repair is flawless and looks great.

I love these guys. They're super fast, do incredible work, amazing at matching color. A small fender bender required a whole new bumper. They got it in, painted, and the car was ready in days. They have worked on 3 other vehicles our family owns. We won't take it anywhere else!!

My car was in hit and run and damaged left passenger side door. Fix auto did very nice job to fix the damage and customer service is excellent.

I brought my car in in July 2022 for an estimate. When I authorized parts to be ordered it took pulling teeth to get any communication back. I signed a release form stating that I would like updates if things changed. The technician wasn't even aware of the form that they had me sign and was surprised when I brought this up. I would then email asking for updates and it would be crickets. I was told it would be a 7-10 day repair, then when I called to check in they said one more week. When I called to check again in they would seem annoyed that I wanted info on my car and used the "well don't you have a rental car?" as though that meant they could take as long as they wanted. I dropped my car off on October 31st and did not get it back till December 7th. I asked repeatedly and at pick up if they would be handing the remaining payment with the insurance and they said yes. Today, February 28th, I received a phone call from the insurance that they were going to hold me responsible for the additional repairs. When I called Fix It to try to clarify the issue, I called for an hour with no answer or option to leave a voicemail (I think they were dismissing my calls). When someone called me back they expected me to take them at their word that everything is fine. My previous communication issues were dismissed. This company lacks empathy to understand what their client is experiencing. They don't seem to want to communicate or build trust with clients. I have over 30 emails and everything documented because I fear this issue isn't over.Also, there were a few things on the repairs that were annoying. Like they used the button to take my car out of drive when the key wasn't on but didn't replace the cover to the switch. The inside of my car had a light film of dust on it. You would think with a repair over $7,000 that they would at least follow through with the details.Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding experience! My car was rear-ended and these folks were the closest on the list of approved repair shops by my insurance. The intake was quick and efficient and the communication throughout the repair were concise and responsive. The results were perfect and looks like new now. All the people at Fix Auto we re amazing! They were kind, knowledgeable, gave me a timeline on the work and then even got it done early! It was raining pretty hard when I picked it up so I will still need to see it when it all dries off, but the repairs look really beautiful at first glance. And one of the best parts was that they kept me updated on the work by text every few days so I would know exactly where they were in the process. They even washed and vacuumed it! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience of getting my car paired after the difficulty of having someone crash into it in a parking lot and not leave a note, I really appreciate it!!!

I ve gone through Fix multiple times for repair work on my car, and every time have been so impressed by their professionalism, prompt communication, and their finished product. Also - each time it was for repairs I had to run through an insurance company and they completely handled that whole side of it, making it such an easy process. The only thing is communication was poor and it took them 7 days to get the supplement estimate into insurance then I had to call them and insurance company to get it moving forward. They had my car for a month after giving me 8-10 days to complete job. Work was exceptional and paint matched perfectly.

I didn't end up getting my car fixed (unfortunately totaled) but the level of customer service and concern I received from the office staff, among others as well, was incredible. This team will genuinely empathize with you on a real level. Trust me, no one wants to have to do body work on their freshly damaged vehicle. But I would like to say thank you for making me feel so comfortable while I was there... there aren't enough of you around!P.S.As far as actual body work I have seen a couple of before and after vehicles... looking good!

I needed my bumper replaced and Fix It Auto in South Seattle was extremely helpful and courteous with all of my questions and concerns. Jenseen, one of the managers, was especially so sweet. I am so delighted to have my car back looking like new thanks to my friends at FixAuto. They did a fabulous job and on top of it washed and vacuumed the car so that it felt almost new when I got it back. Everyone is so nice to work with - accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and good communicators. Was sent to FIX Auto South Seattle through my insurance after my Jeep was banged up bad due to a break-in. The quality of their work was fantastic and done in a timely manner especially considering all of the COVID related delays that are going on in the auto industry. They also went above and beyond by taking the time to locate and order very specific after market decals that had to be removed due to painting. If your insurance sends you to FIX Auto south Seattle you're in luck!

Would not recommend. Was told it would take about a week to fix damage to the bumper/fender but it took a month. Never got updates on the repair progress or delays. When doing the estimate they just took pictures and didn t have a technician physically look at the car to see what actually was needed. The repair itself was good so that s why 2 star.

I brought my car to Fix for an estimate. It is now a week later and still no estimate even though in my three different calls to them I was promised one was on its way to my email. Never received, never called. They don't care. I'm disgusted by them. I used Fix in another city and I was very impressed so I thought I would use them here. Drove 20 miles to get the estimate....all for naught.Service: Body & Trim

The entire team at Fix Auto is super great. They are all professional, knowledgable and very experienced. I have used their services several times over the years and I never have to worry about a thing. I definitely recommend Andrew and his crew for any type of vehicle body, or windshield work.

My entire car was keyed a few months ago and took my car here to get the entire body buffed and repainted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was very welcoming, very clear/quick with communication, timing of repairs was as expected and when I received the car, the car looked brand new. I would definitely come back again.

The work was good on our car. Only reason they don't get better rating is because we alway got a run around when it came to getting an update on our car. They have a space on intake form to request daily updates which we requested, but never got. I understand work takes time especially when insurance is involved but all we wanted was to be kept in the loop which was I guess a hard thing for them to do.

TL;DR: Best auto repair facility I've ever dealt with. I received almost daily notifications/pictures of the repairs as they went along. Went above and beyond my expectations in both timeliness and customer service. Come to think of it, I've rarely been treated to the same level of attentiveness and care that they provided me anywhere else in general.I have never encountered a shop as enjoyable to work with as Fix Auto (South Seattle). I was moving out of state in 8 days when someone backed into my 3 week old Jetta. I immediately called my insurance and they hooked me up with Fix Auto, who got me in the next day. When I told them I was moving and I needed to have my car packed with all my belongings and driving out of state in exactly one week, they made a promise to have it all wrapped up in time for me to leave. They called me a rental car, and I was picked up at the shop by Enterprise. Honestly, I was skeptical that they'd get it done. They had TONS of cars packed into their lot, and from their perspective, there was really no reason to rush my repairs; I wasn't anything special.Those doubts were flushed away almost instantly when I received my first text/email update from Andrew, who had sent me a full photo album detailing my damages, and a notification that they had sent my car to Les Schwab for some alignment diagnostics to make sure nothing was wrong internally. Throughout the rest of the week, I continued to receive updates on the status of my car, including pictures during repair itself!Finally, the day came to pick it up. I was leaving the next morning at 7am, and I had my rental car packed full of everything I own. They called earlier in the day and told me it'd be ready by 5pm. 4:30 rolls around and I get another call saying it's actually going to be closer to 6:30 or 7, and that they'd call back about an hour before it's ready. At this point, I'm biting my nails, nervous that the next call is going to be them dropping the ball, confirming my skepticism; no auto repair shop was actually that good. Lo and behold, by the next phone call it was done, ready to be taken away at 7pm. I sped down to Georgetown. By this time it is well after closing, but when I pulled in there was an entire team of dudes focused solely on wrapping up the final touches on my car.After transferring all my stuff to my car, I left the rental at the shop. Andrew said they'd drive it back for me in the morning. He gave me a thick packet detailing every bit of work they did to the car, including pictures of the steps along the way. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, and was very patient and attentive.Overall, I've never had a better experience. I really hate going to mechanics. Maybe it's just me, but I've found so many that I've encountered to be gruff, obstinate, and generally reluctant to entertain questions or requests/deadlines. At Fix Auto, even among the sea of vehicles in their lot, I felt like for the entire week I was their only customer. I was on a time crunch, and they got it done just for me.If you ever need body work done, go here. Great customer service, outstanding quality of work.

I was taken care of and notified of changes throughout the repair process. Upon pick-up my car was detailed and they even did some complimentary work that added to the value of the service they provided. I am very pleased and would certainly use Fix Auto again!

This is the second time I used Fixed Auto. Their customer service and quality of work is why I came back again to repair my other car that was hit. They stayed in touch with me the entire process and made sure I received any updates that I needed via email. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I need to.

Unfortunately a diesel hit a deer into our car on the way to Seattle and we needed an auto body shop. But man did we luck out with Fix Auto! Near my home I know body shops I can trust and have to admit I was nervous being out of state. We had to handle the repair from afar. Mallena and Fix Auto have exceeded my expectations in every single way. Mallena was pleasant to talk to, kept me posted on the progress of the car, and handled all the details with perfection. My auto insurance claim was handled in a timely manner, and we never felt any concern about the process. Thank you for being trustworthy and professional! I highly recommend this place look no further in the Seattle for a great body shop!

I LOVE FIX AUTO,they are the best and I have used them for years.Oscar , Andrew and all the other workers at the shop have the highest regard to detail and making anything they do look absolutly perfect. We have done work on our own with them and had some accidents that processed through another insurance other than our policy and everytime they have great attention to detail from Paperwork to bodywork. I was not 100 percent happy with my repair. When I spoke to the man who was in charge of the repair of rear bumper, I was met with sarcastic replies. The paint color on the new rear bumber did not match the front bumper or side panels. The man stated that he assumed that I had painted the car and I was never asked about it. While the new rear bumper did match the color of the main body, it was clear that it did not match the front bumper or the side panels. As a joke, he stated that if I damage the front bumper, they'd replace it and then the rear and the front would match. Its odd that I am now receiving an email stating that I recently picked up my car, when I've had it for months. I'm surprised that the shop wants feedback. The receptionist, who had a crappy attitude as well, and the man who completed the repair knew I was unhappy, so I assume the shop didn't want my feedback. I decided to pay and tell my friends and family about the repair. They won't be going to this shop for repairs.

I recently had some body work done on my car, and I cannot say enough good things about the work done at Fix Auto in Georgetown. The car looks amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. I really appreciate the service provided and highly recommend Fix Auto.

Backsrory: I need an auto body repair shop: stat and I'm finding out?? Currently, locating an available shop in Seattle is virtually impossible because of such high demand.With this in mind, going down mym list of possible choicss, The grumpy-a$$, dismissive sounding woman who answered the phone sounded fairly disdainful towards me, and trying to get any info from her was like trying to pull teeth from a chicken << it Just Was Not Happening. I feel like?? Even if there Were appointments available I Would Not Have Gone to FixIt, simply because of the way i felt after talking with this.. person.No. Hey, Fix It Auto?? Hire a front desk person with at least a modicum of customer service expertise. This person I called on Friday July 8th clearly has none.

They are sexist and literally stole from my insurance company. They charged my insurance company for things never completed. When I called to say things were missing, I was told staff was on vacation, no one could help, someone would call the next day. For 14 months I was handed excuse after excuse. Imagine 14 months going by while a company committed fraud. I reported them to the attorney general, better business bureau and my insurance company. The employee tried to play it off as they were always willing to help but the next day it was back to unanswered emails and phone calls.They stole money from my insurance company. They did not provide the services required. They are crooks.AS YOU CAN SEE IN THEIR RESPONSE, THEY COULDN'T EVEN KEEP RECORDS OF WHAT ITEMS WHEN WITH WHICH CAR. BY THE WAY, I CALLED EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. FOR 14 MONTHS. It wasn't simply a small call 14 months later. It was over a year of this crooked, horrible, sexist company actively stealing, ignoring my calls, and when I finally spoke to someone, they told me I had lied about the entire thing yet amazingly, the insurance company agreed with me. CROOK!
