We love the service people we work with at Firestone on MLK in Seattle. Especially Tu (I think I am spelling that right). Tu seems to know exactly what to fixed based solely on how we explain the sounds/issues. Thank you Tu, you know so much about the vehicles we bring in. Also Kevin in the front is fantastic. Thank you.

I feel I get honest service at reasonable prices at Firestone. I appreciate that the staff at Firestone are always thorough, efficient, professional, and straightforward. And Kevin, the service desk advisor that I had this time, was excellent - hard working, fast, and a proficient multi-tasker without being stressed at all.

Janay at the front desk is very kind! Also, Kevin is awesome! He was very helpful in answering all our questions and making sure we left with all the right estimates and our car finally actually repaired after another shop clearly didn't fix it the first time. Thanks Kevin!

I got two tires changed here. They called me saying I needed a new rim. They quoted me $700 for a new one from the dealership and said I d also have to wait for it to get shipped. I say no thanks. I come back with a rim that s the exact size for my car and the guy laughs in my face and acts like it s completely irrational that I brought a manufactured rim. He starts telling me they won t be able to check my alignment now. Needless to say he was wrong and they were able to install it and do a check just fine. Absolutely ridiculous service. Don t go here. And especially don t have Kevin assist you.

Service technicians are very calm and patient on the phone even when experiencing high volumes of calls. They give me the services I need and not trying to upsell me any unnecessary service. The turnaround time was good as well.

The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Jane (my apologies for not confirming with her at the time, how to spell her name). She was kind and efficient. She is worthy of special recognition, in my opinion. She delivered the news that my oil change would cost $300. more than I had expected, with aplomb and professionalism.

This place got it right! I went in for flats (city streets are eating my tires) and fixed them thoroughly. I have confidence in how they work. Their staff throughout the facility are polite and professional. Really appreciate them being there for me.

Yesterday morning my car wouldn't start. AAA came and diagnosed that it was the starter. I called the shop and asked if they could get me in. They ordered the part for me before the tow truck got my car to the shop and my car was ready by the end of the day. Amazing.I love those guys.

Ability to schedule appt at 4am. Chat, availability was cool for questions I had. Confirmed scheduled appt as soon as 7am. Kevin, and staff were awesome. Received recommendations after safety inspection, easy peasy! Curious though about warranty on tires and parts? My go to vehicle service center. Thanks MLK Firestone.

Richard is one of the best customer services. He respect the customer, be nice and help me to solve the problem. I am so happy to work with him. Thank you to have him to your company.

Bait & Pay More tactic. Very bad attitude & Dishonest Front Desk. They never honor the offers they post on their website. Better to Google & find better service in Seattle, WA

The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. I needed four tires. The initial person I spoke to on the phone clarified the difference between All Weather and All Season tires. He suggested the type of tires I needed based on my how often and where I drive my vehicle.

I was beyond accommodated today when I had to replace a flat tire. Many thanks to the folks at Firestone who made it happen and a special thanks to Richard, who was so understanding and helpful.

They are great people, and do good work. It did take a bit longer than they said it would. I'd rather they tell me it will take more time, and then it takes less, than the other way around.

Went in for a quick oil change and alignment and was out of there in less than an hour. Great service, I will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is the worst the customer service is horrible and rude the the lady that works the counter (BIPOC) told me I would have to leave my car for multiple days for just a brake inspection! No effort to work towards a solution just flat out does not care.

Pretty officiant you just have to be patient until your car is done. The staff is super flexible. They will notify you once the car is finished.

Made an appointment online for 10am oil change & brake inspection which Firestone confirmed, and arrived at 9:58 to check in. The woman inside - wearing sunglasses - seemed to have to make an effort to even be courteous, then just said to come back at 5pm to pick it up. Um no, I made an appointment, and when I reiterated that, she said "well the wait is until 5pm". I let her know specified it was not a dropoff, that I'd be waiting, and she asked how soon I needed the car, and I'm like, "as long as it takes to do a simple oil change and brake inspection", explaining that's why I made an appointment because I didn't want to just drop it off. She then snapped, "That's not what I SAID, you need to tell me how long." Because clearly she could not tell me how long an oil change takes, really? I said, well you go to Jiffy Lube and you're usually in and out in 15 minutes, why wouldn't this be the same? First response was "well who did you talk to?" and I said I made the appt online, then she made a big sigh and is like, "well I can get the manager and find out but I don't know", like we're all being high maintenance by simply wanting our service at the scheduled time. By this point it's like, no way. I'm not even considering giving them my business since clearly making an appointment doesn't mean a thing to Firestone, nor does paying attention to appointments that were scheduled 'while-you-wait'. Seven hours to wait for a scheduled oil change? Aw hell no. Going to Jiffy Lube where there's no BS.

This location performed an oil change for me and did not correctly attach the oil filter so my car leaked out all oil. When I noticed this problem and brought my car into a different shop that's when I found out this happened, and I needed to get my whole engine replaced ($7k) from the damage. I told Firestone about this and they were immediately trying to poke holes in my story and find out if there was a way to pin it on me. They directed me to their claims department where I entered the claim, but they denied it due to "lack of evidence" and I got $0 back. There was no way for me to get more evidence besides the photos from the other shop and the other shop's report of what the problem was. Overall this shop set me back a whole engine replacement and I got no accountability from them.EDIT: I emailed the email that the owner said in the response 2 months ago and got no response back. It's obvious that they want to appear like they are helping on the review responses but don't actually deliverServices: Tires, Oil change

This review is not really for their repair work. They normally is the shop I prefer to go as usual. I really need to complaint about their appointment service. I was told that they don t accept walk in service anymore so I always called about 1 week ahead to schedule my service order. Then I arrived and checkin this morning, there were two gentlemen came in after me and did a walk-in service. What the head!? Then the associate saw me was waiting in the lobby and came to me and told me that my appointment was schedule as drop off appointment and I have to wait for a whole day to get my car back. Wait?! What? What is the reason I made an appointment for it then? This doesn t make any sense at all. I understand I need to wait for the service job to be done even though I am the first customer in line but this can t be the reason you tell your customer to leave their car there a whole day and wait for a tech is free to check at your car!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Worst service ever. Went there on Monday with an appointment asking specifically for brakes check and tire rotation. I patiently waited for an hour to notice my car was still parked in their parking and no one had even started the work - what is the point of an appointment if to waste 1 hour??They then started working on my car and I quickly noticed that worker was opening the hood and checking parts. I talked to front office to remind him I specifically had asked for brakes check and tire rotation and nothing else. That s when engagement went south - yelling at me employee told me I had signed a contract that obligated me to have my car checked and wait 2 hours. I told him I didn t have time and only needed work on what I asked for. He raised his voice even more complaining he was already overworked and couldn t deal with situation. I felt abused by employee deliberately making a show to embarrass me in front of others.Decided to leave with no service done. To conclude, they wasted my time, and were disrespectful . I usually don t post but I hope the company sees what type of behavior the customers have to endure.

It was a terrible experience for me. The guy work there didn t even greed or say hi (must be my race). I got an oil change and when pick up the car the special tool for tire s opener still on my car seat. My tool in the back of the car didn t get put back. Car was so dirty too. I will never go back to this place again. Good price and convenient for me but bad service!Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service, and honest, straightforward assessments. It gets pretty busy sometimes, but that's a sign of high demand for quality service. Will go again.

Whoever was working the front desk was the least helpful person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I received only one word responses to my questions. I needed someone to simply jump me (in the lot) and I was told that they could do it tomorrow. It was 2 hours till close.Kevin saved the day, coming out with the jump box and sending me on my way quickly. He was super friendly, answered my questions, and seemed to care! Thank you Kevin!

After having a rough morning waking up to a flat tire I called to a see if they can help me fix a nail in the tire that I ran over. I ve used firestone In the past they ve always been wonderful but this location was not. All they told me was it s not repairable and you ll need to replace both rear tires NOTHING ELSE, they told me over and over, I asked if they could just replace one because I have an appointment already scheduled at the car dealership for a tire rotation, they told me no it had to be two for $500, that s ridiculous so they just threw the spare on. Well this morning I took my car somewhere else they patched it right up. I feel like they looked at me as a young woman and tried to take advantage and scam me. SMH.Service: Tires

Exceptional service today, Kevin made it happen and went out of his way to help me out. I over heard his day was not the smoothest, but that didn t affect his effort to help me or other customers I saw him interact with. Most of us know that s not the easiest thing to do. That s professionalism.

MLK Firestone is my home base for all auto care. But no matter the location, the service is consistent and trustworthy. In my childhood, I watched my mom carry on for years in a love-hate patron-ship with her mechanic, Jim, a hole-in-the-wall auto shop owner with a dubious mustache and a protruding belly that made you wonder how he kept from toppling forward. Anyway, her 19-80 something Hyundai hatchback was never short on mechanical problems, and Jim never seemed to tire of informing her of terrible news or pocketing her disappointment.I didn t want that. I wanted an honest and established auto care company that could deliver consistent service. I found that in Firestone.Firestone has replaced my tires, changed my oil, cabin & engine filters, and when my new Atlas was making a funny sound, they fixed it; 2 weeks later, VW had a recall on the same part, which they reimbursed me for.

Went in Saturday at 9am (without appointment) to see if I could get a tire patched, website said availability in the afternoon. Clerk seemed irritated I even asked, and said well I guess if you want to leave it here we might get to it by 6pm what?Thankfully, I quickly found another place that seemed more interested in helping.

This place is expensive, but the way I see it? You want great tires you know will last you, so all in all? It will pay off and to make it the cherry on the top, the warranty makes getting your car or truck or what ever it is you come to this Firestone so much more than worth coming to. The service was fast, I was treated with down to earth workers with great sense of humors. They made my day. There has been other places that I've gone when the service made my day turn ugly. Or the product was messed up and I had a horrible time with my warranty. So to go to this Firestone was such a breath of fresh air! Thanks to you all workers from Firestone.
