This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. Thank you all for showing me such kindness in a difficult moment and following up to make sure everything turned out ok!

I recently purchased a higher miles BMW X5 and wanted to get my first oil change done. Finesse had a good deal on a full synthetic oil change using high quality oil. So I booked with them.I did not realize the level of sevice and attention to detail I woild end up getting! It was amazing. Finesse took great care to bring me in as a new customer and do a very comprehensive inspection of my vehicle, documenting eveything with pictures and notes, and being open and honest about what needed attention or not. Not pressuring me in any way.To be honest whenever I deal with a new auto repair business I am skeptical, and I have a litmus test for them to pass. When I was younger in my 20s I did a lot of DIY mechanic work on my own vehicles, including an engine rebuild and many other repairs of various types. So while I am not an expert or a profressional I am not ignorant of the general mehanics of autos. As such I wanted to see how honest Finesse was regarding their assessment of my vehicle and if they would attempt to sell me anything I did not really need. I was so pleansantly happy to find them to be EXTREMELY honest, helpful, and customer oriented. They have won me as a repeat customer for when and if I need to do work on my caer,I HIGHLY recommend Finesse to anyone with a European car who wants a shop that is competent, metiuclous, honest, and reasonably priced. I do not think you can beat them!

I brought my 2010 Porsche Cayman here for a full inspection and follow up work. Cisco, Atchi, and the owner Fin were all very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. They provided me with status updates while my vehicle was being worked on, and explained to me recommendations on things I could do to improve performance.They really went above and beyond when I returned to follow up on a vibrating issue that persisted. They checked and tested it again and provided a minor adjustment at no additional charge. Excellent service all around. This is now my go to shop for maintenance. Finesse was awesome in quickly, efficiently, and with significant detail diagnosing a few issues that were going on with my 2012 Audi. Excellent communication, both prompt and easy to use via SMS. Their diagnostic read-out was more detailed than I've seen in most other places, going to the level of breaking down exact steps needed for all components of the car. They also provided a few options to remedy the car's issues, along a range of cost/tradeoff axes.

great people great service, the pricing is towards the high side but they provide excellent services and step by step updates on the repairs. They have a system where they can put images along with the progress description, super neat.

I do love my car. Fin was nice and seemed educated. I was pretty disappointed after I left the lot that the gas tank was empty, all my tires a were extremely low, the tire pressure sensor was broken, the battery was bad, I had a headlight that was out, and the oil needed to be changed. All these are small fixes, however, added up to be annoyances and costly. You should be able to trust the dealer is going to ensure you re car is safe to drive when you leave. I did not experience that here. Pretty frustrating.

We have had several fantastic experiences with Finesse! Earlier this year, I received an estimate from a BMW dealership and wanted to see if I could get a better price elsewhere. I reached out to Finesse, and they not only responded immediately, but were able to get me scheduled in just a few days AND for half the price of the dealership! I got a loaner while the work was done, and they provided photos of what they were doing all along the way so I could see exactly what was happening. We had such an awesome experience, we've now been back several times. They have gone to bat with my extended warranty company to get services covered...provided me with loaner vehicles for every appointment...taken so much time to answer my questions and figure out the best strategy...and just taken such good care of me and my 5 series BMW. I can't believe a shop like this with so much integrity, kindness, and skilled service is available - and I cannot recommend Fin and his team highly enough!Service: Engine repair

Thrilled to recommend Finesse Auto! My Porsche Macan needed new brake pads/rotors, and I reached out to several local mechanics for quotes. Finesse s price was not the lowest (nor highest), but from the get-go they were responsive, professional, and non-pushy. They are also one of the few places who have a Porsche-trained technician on staff. Cisco was able to schedule me in for the service within days.The location in Georgetown is on a quiet street, making drop-off super easy. And from the moment I brought my car to their workshop, I could sense Cisco and Fin's genuine enthusiasm for all things automotive. Their knowledge about cars, from econoboxes to McLarens, is nothing short of remarkable; they seem to have an innate understanding of everything under the hood. They are true car enthusiasts, and their passion is infectious.What sets Finesse Auto apart is not just their workmanship but also their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their dedication instills confidence in their work. Following the brake service, Finesse performed an oil change which unfortunately set off the car's finicky oil level sensor. Super place, very helpful, nice people. Test drove a BMW, in an hour or less we were driving away. Fin is the owner and took care of everything for us. Highly recommend this dealership.

Cisco had taken my call initially and walked me through their entire process. He gave me the pricing up front for the work and he didn t charge me for anything until I authorized the work. When I got to the shop to pick up my car I was greeted by a very nice person named Fin, he ended up being the owner! They have a warranty on their work as well. 24 months, 24K miles, nationwide. All the confidence in them, great shop!

I had my Cayman brought in for clutch service at Finesse Auto. Not only did they give me the most competitive quotes, but Fin and his team went above expectations throughout the job, being very responsive to my questions, fixed additional issues with the car, and documented throughout the job with numerous photos. I can tell they truly have a passion for their work and care about their customers.

I needed three repairs on my 2007 Mazda3: replacing the rear sway bar links, replacing the rear shocks, and replacing the thermostat. I went with Finesse because they provided the best priced estimate, and I'm glad I chose them! They were very communicative throughout the process and sent me pictures to keep me updated. This service was done a little over three months ago and I am glad to report that my car has been driving great. They even reached out to me a month after the repairs to ask me how it was going! Finesse is a good choice for excellent value and great work.

My car broke down on the freeway nearby. I prayed and called the first company on my list AND they graciously took a look at my car. They were kind and welcoming and even worked with me to pick up my car from out of town. They were professional every step of the way. The techs were hard working and knowledgeable. I seriously can not say enough great things about Fin and Cisco! And probably other techs I didn t meet.I came in with a very troubled old car. 2002 Volvo to be exact. Not being in a position to buy a new car quite yet, these guys got the ole gal up and running. I will at least get some time before the big purchase.These guys treated me and my car like I was one of the Porsche or Bentley owners.With so much respect and updates all the way through.I will NEVER go anywhere else again. And will refer everyone I know- to them!They ROCK!

I called Fin because I smelled raw gasoline coming out of my Mercedes, he did everything possible to squeeze me into his fully booked schedule to look at my car the same day.He took responsibility and gave me priority as it was a safety hazard problem for him. He shared his knowledge with me and diagnosed the main problem.Although, he was not able to fix it that day he kept trying to send me to another available mechanic shop nearby.On top of it, he didn t charge me anything, what an angel.Thank you Fin, god bless you.

I was referred to Finesse Auto by a friend who was doing the work on the car I bought. He thought I might be interested in it and told me to get in touch with Fin.Fin is the coolest guy. He has been incredibly helpful: from making sure the work was done by a reputable garage (and that the appropriate repair work was done at all), to recommending me to the best potential lender, to working with me to make sure that everything goes smoothly as I transition into a new vehicle. Not only am I happy with my car but I'm very happy with who I bought it from.He is honest (recommended by a friend for being just that, actually) and upstanding; he is easy to get ahold of and is typically very responsive; he does not cut corners at your expense and he deserves your business because he will really take care of you. Very high quality car buying experience.

The owner of Finesse Auto Sales is very friendly and wants to make sure you get the car that you are looking for. I just purchased a car from here that was exactly as advertised, no surprises. He went over everything in great detail and made sure i paid the best price as possible for my new car. He was sure to show me all the good, and the bad, full disclosure, no up-selling. When i am in the market for a new vehicle, i know who i will be contacting.

Took my Mini Cooper on Thursday for an oil change and asked them to diagnose vibration and noise. They worked with Carvana s warranty and had my broken motor mounts replaced along with a faulted fuel filter. My car was done by close of business the next day. They gave me a loaner BMW so I could get to work on Friday free of charge!I highly recommend them. They were courteous, professional, explained and showed me what was wrong, took photos and videos of problems before and after work was completed.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

My girlfriend and I are on a cross-country road trip and began to have car troubles. Needless to say being from Maine and not staying in towns for an extended period of time it was very difficult to find a garage to not only get us in but to solve the issues in the time frame we needed. After being lied to by multiple garages before the people here were able to tell us everything wrong with the car in less than 15 minutes AND didn t charge us for it. They then called the last garage that claimed to fix the AC and explained what they did wrong. I cannot stress this enough, if you need anything done to your car please come here. I had a better checkup here than when I went to the hospital. They not only fix your car but 1000% keep you in the loop and give you all the options. They also send you documents and pictures of everything they do. An absolute class act here. Extremely satisfied and honestly may have to fly my car out here from Maine whenever I need repairs again. Although I don't typically take the time to write reviews, I want to do my part to help honest businesses that take an active interest in customer service. You will not regret having your car serviced by Finesse Auto. Here are the bullets:* After getting a quote from another shop for $2929, Fingal at Finesse beat that by over 40% with a bid of $1742. His bid detailed parts that were superior in quality to the higher quote. The price was better than fair and they took a genuine interest in my BMW 330i ZHP.* The owner was in constant communication via text/Facebook Messenger, sending dozens of photos AND videos showing progress, side-by-side shots of old and new parts, giving me options and cutting me discounts throughout the whole process. It was like a photo shoot for a repair manual! Incredible.* They provided me with a clean loaner car.* Their shop is squeaky clean, they use up to date equipment including a tire mounting machine for low profile tires.* These guys live and breathe cars and take pride in their work. The owner introduced me to the mechanics who were all smiles.* They caught a leak in my washer fluid on the last day but since I needed to use my car and the part wouldn't arrive for a couple days I decided to pass on that repair. They were able to use Teflon tape to temporarily seal it up at no charge.* Their office is tidy and they have good coffee if you find yourself waiting.There are several other things I could mention but the takeaway is that these guys will take care of you. If you need a good mechanic in Seattle you can stop looking right now. If you have a mechanic already, I promise you will be happier here. Apparently they also sell vehicles, which I would gladly trust them in that department as well. They set a new bar for customer service and fairness in an industry known to nickel and dime and I hope other shops take notice and follow suit. These guys deliver the best quality service at very reasonable prices. Had a new clutch installed on my Toyota Tacoma in only a few hours. The staff is very friendly and the technicians are knowledgeable and honest. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality service at unbeatable prices.

Review update: (2nd service for my GF s Camry)After a great experience with my 650i I took my GF s car here after driving it. I figured it was warped rotors and possibly motor mounts.They sent pics of all the broken parts that confirmed my suspicions after driving it. Fixed super fast and totally transparent with photos of the car on a lift. Communication was great per usual. Don t take your car anywhere else in the seattle area. I ve tried so many shops here in seat with good reviews but they re clearly not good mechanics but Fin and his team here are not only competent but Square and transparent with photo receipts . I should note I grew up in a garage and I wouldn t think of taking my cars to seattle Toyota or seattle bmw ever again.
