We recently purchased a used rental car from Enterprise in Seattle. Our salesperson was Nick Carlson. He was most helpful in getting us the vehicle (a minivan) we wanted. The car is in very good condition with only a couple minor issues. I appreciated the way Nick and his supervisor helped us when we met together. They explained each step of the purchase process as we went through it.Most people show the car. I want you to see that my car has all new brake components and new tires. That's a pretty good benefit.

Darien was very friendly, patient and helpful with finding our new car. She (and Enterprise in general) were also completely supportive with some followup items after the sale. We really like the 'no-haggle' pricing setup. Fair prices. No nonsense.

The sales experience was not high pressure, to the contrary, the sales team took time to listen to my concerns and needs. they were informative and accommodating. I decided to purchase a vehicle and the process was seamless. I discovered the rain sensor was not working properly after the purchase and they went out of their way to fix the problem. They even gave me a rental car while the problem was fixed. great customer service and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would buy from Enterprise again for sure.

I went in today and purchased a vehicle, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nick Carlson put me in the car I wanted with low monthly payments, the whole process was smooth and fast! All the staff there were amazing and very nice, I couldn't be happier and recommend this location for anybody wanting to buy a car.

What a wonderful experience my family had here! My son was shopping for his first car, and he immediately found a very reasonably priced Nissan Sentra at Shoreline Enterprise Car Sales. Isaac was so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He really made the whole process fast and worry-free and pressure-free. This year I purchased my third car from Enterprise. My mom sold me on them after she purchased her second. She said, they are the best deal around for a used car, yes they are driven, but receive regular maintenance you can count on.This time around I worked with Chanelle. Was pre-approved for a Nissan, and was going to do a trade-in. While waiting for the new car I selected to arrive, my trade-in was totaled by an uninsured driver. I was frazzled, Chanelle was cool-headed and walked with me --stayed with me-- through the whole process. Had my new car 2 weeks after the accident. Chanelle personally drove the car to my town. Had to give her a hug!Excellent customer service all around. I live two hours north of Seattle and they delivered the car to me. I couldn't be any happier. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic service! I had an amazing experience purchasing my SUV from Enterprise! Isaac was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and their features. He listened to my needs and showed me a gorgeous SUV that had all of the safety features that I wanted as well as some extra bells and whistles for a great value.Chanelle made my experience purchasing my new vehicle breeze! She was personable, knowledgeable and communicated with me through the entire process.She even showed me how to work the cool features in my new ride.Both Chanelle and Isaac were thorough about the financing, warranties and perks of buying a vehicle from Enterprise.The team there was friendly, inviting and showed they were there to help me buy the vehicle that was right for me with no pressure or haggling on the price.This is the 7th vehicle that I have purchased and this was the most efficient and fun experience that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I was looking for a used TOYOTA PRIUS. So, I scoured the online sites and found numerous Prius-es in the Seattle area. Pound-for-pound, I feel like I got a good, fair deal at Enterprise -- better than I found at other dealerships via Autotrader. I was reassured by all that Enterprise provides with the auto sale (109-point checklist / "certified" used car / extended warranty / 7-day return policy). I believe they are doing right for the customer -- no hidden fees or price changes or different prices for cash/financing. I would buy a car from them again. It was a streamlined process with no haggling and Darien, my sales rep, was excellent through the whole process starting with my email inquiry, to the test drive, to the closing sale process. Thank you for the excellent used car, Enterprise!

I applied for a 2018 Nissan Versa with 23,000 miles in Seattle, WA. The car is available for purchase on the Enterprise website.I applied I was approved and no one calls me regarding the purchase to sign the paperwork etc... I call the Murfreesboro TN location as that is where the car would be transferred. Philip claims it's sold. I call the Seattle location where the car sales rep. I believe his name was Kyle tells me he wanted to buy the car but that someone already put a deposit down on it on March 25th. Well needless to say it is March 27th and the car is still posted as for sale on the website. I call and spoke to Dave at the Seattle, WA location who claims it's just a miscommunication in the system etc etc I explain to him there were multiple cars that I clicked on and they will tell you sale pending. He continues to repeat the same thing.I finally ask him for corporates numbers and he said it's 1800-rent-a-car he said they will give you the run around but you'll get there! I'm literally talking to the car sales not rentals. Of course I called the number just to make sure and she said you need to call them back and have them escalate it to corporate because of course she couldn't help me as she is in the rental department. I decided to call the Marietta, GA location and ask what's the process if someone puts a deposit down on a car and applied etc and is waiting to pick up the car.Of course the process is once you put the deposit down the car will say sale pending until you officially sign off on all paperwork than the car will be removed from the website. Seems to make more sense than ol' David's explanation. Needless to say I was approved for that car and they literally will not give it to me. I can't get a corporate phone number this is very frustrating.Just to finish off David last response to me in a very rude 'I'm so annoyed tone' yup have a good day and click hung up, it was insulting. But obviously it makes him feel powerful in some way.If he wants power he should control his moods and act with integrity, that's power. I am still interested in the car but I can not get anywhere with them they just keep lying.

I have had a great experience with enterprise from the start of my first car accident and securing a rental to the end with them helping me purchase a replacement car through their sales team in shoreline. Chanelle was wonderful to work with, she made everything as easy as possible for me, even doing parts like filling in the vin number for my insurance transfer to make the process as simple for me. We had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Enterprise Car Sales. With a no-haggle price, the extensive list of inspections Enterprise performs on each vehicle, the included 12 month or 12,000 miles dealer warranty, and carfax provided, we did not feel the stress and anxiety of buying a used car. Our sales representative, Chanelle, was the best! Her 15 years of experience and expertise with Enterprise provided us with the knowledge we needed to make the right decision for us. Enterprise Car Sales is very fortunate to have Chanelle, who shows the kind of service we as customers need.

I never thought car-shopping would be fun, but Darien made it easy; she really showed she cared every step of the way. It was great to work with such a fun, knowledgeable, down-to-earth person. And even though the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, she found it for me and I drove it home in less than a week.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location (shoreline) specifically. The entire staff especially Lawrence was so great. I really took my time picking out a car and they never pressured me or made me feel stupid during the process. I will continue to recommend and use them in the future. For sure check them out if you are looking to get a great car.

My wife and I recently decided we needed another car. We decided on a used car instead of a new one. I ve always hated going to dealerships and used car lots to shop for a car because of the pressure of the people there that are paid on commission. I don t like having to spend hours and hours negotiating the price. I discovered Enterprise Car Sales on Aurora in Seattle. We decided to try them.I set up an appointment with Chanelle, one of the Sales Consultants, to look at a specific car on their lot. She was a delight to deal with because she treated us like family. She never tried to pressure us to look at a different car and reminded us that we wouldn t have to haggle for the price. The prices are fixed. We went on a test drive. She pointed out all the features of the car.We decided to purchase the car. The paperwork was so easy to do and Chanelle made it easy to understand. She explained everything to us. We were not passed around to other people there. Chanelle handled the whole thing herself. It s interesting to note they are not on commission. That s why there s no pressure.If you are looking for a used car and hate the usual car buying experience, find a Enterprise Car Sales place near you. You ll find good cars in great condition and you ll have fun buying it.

It was great, even when I said I wanted to check with other dealership they had no problem with my choice. I went to Hertz but found that there warranty was not as good and the service did not compare to the service at Enterprise.So I returned the following day and made my purchase. I have no regrets and feel confident that if any problems arise I can call upon Enterprise to help with the problem. Thanks again.Christopher Vance

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Enterprise in the last 4 years and quite please with the customer service. I like the fact that the vehicles are well maintained and 2 to 3 years old and in relatively good condition. Enterprise also provides a 12 month power train warranty at no charge. They also offer a special warranty from 2 to 5 years that I think is worth purchasing since the vehicles are 2 to 3 years old with some mileage. Overall great customer service from Enterprise.

The process through Chanelle @ the Shoreline location was great! She helped me search for the car I wanted via Enterprise Car Sales' full database (nation-wide), not only at their location or in the Seattle area. She did research based on any number of specifications I requested for car-type, and I ended up getting the car I wanted. Truly above & beyond with helping me and answering all my queries!

I had bought the Nissan Versa Note from Enterprise car sales and they tried to push the product of in certification where they have a skilled ASE checked all engine and everything was good about the car. However, 3 months later the battery was dead because of bad battery. This was obviously not checked or was checked but ignored about the bad battery, it is only a couple hundreds bucks and so I didn t push the issues but the response from Lawrence was unreasonable. He didn t take responsibility and try to help customers. I wouldn t buy overpriced vehicle from them ever again! Don t trust them!

My experience with Enterprise has been top tier. Darien did an amazing job going above and beyond on showing me options within my budget. She was able to work quickly with her colleague John to have keys in my hand in less than 24 hours. I did not think it would be that easy of a process to get a car and I recommend you ask to work with both Darien and John. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Both Oscar and Shinelle are incredible sale people. The issues I have are about the car. I believe that the car did not go through your certification process. There are many issues, camera does not work consistently, the oil is very dirty as well as the transmission fluid. The brakes are not new brakes and I was told they were new and there is an ongoing thump in the engine which I was told may be valves. Because of these issues I have had to go to Nissan to see what was going on with the camera and they did a computer diagnosis which let me know the other issues. Originally the car also had paint oxidation and so it was with a detailing person for the first 10 days of ownership. I had an accident within the first three days I was driving it and so in the shop for another 17 days. After I began routine driving is when these other issues appeared.
